Paul Clark: Have been with this company for years, but recently it has gone downhill. They were supposed to skip the first spray but came and did it anyway on top of leaves and other debris, causing an uneven distribution and a lawn full of weeds. Never came for the second treatment and when I inquired, they stated it was skipped for an unknown reason, even though I spoke directly with the owner and planned the next 2 treatments. I didn’t receive a call back so I called again and was told that I am not going to receive the second treatment. The customer service was very rude as well. I expressed my displeasure and desire to get the treatments but was dismissed and they did not care whether I stayed as a customer. Disappointing and unprofessional!
Diane Drumm: I've been a customer for around 20 years. When I moved from Detroit, I kept them as my weed control/fertilizer service. Even referred them to my sister. However, I noticed that the last year's service was sub-standard. As I have a locked gate, they would call before they came. For years, never a problem. Since service was very sporadic last year (and NOT due to the pandemic--that was the year before), I was curious as to what their plans were for this year. I contacted THEM via email. They called back and left a message on my voice mail that they HAD CANCELLED ME--"because I have a locked gate". All these years, that was never a problem. Apparently, if I had not contacted them, I would just be waiting for them to arrive. After 20 years, they didn't even have the decency to let me know they "cancelled me due to my locked gate". Ridiculous. Shame on them. They work was so shoddy last year that I was considering going elsewhere anyhow. Very, very unprofessional.

From the office staff who had to provide insurance paperwork to the condo association, and then we had to reschedule since the association did not approve in a timely manor, to the gentleman that provided the estimate and explained everything in detail as to what work was going to be done, pricing and providing a timely estimate. It was great service. Today the crew showed up on time, again explained what service they were going to perform, and made sure that the work was acceptable to me. One of the gentleman that was doing the tree trimming noted that I had a disease in one of my trees and offered to line up spraying in the spring to remedy the problem. James Leviege: Just needed some clipped tree branches chipped. I thought it would be at least 30 minutes of work and the guys that came out did it all in less than ten minutes. I have a tree that needs to be removed. I will be calling back for their professional and speedy service.
David Snyder: This company is a great place to dump. While dumping here can be pricy, it can be well-worth it because Hart accepts large mixed loads of logs, branches, and chips mixed together, which can save time and effort.

Craig Gonzalez: I saw their trucks about a half mile away from my house and contacted them for a quote only to be told that they don't service my area.My "area" is in Detroit just south of 8 mile but I guess they don't do "urban forestry" since they only stick to the suburbs.Maybe they should change their name to JH Hart Suburban Forestry??Anyway, kind of a racist thing to not come south of 8 mile. Do not recommend if you live in an area that actually has diversity.

First, when I called for an estimate Warren talked me through the age & health of my trees and educated me on what they were. He listed most to least urgent/important factors so that I could decide what work to get done on my budget. The crew showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up down to the last twig. I had half a tree come down from a storm right before the scheduled work date and they easily added that to the work order, and still got it done in one day. It was also a big piece of mind to see their up-to-date equipment that you can see minimizes risk to the workers. Andrew Leamy: This massive tree fell on our house during the winter storm we had two days before Christmas, which my entire household was in panic mode. We called Dave from Trspros LLC. During our conversation he asked us questions and we sent him pictures so he could diagnose the seriousness of the situation and told us our homeowners insurance should cover based on past jobs. We set up an appointment for the next day, with Dave, so he could look at the tree. He gave us a great price and told us he would cut down the whole tree, remove it and clean up with in a couple hours, which he and his excellent crew did an amazing job in the worst freezing weather to work in. Dave also took pictures before and after the job so we could have pictures to give to our house insurance for reimbursement. We are extremely satisfied with the work of Dave and Trspro LLC.

We came into this home a few years ago and while we did a lot of work and started to fix the overgrowth we started with - there was just too much to truly handle without help and Better tools. Queue the need to call the professionals.Keith was truly a gentleman and an honest business man. He never once pushed or made me feel I had to make any decision, but supported my decisions and was super communicative with me during the whole process. From the first call in to the quote processes to the work being done the day of and the final walk through.We had initially quoted only a portion of the work to be completed and we added the !5! arborvitae as a ”how much” and decided to move forward with the removal of those as well.Our mulberry trees were overgrown and honestly unmanageable. The big one was well over 16 ft high (it honestly felt like it was 40 by standing next to/under it but likely was 30?) and the smaller one truly needed the professional touch to make sure I get the best yield from it this summer.The back stump near the fence that kept growing, the front corner tree, and the remnants of the red twig dogwood were all also removed and cared for.If you are ever in need of a good honest company to care for you and your yard needs, please consider giving them a call.Service:Tree trimming pruning

DJ Kulz: Alpine was good years ago when I first hired them, this year they are more like a -1 rating!My lawn has more crabgrass than it ever had, they supposedly weed/feed here and there, doubt they do much of anything to improve a lawn. They are supposed to call before they fertilize, now my burnt lawn with crabgrass and lots of weeds has gone from bad to worse, if that's possible. Jacob Ocelnik: Not the cheapest quote I got but also not the most expensive one. They offered to remove the whole tree for cheaper than the competition came in for just removing hazardous limbs. The cleanup was immaculate. They have a customer for life now.

Mike Imirie: It seems harder than ever to find reliable contractors. Today, I found a terrific service - a 'treemendous' service, if you will - in Treemendous Tree Care. All four members of the team showed up when promised, were familiar with my job's dimensions, and got to work. They were confident, professional and customer focused. When the 25 ft. Austrian pine was cut down and stump-ground, they took out the three 40 year old bushes which needed removing. Afterwards, they cleaned up the mess to the point where you couldn't tell there had been a mess! I was impressed with their skills, with their success, and with their focus on this customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

We had some companies tell us they just couldn't do it, and some that wanted an absurd amount of money to do the job. Birchwood did the job and at an affordable price. Save yourself some time and just call Mike and his crew first. These guys were great from start to finish. They were careful of my neighbors garage and property and did amazing work on the whole removal.
