Tyler Wilkie: We had an excellent experience with Craigs TV! We had an issue with the backlight on our Samsung Frame and after talking to Samsung they opened a repair ticket. The very next day we had scheduled an appointment with Craig's TV for the following Monday. The repairman, Loui was incredibly kind, professional, and hard working. Hands down the best service technician I have ever worked with. He performed a panel replacement and he did so very quickly and with minimal disruption to our day. Pleasantly surprised on how quickly our TV issue was resolved.

Technician Louie was very professional and knowledgeable and made the repair in short time… my total experience with Craig’s TV was outstanding from my first call to them. My first contact was with Dawn and she had a few questions and had a good idea as to the problem. They had to order parts for the repair, while waiting for parts, Dawn called me several times with updates. I can’t say enough good things about Dawn and Louie.. Craig and Samsung should be very proud of these two they understand customer service and apply it 100%!!!

Ravi Tumu: I had an issue with my Samsung TV screen and needed a LCD panel replacement. I filed a claim with Samsung which was under warranty, they assigned the replacement with CRAIG’s Electronics. They called me immediately, took care of the parts ordering and scheduled around my availability. Mr. Louie came in for the repair, helped me demount the TV from the wall, replaced the panel, helped me put it back up the wall, and double checked everything was working fine. All within 45 minutes. Great service.
Dr DArnold: Craig's TV helped me with a Samsung warranty repair. They were quick to respond, very honest with setting expectations since they can't predict when they receive parts, and were very professional from start to finish. The man who repaired my tv, Louie, was very kind and easy to work with. He explained the issue and described each part of the tv as he worked on it. I can't stress enough how honest, timely, friendly, professional, and effective Craig's TV's service was for me, and I suspect they'd do the same for you.

R B: Had an awesome experience with Craig’s TV especially Louie. I purchased a TV from Costco that suddenly broke and was referred to Craig‘s TV to get my TV repaired. Naturally, I was scared. I was going to have to spend $1000 for a new TV. Louis and his worker were very professional upon arrival at my home and were able to fix the TV right away. They did some tests and made sure everything was running perfectly. I would highly recommend Craigs TV to anyone who Has TV issues.

Alisa Selim: I called Costco on Monday about my Samsung TV that stopped working suddenly, and they reached out to Samsung the same day, but had to send them an email as it was early in the morning and still closed. They said it would take 24-48 hours for someone to contact me and try to schedule a service. Craigs TV called me the next day, diagnosed the problem over the phone in less than a minute, ordered a new screen which they said could take up to a week to be delivered, depending on where it’s shipping from.They contacted me the next morning (Wednesday) saying the part had arrived and they could send someone out the same day. Loui came less than an hour later and replaced the screen within minutes. Fast, professional, and great service. Very satisfied with the promptness of fixing the tv.

Melvin McCoy: My 65 Inch TCL TV went out, Called Sean's Tv service and repair and spoke with a Sean that was very knowledgeable about Tv's and I explained to him the issue I was having with my TV, He said he could fix it. Dropped it off and a week later it was fixed. The issue was due to screen went black and light strips went out. He fixed it for a very good price and gave me a 60-day warranty on parts and Labor. If anyone wants an honest and very good turnaround with repair time look no more than Sean. I am very pleased. If I have any issues with my TVs in the future, I will definitely give him a call. He offered to bring me or mail me $20, I told him to take his wife out to eat & use that money to help pay the tab. I guess all I can do now is give his business 5 stars. Oh, If my old TV was melting, there was nothing showing on the outside of TV, & if the lights were burned out, how would they get so hot. I normally don't take the time to write reviews. I just keep thinking about what happened. I got a new 55" Samsung Smart TV. I called Sean & took the old Smart 55" TV to his shop. I am a handicapped 85 years old who walks with a cane. (not that matters) I was so surprised, the cost to repair was kind of high. So I asked him to give me 50 bucks for it, he said he don't buy TV, so I said 20 bucks just for my time & gas to get there. I told him to fix it & give to some needy family or friend who need a 55" TV. The point is we all know he will sell that TV for at least 200 dollars. Have a great weekend everybody.

