Bob and his partner showed up on time and completed the entire job in less than 30 minutes. He also discouraged the use of over-the-counter products because they're a waste of money. The company doesn't upsell you and they're very professional -- quite satisfied and I will call them again in two years as suggested. Also accept cash, check or credit card.

I told her we had a septic inspection done with the inspection on the home we we’re purchasing (in January) and were told to get it cleaned by this summer because it wasn’t cared for. She immediately had a nasty attitude and told me the company that the mortgage company used to inspect our home must’ve not been certified bc they should’ve done a pump at the same time, but all they did was put a camera in the piping to make sure it was all clear since the home was neglected for a few years. I told her that they are certified because it was needed before we signed the final purchase of the home and she told me I’m wrong and would not let me finish any sentence and kept repeating herself. I told her I didn’t want to argue and just would like to book an appointment please and she hung up on me!Horrendous customer service. I will never call here again.

Rachel: Allied is the best! We've used them over the years for emptying our septic tank and have always been happy with them. Now, at our new home, we were having some issues and they came out right away. The owner is really knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything. He went above and beyond to make sure we got everything working out, he really cares about his customers. They are definitely the guys you want to call for a septic emergency.

They cleaned our tank but also took the time to explain what the issue was, and suggested steps for future maintenance. I highly recommend this company.

Robert Abraham Jr.: We had Allemon out to clean our our septic tanks. 1 of the major issues we had was we did not know exactly where the lids were at. The crew came out and probed for a while and could not find the lids, so they went back to get the report from the county. The crew came back out a few days later to dig knowing where the lids where, only to find the dig was super difficult. So the septic crew moved on and Valerie came out to dig. I will give Valerie to entire complement of the work she did, that looked like a rough dig, even having to use a small jack hammer to loosen dirt and finding large rocks and such. After digging she recommended a riser, either 2 risers for 2 lids or 1 for the center lid. We ended up going with 1 for the center lid. She had all the necessary parts to install and did so, backfilled the hole, and left. The septic crew came out, pumped the tanks, and end of deal. The work itself for the most part I had no issues with.Issues: 1. There was obviously a large amount of dirt left over from the dig after installing the riser, which ended up being just over 3 feet tall. But the dirt pile was placed on the landscape edge and the pile slowly built up into my bush. I now have a tedious task of cleaning that out. Partially my fault because I didn't say anything to her while she was digging.2. Please keep any politics or theories out of the business at hand, especially talking to customers about them. I get you have your opinions and such, and that is fair for you to have as I have my own too. But business is business, and that put a sour taste in my mouth.

Not only did the price go up $150 from quote (which I expected a bit due to it being a 2000 gallon vs a 1500) I paid and additional $60 for them to dig up tops and they destroyed my lawn. I even had the sheet from county and they still couldn’t find the lids. The field worker along with office staff were sooo rude and wouldn’t admit to their wrong. So many other companies I know I will never use them for anything .

kenneth spencer: The senior employee on site continuously complained about his business partner saying " if he thinks the business is worth that much then buy me out"... then after I helped, he increased the price over the original quote from 285 to 325 saying it was for additional labor?.. i helped dig.. he told me " she said she told you".. no.. after everything, and the inflated charges, they left me with a mess in my landscape.. call around, you can do better than these guys.. I have to go out now and rake the dirt and rocks out of my grass.. and.. clean the deck due to their leaky hose..Scammer’s

jonathan yoakum: Bad inspection tanked our home sale. Valerie insisted pushing modern standards on a legacy septic field simply to sell a new septic field. Even the county inspector told me to my face that there is no rule demanding gray water disposal into an old septic field. He stated that if anything our setup helped the field operate so long. It was beyond upsetting to get blindsided with this tactic after so much effort went into preparing our home, open houses, negotiating, etc.. A year of hard work became meaningless because selling septic fields was more important. (follow up) Reading over this debacle we also had to deal with additional blindisiding of Valerie communicating in the background with our buyers without our knowledge. She said to my buyers via email "sludge in system is a sign that the field is going into failure...". This was not in the official report and stating this to our buyers without our knowledge was appalling.
