Zavette Gibson-Hughes: I'm here with my 86 y.o. mother who waited for an hour and a half to be seen (not inclusive of the actual prep and treatment time). Cecilia McKinney Smith: My daughter went in for surgery with Dr. Carroll D.O. great surgeon & bedside matters 👏 but Jessica at the front desk attitude was terrible should not be in the medical field, before you say No check with doctor, Dr. Carroll walk right into the office after my daughter surgery and said to Jessica yes her mother can have a Attendant Care Rx. Customer service is not her field, I said thank you twice and she said nothing, management need to watch who they hire at the front desk.
Scotch: I had a horrible experience here. Just this morning I was supposed to have surgery only to find out at 5:30 a.m. that they canceled and rescheduled my appointment without notifying me.

Robin Briskey: I had a total hip replacement procedure done yesterday. My experience with Premier was nothing short of remarkable. Dr. Ajluni and his staff are amazing. My nurse Julie was incredible and she demonstrated such professionalism, patience, and empathy. Dr. Ajluni is a gifted surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. His team is on top of their game... I'm feeling great and am looking forward to my recovery and an improved quality of life thanks to these talented individuals. Highly recommend if your thinking about this type of surgery...
Karen Hoeft: This was the best group of people. From the first person that greater me to the last person wheeling me out. Always smiling, joking and making me feel comfortable.My daughter was there with me, she is a Physical therapist assistant and was also very impressed on how they explained things to me so I under stood. Facility very clean and organized.
McKenzie Duffey: I just had a procedure done there and I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone was! The place was clean and well kept up. The wait was nonexistent and they were all so kind and patient. I tend to become a chatter box and a bit of a jokester when I’m nervous and they all joined in, in making me feel safe and comfortable. This is not surprising since any where Dr. Q is involved tends to be a great place. We were in and out and on our way home before we knew it. My nurses were some of the best I have ever had! So thankful! Highly recommend and hope that in the future if I need anything done I can go there.

Judy Peddle: I cannot rave enough about Premier Surgical Center. I went there to have my carpal tunnel surgery done, and couldn't have had a better experience. I was a bit nervous as this was my first surgery ever, but everyone from reception to the nurses to the doctors were all so nice, professional, and made me feel so comfortable. And it was nice to not have to go to a hospital for my surgery during these times of Covid. I highly recommend them.

RoseMary McNitt: Had minor hand surgery this past Monday. I told the people who were caring for me that I felt like a princess. So many people caring for me. Everything they did was explained to me before they did it. Received a call the following day to see how I was doing, and today a get will card.
Heather McGuire: I had the WORST experience at this center. I am suffering my 2nd miscarriage and was scheduled for a D&C. Upon walking in I was asked to take a pregnancy test. Then I noticed the info on my wrist band was wrong and had allergies listed that I do Not have. I asked where this info came from and got no solid answer.The pre-op continues and the nurse is reviewing another health history (which was gone over day prior to surgery via phone as well) that DID NOT belong to me but is in my chart.HIPPA was then broken when I was able to see another woman’s entire health history.My chart was reviewed and went through 6 different people before this moment and no one noticed that there was conflicting information.Jonathan the head of the center had no valid answers other than “this is why we ask questions”Needless to say I left and DO NOT TRUST this center to preform my surgery.
Janet Asdell: I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the staff. We were treated with respect and kindness from my initial intake until my release. The staff was thorough in their explanation of the procedure and what to expect after. My husband was allowed to be with me from the time they walked me back and welcomed him back in as soon as I woke up. All I can say is thank you, thank you for treating your patients who are at their most vulnerable with dignity.
Dime Abbott: Brought my girlfriend here for surgery. The nurses did not explain anything clearly. One of the residents that assisted Dr.Kehoe with tools during surgery, came in with a mouthful of food, tried to talk but we couldn't understand him due to the mouthful of food, and tried to shake my gfs hand. She had broken bones and he went to shake that hand... She respectfully declined his rude handshake. Then he ignored me didnt even go to shake my hand. He had a snobby attitude and does not belong in any form of patient care.Their estimated time was almost 4.5 hours longer then they told us. I was not allowed to see her after surgery until she was pretty much walking out the door.

The staff was knowledgeable and I really appreciated the fact that it was a great experience for being a surgery. I never want to go to the hospital again! Honest Review: I had to make a last minute appointment. I was seen the same day. The experience was great. The doctor was patient and very informative. They have everything you need right there. I would definitely recommend this HF facility to other people.

