Leslie McAllister: Just spoke to Jennifer (possibly a manager?) about a mishap about an over charge and getting sent the wrong equipment. Jennifer had an attitude from the beginning. She promised to send me the invoice saying I was recieving a refund for an unknown extra charge of $400. She told me she didnt know when the refund was, or if it were actually issued. When i mentioned being sent the wrong equipment as well she offered no apology or understanding. She asked why I'm calling a few days later instead of right away and when I explained that we didn't have time to wait for new equipment because the job has to get done and we were able to use it a little. she was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I asked to speak to someone else because obviously my complaints were falling on deaf ears and she hung up on me and never sent said invoice about the extra charge. I'm a pretty reasonable person. I wasn't looking for a full refund or anything. An apology and maybe a slight discount for the problems. Don't recommend talking to her at all

Alex Clixby: I’ve used sunbelt on 4 occasions, 3 of them went flawlessly. The sales representatives were extremely professional and very helpful. The delivery trucks were on time and the equipment ran great. This last experience the sales rep Anthony tried to charge me considerably more than I had paid in the past then messed up the delivery address and most importantly the delivery date. I was regrading a parking lot of an apartment building and had all the tenants wake up at 7am and move their vehicles so I could get to work. As I was waiting on the equipment I called to check the status to find out it was booked for the wrong day, Another sales rep Matt, was very helpful and accommodating and dispatched the equipment for the same day (the day I planned for). Unfortunately I’m losing out on 4 hours out of the 8 I anticipated using the machine. Overall they’ve been a good company to work with and nearly every person I’ve talked to has been great. But they may need to weed out the bad ones or have their good employees train the careless ones.

Dom “Big D”: Rented the dump trailer a few times there and each time i had to return an swap for another between hydraulics leak bad batteries and a door that wont stay shut

Lynsey Blount: We called to rent tables and chairs and were told that if we came to pick them up ourselves it would be $120 but to deliver to our home, which is 20 minutes from the company, it would be a $120 delivery fee. The gentleman we spoke with was incredibly rude. I would not at all recommend this company.

eric frantz: We never write reviews, but we felt very compelled to do so this time. We booked 2 tents and 75 chairs ($1300) a year in advance for a graduation party. When the tables arrived the condition of the wood was poor. They were gouged and split and one leg on a table did not even meet the top. The white chairs were filthy! There was no way my family and friends were going to sit on those chairs. My daughter and wife spent 2 1/2 hours scrubbing with Tilex and Soft Scrub the back and seat of the chairs to remove the dirt and grass.My wife then went to Celebrations to pick up another chaffing dish and discussed our concerns. The person working the desk, owner?, made an excuse and said he "has 4000 chairs going out each week and there was no way he could inspect each chair". (He didn't inspect ANY !!). "I could raise my price $2.00 (and I would get it) and be able to look the chairs over". "This is a busy season, and that cannot be done". My wife told him it was a reflection on his business and we would not recommend anyone rent from him. He was not concerned.I think I would try Romeo Rental, as my sister did, and see if their rentals were in better shape.Also, the chaffing dishes were smelly and the lids were greasy. My wife had to clean those up also. I doubt those are looked over by anyone other than the delivery guys who pick them up. This is a sanitation issue.No offer was made to compensate us.
