Simona Keith: Came out to quote the job in November of 2019. Told me I was on the schedule when the weather got better. Every time I called, they said they'd get me in. This went on for 10 months! Shame on me for not giving up sooner. When Tim did finally come back in September of 2020 to do the job, he said he needed some supplies and would be right back. Fast forward 1 week later, and he never came back! Clearly these guys do not want our business. BTW, Pat in the office is the nicest lady ever!

The price I felt like was fair, and staff was really nice.The downside they didn't communicate very well, told me they would call in the morning, and just kinda showed up later in the morning and said they'd fix it. The problem was none was home and they threw cigarettes and left chunks of stryofoam in the yard. Just wish they would've cleaned up better.

Brian Mikulka: I used this company for a insurance job in 2014. A tree landed on my house. They had to rebuild part of the roof structure and reroofed the entire house in November. In the summer of 2015 the roof developed a leak. They had to come back for a patch job and take care of the ceiling that was damaged by water. Now on August 1st of 2020, the roof is leaking again in the same area. Called and left a message with no call back as of yet. Please….Send him to the Caribbean…..or Cabo San Lucas…..or…….he earned a huge vacation with this project!! Nathan Erskine Smith: Dangerous and careless workers - this company was contracted to replace gutters at my condo. They broke items and created a very dangerous situation by throwing 20' sections of gutter two stories down and throwing tools off of the roof where people walk.
