Stephanie Goleski: Anna and Shawn were absolutely amazing. My experience was phenomenal because of these ladies! I needed scrubs for my first hospital job, so I really had no idea what to expect. They took me to a fitting room and handed me several sets to try on. When I walked out of the room in each, they were both there to see how they looked/fit. If something didn’t fit right, they would run and grab a different size/brand for me. Their service was personable and 1:1 with me, despite there being other customers in the store. Most significantly, they made me feel seen and important. Thank you to Anna and Shawn for all of the help! I will absolutely return in the future and I recommend this specific location to anyone on the fence about where to go.

We were greeted by Anna when we walked in, she grabbed some different styles off the rack and set up a dressing room for me to try them on. Every time I needed a new size she was right there getting me what I needed! I would 110% come back here for future work clothes!! Anna was so so nice and helpful, she made the experience flawless and was very knowledgeable about all the fits and brands!

Peggy Santel: Anna the manager went out of her way to help find just the right scrubs for me when I told her that I’d never bought them before. I told her that I had dogs and needed fabric that the hair wouldn’t stick to. She said that Cherokee Infinity was the most recommended for that. She helped me find the right style pants and top and when one of the two colors was out of stock, she called around to many stores til she found one that had the sizes I needed in the other color. They’re going to fedEx them to me in time to start my new job. I was in and out of the store in an hour and feel like I learned everything I needed to know about the right scrubs for me. Thank you Anna at the Utica, MI store for making my experience pleasant.
Rachel McPherson: The staff where AMAZING! They where so helpful! I made a mistake when grabbing my scrub pants and the lady who was helping me noticed and helped me get the correct pair. She was also able to help with some minor issues I was having with my previous pare of pants. The brands this store holds for scrubs, badge pins, bags, and socks are all made with the medical professionals in mind. I highly recommend this store to other medical professionals and I’ll be telling my coworkers about this place!

Daedra L. Secrest: I usually purchase my items from the store in Westland, but I was on the other side of town for work. So I decided to exchange my pants at the Warren location. I walk up to the register, the store clerk of Latin decent greeted me. I told her I wanted to exchange these Barco pants because the yoga waistband busted at the seam where it meets the pants. I continued to say maybe this isn’t the style for me. I want to exchange it or get another set. She cuts me off and states that since she has my size in stock she can only exchange for the same pair. I was disappointed that I had to accept the exchanged, but went ahead with it asking you sure you have a small regular length. She replied; Yes. Two days later I attempted to put the pants on and they were tighter and short. I notice the tag said SP (small petite) and my original purchase was a SR (small regular). It was also confirmed my the receipt.I felt like she did it intentionally, I asked her twice about the sizing before the exchange.I didn’t just go in for an exchange. I purchased another set that day.