Highly recommend.Something else that is nice is that the owner seems to be pretty well versed in a variety of electronics because on the whim I have brought a few things there out of their usual realm of items and they always were able to fix them.

chris valenti: My 58” roku tv went black after trying resets and different plugs and whatever else realized it wasn’t gonna be simple fix after searching google I found tv clinic, which I realized I’ve seen a few times driving home so looking at reviews I noticed a pattern the only bad reviews were people with smashed screens who were told it would be cheaper to replace the whole unit… since mine wasn’t that kind of broken I took it in 25 to check it out, but that’s applied to the bill, like an auto mechanic so no big deal, next day I had a diagnosis backlight burnout, about 200$ do it I said that’s half what it would take to replace or get comparable screen, so I thought a good price :) so if your screen isn’t cracked and broken than I imagine it’ll be worth the 25 to have them check it out. Not to mention the extremely friendly staff and two months later still going strong :).Thanks T. V. Clinic :)

Marie Moretti: This appliance guy (listed as a certified company for LG on LGs website), came out to troubleshoot and potentially fix our washing machine. He said the clutch, tub and tub rotor needed replaced. He also mentioned replacing the motor b.c. the mortor is under warranty and we should just replace it all while they are inside the machine for the other items. He mentioned how labor intensive all the work was. I thought that is was extremely odd to replace a part that worked perfectly fine. Then he told us it would cost $1000 and that we should just buy a new washing machine. Our washing machine is only 5 years old and looks brand new. I was blown away by this! He then proceeded to tell me they only last 5 to 7 years. I could see 10 year but was completely thrown off by the 5 to 7 years.So... I went with my gut instinct and did some research after he left. Ended up removing the washer plate which is the bottom inside the tub. Load and behold, there was a piece of underwear wrapped under the base plate, holding it back from going into full spin. It literally took, at most, 2 minutes and one socket to figure this out.Anyways, I am super upset and really annoyed that we paid this company $100 to do absolutely nothing, they lied to us, and gave us a $1,000 quote to fix it! I feel completely cheated and taken advantage of!*Edit* I reached out to the company and they refunded me the $100. However, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She gave me a lecture on how they "came out and did their job by assessing the situation and that they are only refunding me out of good customer service." I responded with "okay" and went to ask her for her name for documentation purposes, but she hung up on me without allowing me to finish my sentence and without saying bye.

Eric D: We were forced to use this company for our washer which needed a new door seal, because Samsung had no other repair companies within a 50 mile radius. As you can see from other reviews, they are terrible. First, the woman that answers the phone is always rude. Second, I was told the repair would take a week. It had been a month, and they refused to give me any further information or look into the parts that are being delivered. I am simply told, repeatedly, that they will call me when the parts arrive. I finally filed a BBB complaint to Samsung and they took care of it. They refunded me for half the price of the washing machine, and told me that the repair company had a COVID case... that they never bothered to tell me about! So now I also have to wonder if the guy that diagnosed our machine had COVID when he was at our house. The kicker was almost two months later and weeks after Samsung refunded me and I bought another washer, they called me to schedule the repair. They were clueless that I had already bought a new washer. Avoid these jokers unless you like waiting months for a routine repair.

The woman told me I could go elsewhere and that she would cancel my rescheduled appt but unfortunately I am under warranty through ABC and this is who they use. AWFUL!!!

Vince Thompson: Lowes scheduled an appointment for the 22nd of April between 1 and 5 pm. No call, no show. When I called the next afternoon to find out why they didn't show they told me they don't do service calls on Thursdays. Never bothered to call me the day it was scheduled or anytime after to let me know.

John Hart: Not the most modern and efficient but affective in getting the job done. When your TV stops working, do you fix it? A tough call, it's so easy getting a new one and the time to wait for it to be done. It's summer time you should be outside having fun. Send it in and get it fixed.
