Savanna Brooks: 5/8/23 I ordered and paid for a shed on 4/28, Marty was very helpful and answered any questions I had before my purchase. I let them know we needed to prep the site that weekend and was told scheduling would reach out to me. Apparently that got us stuck in a “holding pattern” and I hadn’t received any communication since. Today I called and spoke with Jamie and she was the rudest person and kept cutting me off, she was not helpful or kind at all. I called Marty back and he connected me with Cindy for scheduling, she was very helpful and we anticipate install next week. I’ll update review on the product once installed, so far 4/5 for service. Jamie should be reassigned to not triage phone calls.

Jason screwed up the paperwork and I received numerous calls from another customers unit stating that my barn was going to be delivered. Waiting at the house it never showed. After finally getting a hold of Jason after numerous attempts he said I’m not sure how that happened. When finally getting the kennel delivered they dropped the kennel off of the the truck and ruined the land landscaping.The doggy doors where only able to open one way making the the doors useless by the dogs on there own. Also the doors where too small So adult dogs where unable to go through the doors. After taking to the leasing company they said that no payment was due and they would have midvalley pick it up. Once again no call from mid vally. After 7 or 8 attempts to call Jason lied and said that we could not get another unit from the leasing company because we where on a repo list. After calling the leasing company we where told there’s more issues with mid vally and where given the name of another company to get a new barn from. Stay away from Jason and his deceptive actions. Josh Cory: This company seems pretty good to start with - they have pretty good google reviews which is definitely something I read before I buy. The shed is pretty nice overall, definitely more expensive than their competitors. My problem starts when the installers left. They were supposed to come back and finish up the shed with a final coat of paint because it was too cold to paint it when they installed it in my yard. That was almost a year ago. I have called multiple times and left messages, as well as emailed several times with no response. At this point I am going to call my shed "partially finished". I think it would be great if I didn't have to resort to google to get the management's attention but I should not have had to call more than once to set up a follow up appointment. I hope this review helps anyone who is looking to have a completed shed on their property.*9/15/22 editing review to 3 stars from 1. It took a year and a half and many phone calls, but the shed has finally been painted and looks nice. Dan Tape: They have great buildings and the installers and warranty staff they send out are great but overall this continues to be a horrible customer service experience. They didn't deliver on time. Had several delays and they were delays that were weeks or months long that I wouldn't find out about until the day they were supposed to arrive or later. They also charged me before work was completed. The shed showed up the wrong color. They don't return phone calls or emails. I thought I was finally done with them and 7 months after all work is complete there is a random charge that shows up on my credit card.UPDATEThe district manager called me to apologized and took care of the random recurring charges I was seeing. The shed is great, hopefully they continue to improve customer service.

John Glass: Frank is very easy to work with and knows his product. Once my cement pad was in place I notified the company I was ready for install. They advised someone from scheduling would call in 5-10 days. 2 hours later (!) scheduling called with an install date of the following Monday. I was told to expect a crew between 7 & 9am. I got a phone call at 6:40 am that the crew was at the house. 12 hours later I had a 30x40 barn standing. The crew worked very hard and did a great job on clean up. After taking the information I talked about it with family and decided to purchase. I wanted it to match the color of my house and they sent me to their paint supplier to pick an exact match. I only had to give BYL the color number from the pant supplier. It was a perfect match in the final product.The shed took about 6 weeks to be ready. BYL provided easy and quick access to a funding source. Making the purchase was easy. They provided me the number of someone who could put down a crushed rock pad and that was accomplished in a separate purchase. With the pad all ready BLY showed up with the shed on their custom and really high tech delivery truck. The truck had an attached lift that moved the shed to it's final position needing little extra space.
