Austin Kautzer: Referred to this location because the Roseville employees didn't know how to regrip a golf club. What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Why even have anyone working in the golf area if they aren't trained to do *basic* tasks in the golf field?? Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

ALEX MAS: These guys are really awesome, they go above and beyond customer service wise and have free shipping. I hear if you say I love TGM more than the Bulls inside the store they will give you a free cupcake. Several people, off the record, have confirmed this phenomena.

Drew: Love the selection and prices, but the customer service is far and away the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After fed ex changed my delivery date on my package, i called on and had pretty bad experience with them. That was the first time i ordered, they were just cold and basically told me that they didn't care bout my package because i chose free shipping . I reluctantly ordered from there again a few months later. This time i accidentally typed in my address wrong and didn't realize it until it had already shipped. I called them and called FedEx and they both told me the at there was nothing that could be done at that point and i had to wait until the package came back to the warehouse (the address i put was not an address that exists.) FedEx policy is to attempt delivery 3 times and then it is returned. First two tries and it wasn't delivered , then on the third attempt, it was delivered. I knew this was impossible because the address does not exist. So tgm had to open up a claim with FedEx and i would wait. Until July when i found out the claim had been denied. So i called FedEx and i found out that the address on my receipt and the address that it got delivered we're not the same. I called tgm and they said they didn't authorize the address change. I asked the "customer service" gal at tgm to please file another claim and she told me no, and after i insisted she told me that it was my fault for putting the wrong address. It has been an awful experience dealing with the "customer service" at tgm and i will never order from there again. They didn't even pretend to care because as the gal told me "this would have never happened of i had put the correct address on there to begin with". The owner should be ashamed that his workers treated a customer like this. And i hope the next time that poor excuse for a customer service rep is at a party she sharts and it runs down her leg and into her shoe. ..

Dexter Schaust: This place sold me defective roller blade wheels and when I asked them to warranty said defective wheels, I was told they don't warranty that product. REALLY? When 6 out of 8 wheels are perfect and 2 wheels have MAJOR DEFECTS. It's pretty obvious the casting of the wheels were bad. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE I DID!!! Its ok, Amazon forced a refund, but that doesn't say much about their customer service! BAD BUSINESS, IS BAD BUSINESS!!!

Mike Schilling: Went in on Black Friday to get a set up. I'm getting into this pretty much fresh and Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable about decks, trucks, wheels, and bearings. He taught me what certain specs meant and their strengths and weaknesses on how they relate to various types of skating. He also was able to give me some history lessons on some brands and parts as I scoped out what I wanted for my set up. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back and recommend this shop to others.

Kelso Bond: Kevin helped me out when I went to purchase a helmet, great store nice local shop and great selection of boards and all the fundamentals to build a great complete. Kevin was super friendly and I could tell he was a genuine guy not a person just trying to make sales for money. This is what a Local Skate shop is and should always be.
