Part of the installation required them to return to their shop to custom cut an unexpected layout on the job, returning that same day to complete. Lucas & Austin worked very well with each other and they left the bathroom as tidy as it was when they arrived. NICE JOB GUY'S!

What is left out of that review was that the mirror was installed OVER 23 YEARS AGO. Also omitted is that since the inspection, we have twice called the residence to set up a return visit, with NO response on their part. St. Clair Glass will not claim to be perfect, but we have grown and been successful for more than 35 years because of quality product and customer service. Thank you.

Lori Montecillo: Worst place of business I ever dealt with, can’t handle responsibility, they’re thieves, and DO NOT do quality work. The employees accept no responsibility for their errors or mistakes, for 6 weeks I got no response for the poor job they did. When I did speak to the manager, he was a jerk with a bad attitude. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF WITH SHOTTY WORK AND PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING AND ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE FAST BUCK!

I contacted them with what I saw as a very detailed, complex project for my bathroom - an ornate shower door and mirrored vanity. Ken was very thorough and pleasant while discussing the numerous options he could provide for glass types, decorative finishes, etc. After we made some decisions, he provided an extremely competitive quote. The in home visits for the measurements and the installations were done by extremely nice, clean, prompt, and skilled employees. I could not be happier with the finished product, and I have wholeheartedly recommended St. Clair Glass to everyone that has complemented us on the beautiful new bathroom!

Robin McKinnon: I sure hope Ken from St. Clair Glass reads this! We have been customers for years & have had several custom mirrors made-even referred several people. The last mirror we ordered came in & the groove put in by an outside contractor was bad-a big hassle with them. We returned the mirror & they replaced it in a very unfriendly manner. We had the feeling that we were being too picky, however one of the workers in the shop said they had several mirrors that were done with the same problem. Ken would not tell us that part. A couple weeks past-that whole time the mirror seemed to have a "fog like" covering. After many cleanings with the proper glass cleaner, we called Ken & he was so rude, telling us there was nothing wrong & he wasn't doing a thing about it! We will never do business with this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

T S: BEWARE!!!! Absolute worst company out there, they do a horrible job!! Measurements are off and the ending result is a mirror with huge gaps and they just use metal spacers to fill in the gaps. Go elsewhere if you want it done right!
