Chris: Friendly staff, however good luck trying to reach a Tesla Representative by phone, here or anywhere. Love the car (just bought a MYP) but beware/know/accept Tesla customer service is non existent. You have to get past that part. If you do, there are no cars on the market that come close to the Tesla for the same(current) price. The one part that saves them is that the Tesla app works great to get most things done, that you need for the car...and that the car requires almost no maintenance.

Erika Kalman: Excellent customer service. We got to test drive a model 3 car with the short tutorial we were given. All our questions were well answered and we had a great experience.

Amy B.: Test drove the Tesla Model Y for the first time. Dont have any complaints!! Drivers seat is very comfy, the car hugs the road and is very easy to drive. The pedal picks up and goes. It's a very fast car and you barely have to use the brake. Love this car more than our Lexus that we just leased for 4 years.

Joseph Hanks: I wish I could leave 0 stars..I was very excited to come purchase a model 3 of had an appointment for 4:30. I arrived ten minutes late because I have kids and life doesn’t always go as expected. They told me I would have to wait until about 5:15 at the latest so I sat around waiting with my two kids for over an hour just to hear nothing. I was finally called at almost 6pm to come test drive a model I wasn’t even interested in. I will not be purchasing a Tesla anymore just because this is very poor business.

We Are Rideshare: This station is ok. It has a bad habit of slowing to about 12kw once you get to 80% also the power will cost you about $20 a full charge in a model 3 single motor. Also usually their is an opening at this location as well.

Jeremy Orr: This Tesla supercharger station is great! 12 brand new stalls in the parking lot of a Meijer in Detroit. I think this is the first and only supercharger station actually within the City of Detroit. In addition to Meijer there are plenty of sit down and fast food restaurants, as well as retail shopping. This will be my new go-to charging station.

Eric Marcot: Tried 2 chargers when 17deg F, and both were frozen. Got nervous because I was at 5% with no other charging option available on Christmas day. Fortunately the 3rd charger worked. Images are of the chargers and plugs that didn't work. Not sure how to report this to Tesla.

Scott McIntosh: the plugs work well (every time I've been here half a dozen times) and there's a Meijer and a Target and several places to get a bite very close.

Sam Kim: Very good location with Meijer and Target at this location right off the expressway. Restaurants nearby including Olive Garden, Panda Express to name a few within walking distance.

Karen Smith: Tesla Supercharger is just that a place to go if you own a Tesla. I don't know much about this place so I can't say whether or not it applies to everyone. Can you qualify to go there with any type of automobile, truck, suv, or does it only applies to people that owns a Tesla. I was a bit confused as to whether or not you can take your motor vehicle there. Teslas are an expensive vehicle and not many people like me owns one so their needs to be more information out there to explain what this company has to offer poor or low income people. Is this place for people with electronic vehicles the ones that you charge up. An explanation...more information is needed to understand what is being offered to the public to determine whether or not to go there.

Debbie Geddis: There are several charging stations located on this lot. I haven't used any of them but it seems to get a good amount of "traffic" with cars getting charged up. They seem to be well maintained and some day who knows, maybe I will make use of them myself.

G. W. McKlintock: Would've been cooler if there was a place here we could charge Volkswagen vehicles. Who even goes to Meijer that has a Tesla? No PokeStops nor PokeGyms, but plenty of spawning Pokemon in the parking lot. Free air behind the Meijer building too
