Sandro Sitto: Rude and disrespectful employees in “Parts Department” I went there and got some fittings and hoses for transmission cooler and the fitting did not go in the hose because they sold me aftermarket piece although I asked for the original one so I went back to exchange it and the guy says you didn’t buy it from me and then he asks the other guy and he said I don’t know I’m going home. Then he asked to bring the stuff back while it’s already attached to the truck.I’ll never go back.high prices and each employee will give you a different price and long waiting time. Please know who you’re hiring there or watch how they treat customers.

Fleet Masters: Parts department is horrendous, you will call all day from open to close and not one time will someone answer. You will listen to a recording stating your que in line is 1 but nothing will happen for hours. Call back and start the process over again. Show up at parts department just to have employees talking to each other about issues unrelated to parts while they keep looking at you but offer no assistance for a good 15-30min…and that’s if your the only one there.

koopx: came to the service, with some problems on the track. Repaired under warranty, everything is fine. I started the truck, the windows do not work. Came back and they fixed it quickly. Left satisfied! On the way, I discovered that they set a speed limiter for me. We called the service, explained the problem, they say that it is not their fault but they are ready to fix it. But it was a long way to go back, I had already traveled 60 miles. They think it's so easy to do, 60 miles to them and another 60 miles back. The total mileage would be 180 miles. Recommendation: check if everything works for you after they work on your truck

Mike H: It takes awfully too long to get parts, at least 30-45 minutes wait and hour plus if there are few in line ahead of you. This has been going on forever and management seems not to care at all.

RuffRize Rise: I like the shop but had a bad experience at the end. Was getting my boat trailer out the lot, I had to wait for tow driver. I can’t do nothing… Once tow driver got there It was getting close to closing time and dude in the red suv kept rushing us and rushing us.. gave us a real bad attitude.. driving around that small lot fast, loud music, angry… saying he’s going to lock us in while we’re already in the process of loading the trailer up. As much as I like the equipments and trailer stocks they have.. I just cant deal with people who rushes their customers. If you like bad attitude and get rush out.. this is the place to be. I wouldn’t trust having my equipments worked on here when dude rushes you out, probably will take shortcuts to rush the job done.

Wayne Huffman: I bought a boat and large triple axle trailer from a less than honest seller off Facebook and while I looked the boat over very carefully the trailer was in another location and I took the seller at his word that it was in great shape and road worthy. Being that I was 7 hours away I had the seller bring the trailer to Shores after looking at some online reviews to get looked over and serviced prior to the transport company picking the boat. My timeline was very short and I needed everything to line up and Nick knowing this immediately had the trailer inspected hours after it was dropped off. Having discovered several MAJOR issues he immediately contacted me and took detailed photos to show me everything that was wrong and recommended a course of action. This particular trailer needed alot of impossible to get parts but with his help, 10 nervous phone calls and AT LEAST 30 texts from me asking everything from dimensions for the road permits to photos validating parts I had shipped. In the end the trailer was in like new condition, towed/braked and performed flawlessly. Without his assistance I certainly would have been left on the side of the road or worse. His guys even helped us set up the electric controller in the truck and gave several pointers on the operation of it. Top notch! Even though him and his team never met me they treated me like we were friends and helped out at every step. I will certainly buy my next trailer from him!! Thanks to Nick and the entire crew at Shores!!

Seriously, I started the process of buying an aluminum trailer with Jerry and everything just went so great from there. The administration staff, friendly and professional and accurate paperwork! The Yard Assembly gentleman I met was so super cool both times, especially today when hooking it up to my vehicle! Back to my salesman Jerry. I was contacting 3 or 4 places by email, only Jerry was replying in a timely manor and not making mistakes during our communication. So...as the deal went forward and two visits later (one to buy one and to return/pick up), it was very pleasing to have this trust built up and enjoy a smooth ride to the finish!!! Even the Sales Manager gave me a friendly walk over, smile and greeting and my deal was already sealed so he was gaining nothing.If they have what you need, just go ahead and buy it...the guys and gals are stress and drama free. They confirmed that they did do repairs so we decided to go on over, not knowing if we needed a repair exactly but desperate for help. We got there and it was super busy. And pouring rain. A man watched us, and it was pretty obvious that we didn't know where to go or what to do. So he came out in the rain, asked what we needed and proceeded to spend the next 15 to 20 minutes helping us. It was pouring rain and I did my best to hold an umbrella over us, but he still got pretty soaked. Aaron was so helpful and went out of his way to educate us on our hitch hook up. Top notch customer service. Thank you Aaron. I will always refer people to you.

While I was having breakfast right next door with my 15 month old granddaughter, I got a call informing me that work was completed. I was in and out in under a half hour. Quality of install and customer service was top notch. The 45 minutes drive to Joe’s Trailer from my home in Kimball was well worth it and with no hesitation has already and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Joe’s Trailer Sales Inc.

tyler keeton: Went in there today to get a hitch for my truck. 2016 Nissan Frontier. Dude wasn't rude but wasn't polite. Quoted me 510 for parts and install and two months from now it could be done. I went to uhaul and bought everything for 190 and installed it in 45 minutes. Uhaul said their installation was 80 bucks. I usually spend more at smaller shops and support local but 510 is rather insulting to be honest.:Edit to the owner: wrong. I didn’t want you to install uhauls parts. I went to your business first. The rest of your response is practically incomprehensible.
