Ive had to argue with her several times after working 12 hrs. Once She asked if I wanted a cookie. Unprofessional rude argumentative and LAZY!!!! I cant wait until the offices open on Monday bc she should NOT be responsible for security at Lear Corporation. Tow trucks are not allowed to take our cars regardless of outside circumstances. But bc she was too lazy and knew it was my car she allowed it to take place. I had to call several tow companies to find out where my car was. She didnt even bother to get the name of the company just lazy and does not belong in this field.

I saw them hook a guy up for burglary and trespassing they we're very professional even gave the man. Something to drink while they were waiting for transport officer's to take the suspect to jail. 👏👏👏👏Absolutely amazing

The operation manager don’t care as long as you’re making them work for their paycheck. Her name is Charma -- extremely unprofessional, slamming the doors constantly, a disturbing humming noise-- NONSTOP!, chanting obscenities under her breath, talking bad about her co worker & berating her to other pple & still having a job??? Her toxicity was not welcomed & I realized what an awful person she is! Forget reporting her to the supervisor there, he pretends he doesn't see or hear anything please!!!. She is a troublemaker & very sad individual. Oh & please don't let her fool you she is NOT vaccinated, but wants to tell you, you need to be for the job, nor does she wear a mask like the CDC recommends nor does the supervisor enforce this, at the Madison Heights location. I'm so glad I left there, my headaches are gone & I received a much better higher paying job with nice pple! There were some nice pple there, but remember a few bad eggs can really hurt the workplace! The person in charge is not good at speaking with people nor did he ever verbally tell me about filling in for a security job, when I was hired in for a Scheduler only!!----This place wants to pay you little & do alot. Terrible workplace for someone who truly deserved more. I will tell a million pple about this awful experience & make sure they know exactly who they are dealing with. Good Riddens!

They are charging $60. Needless to say the other companies they provided are following this contract. I will be reporting them to the state.

They do LiveScan fingerprinting, which is required by the MSP.

I called Talon Secuirty and left a message. The owner Duraid called me back and within a couple of days they supplied all the guards we asked for. Since then we have hired 3 more guards plus a patrol vehicle for 2 shifts. The guards show up everyday and do a great job in a stressful environment.
