I tried to use the room phone to complain to the office only to find out it didn't work. I used my cell. The months Ive been here no room service. I cleaned the room myself. The TV has 2 channels. It needs a password. I have seen roaches and bought roach spray. There is mold and holes in the plaster. I keep tripping on the floor where it needs to be fixed. Then they want $450 + taxes a week now.I didn't know that guy was the maintenance until the office told me on the phone but that don't give him the right to barge in here. I heard him at the door and was trying to get dress and he then came inside quickly and shut the door. Freaked me out.I usually pay very early morning every week but one time I paid during the day shift and was charged more. The young man pocketed my money. Why else was I charged more?IT won't let me respond to the owner on what he said or a new review. So I'm putting it on this one. NOBODY came to my room and cleaned. Two times a week? Not even once a month.

Jennifer Tubbs: DO NOT STAY HERE!!!This place is disgusting and dangerous. There is literally mold and the shower doesn’t turn off. The place is filthy, and the front door didn’t shut all the way. Because of that, the room was freezing. The windows open from the outside and there’s not locks on them. The whole place smelt of smoke and the walls are so thin. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT STAY HERE.

DatDamDanté OFFICIAL: Coming from Atlanta, after a 11 hour drive, this was literally the only hotel that had a room available at 3am. Upon reading the reviews I was very very sketchy. However I got a suite (charged too much for my taste) however no roaches when I turned the lights on, no bed bugs. Bathroom needed to be detailed but outside of that I slept well.

Ashley Wilkes: First of all customer service was horrible. You definitely can smell a really bad oder when you first open the door. They say free breakfast in the morning not true. Bathroom door doesn't close right on less you push hard on it. Wifi is really bad. You better off using your hotshot. The worst part is turning on the lights at 2 am in the morning and seeing Cockroaches coming from under the refrigerator. Will never be visiting there again.

Para nada que lo recomiendo.Terrible service, I hired the hotel for a worker who was going to stay and the day he arrived and they gave him his room, it was all very dirty, there were condom wrappers on the floor, cigarette butts, on the bed the sheets were dirty They had yellow and white stains and when my worker went down to the reception to ask to change the room, they told him no because there were no more available and there was no one to clean the room either. In the end, the hotel did not want to return the money to me, it was $1,500 dollars that I paid because he was going to stay several days. Not at all that I recommend it.

Edward Jankow: It was just okay.. went to get a boat and not available during the week which is the only reason why I came.. I tried to fish on shore and there's weeds all over the place with one foot of water.. impossible fishing.. if I would have known boat rental was closed I would never have went.

Art Rome: The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom is obsolete, the water in the sink doesn't drain normal, the electric outlets are old and won't hold the phone charger. The 2 nights staying at this hotel there was a group of black families whom rented 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and they were loud, running in the hall, nocking doors, jumping, laughing, screaming during both 2 nights we stayed until 4.40am. We complained to the front desk personnel but the issue wasn't fix. These Careless individuals continued been noisy during the 2 nights disturbing the peace and the sleep of the other hotel renters. There was garbage outside on the drop off area, also at some point the lobby and elevators smelled nasty. We are very disappointed.