The staff was helpful getting me to where I needed to go, as well. Henry Ford MDs have the most wonderful personalities!
Shelby Duff: I have zero complaints about the staff. The doctors were very professional and completed my procedure easy with no problems. So were the nurses and the PAs. My issue is with the Henry Ford Health System billing system.DO NOT USE HENRY FORD HEALTH IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.I had an ingrown toenail that was so painful I couldn't wait any longer to go to the private practice I normally do. So I booked an appointment through Henry Ford to get in as soon as possible.Everything went well until two weeks later, I received ANOTHER Bill for the same procedure I received only it cost 25% more that the procedure on the bill I got from Lakeside, and my insurance wasn't going to cover it - because it is shown as a duplicate procedure on their end, and they covered my first bill. I reached out about it and they stated that because I went with an outpatient facility, I was required to pay the Hospital for facility cost for the rent of the room. I was never made aware that this payment would ever occur, and if I was, I would have dealt with the pain until I could go to a private practice or just unsanitary remove my toenail myself.If you go, be prepared of this hidden fee they try to get you with.
Mell O: It is so sad to see that nurses that work in pediatrics are so rude and not caring. If you choose a job of a nurse in pediatric you should do it the right way with understanding and caring and if not then you shouldn’t be there and not take it out on the patients and create trauma for moms and their babies.

The staff was professional and made me feel calm before going in. although the test was mildly unpleasant when I had to apply pressure and make muscles for the needle portion of the test, while the needles were going in {😩}(she kept asking if I was ok and reassured me)…

Dita Ri: If you go there just for a visit for a specific issue, they will rip you off!!! So you not only have to pay your co-pay for your visit (that is normal) but on top of that they will charge you extra, just for entering their building!!!! So I did a throat normal visit for doctor Elizabeth Steiner, and even though I already paid my copay at the time of visit, after some time I received a strange bill of extra $244.88 from them!!! So according to them I have to pay extra $174.83, ONLY FOR ENTERING THEIR BUILDING!!!! And I had to pay another EXTRA $70.05 for the doctor Steiner, even though I already paid her my copay at the time of the visit!!! So in total I had to pay $244.88 (and also the insurance paid their part for these "extras"). REAL SHARKS....
Lauren Weffer: The staff in pediatrics is absolutely horrific and their office manager whom is a man walked into my 14 years old daughters room while changing for her physical without knocking and just entering the room. Pretty sure it’s against the law and illegal to do that. I will be talking to an attorney and looking into forward pressing charges so if you have young female daughters I would recommend never to bring them to this office!
bhavika: Had no choice but to go to this location for colonoscopy for a family member. The prep for the procedure started over an hour after the scheduled time. Mind you the procedure only took 30 minutes or so. After the procedure, you only get 30 minutes to get yourself together even though the anesthesia has barely worn off. And how the heck are you suppose to hear your diagnosis from the doctor when the anesthesia has barely worn off. Felt rushed and the nurse literally pushed us out of the recovering area because in her word they had to get ready for next patient. oh and they only take appointment after 12pm. Why!

Luis M. Del Rio: The MRI radiologist here is rude, he makes fun of patients, and does not explain anything related to the MRI process. He takes a lot of time to read and provide results. I don't recommend coming to this location for an MRI. The guys barely speaks English.
KittenintheMitten: I just had an EMG done here this morning and the tech that did it was amazing. Really made me feel comfortable and had a great bedside manner. Easy to talk with and funny. matt genette: Had a total hip replacement here. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Brand new modern facility that is clean and well run. The staff is amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time. Everything was explained in detail and I always knew what to expect. A week before the surgery they held a class that went over the details of the procedure and after care and let you ask questions. This was incredibly helpful. Hope I never have to go back.....but if I did, I would definitely go here again.

Great staff in all areas from check-in and including all Nurses and assistants (it's evident that they like working there). Dr. Schoch and his nursing staff have great bed side manner and communication skills. I will recommend to all family and friends.
Eagle101: My wife has had surgery twice and both times the experience had been good. There's a status board in the waiting room to show you were each patient is at with their surgery. The surgeon was excellent, took good care of my wife and came out to inform me of the successful procedure. The nurses and staff were friendly, competent and efficient.
