I finished all my 6 sessions and it was so strange that I saw hair growing in certain areas which tells me that those parts have been totally ignored during the laser session. Asked to talk to the manager to give me an explanation of how’s possible that I am seeing hair growing in certain areas like laser was never done and her answer was everyone is different, she didn’t even bother herself to take a look on it. The equipments that they use are so old fashion and I could tell that the stuff is not specialized for that service. The guy that stays at front was so rude all the time. If you call them and they don’t answer, or if you live a voicemail, they’ll never call you back. Also, I have been burned a couple of times because if they see any hair left after shaving they want tell you, but they’ll continue with the laser, burn your skin and make you suffer . I regret that I spend my money and time over there. So disappointed! Believe it or not but that’s my first time doing a bad review, but it was well deserved. I don’t want other people do the same mistake that I did, especially when it’s about our skin and our body!! Make yourself a favor, go to a professional place not there!!

Then they tried telling me that they can’t shave you “because of Covid.” So my question is, why did they shave the areas my sister missed, but refused to shave me? Example, I missed some parts on my shoulders and thighs while trying to shave at home. I came there thinking they were going to shave the spots I missed. The lady was very rude about it too. They are clean and follow COVID procedures, everything is explained to me and they answer all my questions, and are friendly. I also inquired about their facial services because the lazer is going so well. They have a good variety of services including hydrafacials and microneedling and more, and will consult with you. They also confirm my appointments with me.

I called before I began coming because my research showed that Black people require a special machine and I was assured that the machine here works on darker skin. It does and has saved me lots of money as waxing prices are more expensive than laser.The facilities are always bright, clean and fresh smelling.Robin is almost always my technician and does a fantastic job. She takes her job seriously and always does it with care especially sensitive areas. In fact, because my skin is particularly sensitive, she suggested that I allow her to ice the areas prior to treating them. That solution helped tremendously.

Selma K: It’s a scam. I went on to Groupon (my mistake) and saw there was a deal for 5-6 sessions of laser appointments for $250. So I thought why not give it a try. I did it for about 5 months in the bikini area and noticed hair was going away slowly during those months. According to some research, I’m the perfect candidate for laser hair removal (dark hair, light skin). There was 1 month that I had to skip before my last session. Within that time, ABSOLUTELY ALL of my hair has grown back, as if I never had any sessions. There were no areas on my bikini that looked like they were treated. I went to my last session and asked Robin why I was seeing all of my hair growing back. She said I needed to purchase another package to see results (making it 12 sessions total). I didn’t buy any other package. Instead, i went online to do some research and found that it typically takes 3-8 sessions to see long-lasting results (NOT temporary results month to month). I also read that everyone in the room is supposed to wear protective glasses. I was given those glasses maybe two times during all of my sessions. It’s my fault I even went here before doing any research. Those Groupon deals sound really enticing but I promise this is not worth it.
