During my layoff process I haven't been able to get one of my certifications I have 4. I told my job and the unemployment agency my situation. No income I have no transportation to work. Due to a lack of funds while awaiting the determination process I thought I was fired from a job I worked hard to get hired in. This system is a joke and now I'm behind in bill's I don't get any kind of assistance from the state which leaves me just STUCK. Where is the equality. There process is to slow. I gave them all the documents needed. I just hope I can make it through this week and thankful I had 6 PTO days left. No vacation days left for the rest of the year because of this matter.

Alicia Fussman: The directions aren't the greatest. The UIA building is CADILLAC PLACE. You have to enter that building, golden doors, then it's on your immediate right. Parking is on the side of the building and or where you can find it.

Refuse to have open lines for calls, bad service, harassing clients with notices but not making themselves available to communicate about the related accounts. S Liladim: I called several times without success. Finally today 12-20-2022 I was able to speak to someone about my rate being so high. I provided my EIN to the lady on the other side who was not really interested in her job, or at least that how I felt. She put me on hold for 2 minutes then came back and said : that my account was updated , goodbye and hung up. That was it. There was no does that answer your question? Is there anything else? or a reason why my bill went from $100 to over $800.00 . It is really sad that we are paying these guys. I am very disappointed .

Ashley Turner: It’s so terrible how this establishment allows their employees to treat their clients with such disrespect. I unexpectedly got fired over a yr ago. I was promised assistance and never received it. I could’ve lost everything depending on their help. So disappointed.

DSP Beauty: I wish I could’ve gotten the young ladies last name but her first name was Candice ! WHAT A SWEETHEART! She helped me through everything over the phone & all I had to do was send in 2 more documents & I was ready to go . Once we were off the phone she was committed to getting everything processed shortly after I sent the required information. WE LOVE CANDICE , she knows what customer service is foreal!

g dunn: Their database had an error preventing me from certifying. It took over a year to get paid. They disputed payment 6 months later because i was unable to certify... I disputed immediately. Over a year later they are unwilling to look at the dispute. To be clear, I am not talking about honoring or denying the dispute, I am talking about acknowledging the fact that it happened at all.

Tara Medlock: They are not worth a star, I’ve been on phone waiting for 3 hours. Then pressed button to be called back lady called me back then hung up phone. Called back again and after get through tons of questions all over again. The next lady hung up on me again. Very discouraging and I feel very neglected in a time of need!

???: The people on the phone can be nice, but some are just downright rude. When calling to ask a simple question, I am on hold for an hour or more... This has happened before, where the customer service people are nice but can take an hour or more of your time to assist on hold even on a phone appointment.

Serra Angel: No one picks up the phone, they dont respond to messages, been waiting two months to hear from them. Havent gotten a single payment. I paid into benefits, they refuse to give them to me due to a "non-monitary" problem they refuse to even talk to me about!!
