MzNetta 67: This review isn’t based off the treatment from the therapy Team!! Me and my son received Therapy from this facility almost a 7 months ago! And I am very happy with the outcome my son tore his ACL and I had back surgery! Therapy was a life saver for the both of us they were very nice professional and made sure we was not in any pain! I’m trying to get back in therapy due to a recent fall!! Due to the receptionist not communicating my messages they just took me off schedule due to me not showing she states!! The 1 star goes to the receptionist at the front desk! Jodi is her name I may not be spelling it correctly. Due to her lack of communication when I called and left messages that my 11yr old son was hospitalized to tell my therapist and please reschedule my appointment!! The receptionist states she will I even left a voicemail message! Well due to her negligence now I’m having to go through an entire evaluation again!I asked for a Supervisor she says they run the entire building themselves and it’s no voicemail and no number! I no all to well that every establishment has a Supervisor that handles situations like this! DMC is a Big Company. When I ask what’s the chain of command she states I’ll take your number myself and deliver the message so I no that was not to be true!Thank you Jodi for not delivering my important message now I have to go through this again. And my son is still hospitalized I would go somewhere else but due to the fact the therapy Team here is Awesome I’ll stay! But please hire someone that is professional And if a Supervisor can contact me I would greatly appreciate it! I’m a loyal patient me and my children. We have been going to DMC well over 25 years now!

Alyson Little: I've been coming to DMC physical and sports therapy since 2005 back when whey were down at schoenherr south of 13. When I had my osteotomy in July 2016 and was told I needed to choose where to go I chose DMC physical therapy in an instant. I was blown away by how absolutely wonderful the new building was and how much more room they had not only for physical but occupational therapy. And even more excited that they have a pool for therapy which I feel helped me SO much in my recovery. Unfortunately do you the fact I have unlucky health history and prone to injuries I'm back here again since September/October to try to see if we could avoid surgery but unfortunately it was an injury that had to be dealt with surgery in early December. I've been dealing with Rina and she has been absolutely amazing and really helping me. I don't think I could possibly come up with enough words to express how great this physical therapy facility is and would recommend to everyone!

Veronika Gawrys: The therapists make a not so easy task seem tolerable by talking to you like you're a human and not just another case. They get you where you need to be in terms of mobility and show you how to strengthen your injured area.

Everyone always greeted me by my first name. I never felt like just another client to them. They all were invested in seeing me get the best results that I could. The assistant, Gina, is awesome too. She is very talented at what she does. Fadia was very good at explaining my insurance coverage and fees to me. It was because of the teamwork and knowledge of everyone that I am so much better now. I had to have my left rotator cuff operated on in September. I am now pain free and have good range of motion. I am very happy with my experience with them. I have used them twice now. Jason Tjernlund: Went in to see Ross Walker for Tennis Elbow. It was bothering me for 2 months not getting better and I wanted to know how to care and manage it. Ross is extremely knowledgeable, just as important he shared that knowledge with me to understand what was wrong and what techniques and exercises I could take away to use at home. The cost is extremely reasonable, but at the same time, focus was one getting me better not trying to get me on a schedule of visits. In addition, the entire team is friendly and helpful. They definitely treat you like family. Another great thing is they work with your schedule. They are a little busy at times but manage the flow of people well.Definitely Recommend!!

I might hurt for the moment but you will feel better long term. I’ve been to the clinic pre surgery and post surgery. Pre surgery faith did everything she could to keep me from surgery my body felt better but the damage was to bad I still needed surgery . Post surgery my lower body hurt worse than before the surgery, Faith as well as her team of excellence has worked hard to get me back up and moving with a few more visits back to being a firefighter again where I want to be. I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if i could. The days I had to bring my autistic son so i could get treatment they treated him like their own child. I will always come back here for my future physical therapy needs.

Ali Fayad: Today i finish my 8 month after the ACL-minuscus surgery I did last July, I tried to find place close to my house, but no one wanted to start therapy couple days after surgery and wanted me to wait 6 weeks( even though that was the doctor advice for quick recovery who also recommended Athletico). I called them and they were able to give me appointment 4 days after surgery.This is a wonderful practice. Everyone in this office present themselves as nothing but professional. ACL knee surgery was tough but Atletico physical therapy helped me strengthen my mobility to get back on my feet again. I recommended this place to anyone looking for a healthy and friendly environment. I was able to come back playing soccer in less than 8 month.Big thank for the manager Merna and the whole group-Faith-Patrick-Kathrin-Tamara & Linsey.

I thought I needed surgery to correct the pain from my plantar fasciitis, which was seriously affecting my mobility. After 10 sessions with Patrick, I no longer have pain and can again walk as I used to. I highly recommend him, and Athletico, before looking at a surgical option.

I came to see Matt after a knee surgery, i’m in the military and had a lot of anxiety regarding the outlook of my physical abilities. Matt calmed my nerves, and then pushed me everyday. Many times he would keep me well after the 1 hour allotment to do extra exercises. He is a good PT, even better person.

Joe Guadagnino: I started going to HealthQuest PT when they were 1st Choice PT probably 8-9 yrs ago. I’ve many physical issues, I’ve had many spine surgeries, hip and 2 knee replacements, and then some. Because of these issues, I’ve experience with many PT clinics, most are a dime a dozen, I feel. When I found 1st Choice, I went into the clinic to talk to a therapist. The person I spoke with was one of Matt’s partners, we talked and I decided to give them a try. I’m glad I did. I started with that individual. Shortly after Julie was hired, my therapist had left and I continued with Julie, Matt was at another 1st Choice clinic at the time. Julie is a very warm and caring person who loves what she does, you can just tell. I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Matt in Julie’s absence. Matt loves what he does too and he too is a very caring and passionate person. They both are more than qualified in their field. The new clinic, HealthQuest is much larger, still clean, lots of new modern equipment, and still a very friendly and professional atmosphere, as soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly staff. I like the idea of when I go to PT, I know who I’m going to be working with, unlike other clinics you’d typically get a different PTA, after an initial evaluation by a PT, this isn’t as personal as what HealthQuest offers, you’ll get a PT, and you’ll work with that PT until discharged, that means a lot to me. Julie knows my needs more than Matt because she’s worked with me more. I’ve absolutely no problem if I see Julie or Matt. This time I had a total knee replacement on 7/11, my last day of PT was 8/30, 2 wks early. I’ve probably been a patient there 10-12 times and I’ve ALWAYS had a good end result. I won’t go anywhere else. If you choose HealthQuest for your PT needs, you won’t be sorry and you’ll end up with a positive result, if possible.

Patrick Cavanaugh: Spacious and clean. they recently moved here and this new location offers a lot. There are meeting rooms and consultation rooms along with the various PT gadgetry. The staff is pleasant and friendly and they make every effort to accommodate any special needs and some "not-so-special" ones. This is my second referral, first a shoulder and now a neck injury. I'm very pleased with the outcome.
