I know everyone has a staffing shortages so I can't knock them too hard but it would be nice to have at least 1 employee walking the isles, asking if guests are finding what they are looking for. I hate having to walk from back of stores to front to find an employee to direct me to an isle and scavenger hunt for a specific item.

I go here because they have a good selection of product and I can scrapbook in the store while I shop.So, why the 1 star? Staff here is constantly rude and not helpful. It's not just one person or one time. It's all the staff all the time. I would rather just drive to Livonia to scrappy chic instead where I get way better service, prices and a better selection of product

Dawn Dandy: I crochet for Project Linus and for gifts so always needing fleece and yarns. I also do stonework and buy wooden bases from Joann's, and I paint cement pieces for outdoor yards. Joann's is my go to place.
Kate: I ran into an issue when I ordered online. (Of my own fault) I arrived at the store and unfortunately I did not know I needed a confirmation number to know my items were “picked”. I could not wait around until I got the confirmation number so I went to grab the items myself. The manager helped me out and was able to cancel my online order and I purchased right then and there in-store. It worked out very well. Props to the customer service. Also, the front desk was respectful as I was clearly frustrated when I first arrived…

I bought seven 12" wooden wreathes ($3.60) for a kids craft, where I am going to paint with magnetic paint and make wooden magnetic letters for the kids to use and practice spelling.Checkout moved very fast, considering the line was quite long.

Kristy Currier: This Joann's store is more organized and has a better selection of non-fabric items than others in the area. The store is laid out in an intuitive way so it is easy to find what you are looking for without having to ask for help. They always have a good amount of items in their clearance section. Each time I have been there have been multiple cashiers and the long line went fairly quickly.I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a large selection of fabrics but great for most other trips.
Karen Crowe: I wish, besides just around the holidays the fleece material (Blizzard in particular) would go on sale more often. I'm talking $3.99 per yard not the sale price of $6.99-7.99 per yard that to me is expensive when your buying 2-3 yards of 2 diff kind. Plan and printed $30 is past my budget
