EBB: Mailed the invoice back to them with all my insurance info. A month later I find out they turned my account over to a collection agency.
Ruth Holland: The Billing Department is thoroughly incompetent. Paid July 2021. Here it is in January 2022 and they claim they have no record of the payment. This is after sending copies of the check. Calls to the office in August and they said they received copies. Now they are saying they have no record of payment.
Robin Rieckhoff: Called for ambulance & told it would take minimum of 3 hours for transport when dealing with severs panic attacks, hyper ventilating , etc - due to anxietyThis was un acceptible Service when I could not breath - wanted to be transported to hospital of my choice THIS WAS NOT A TAXI SITUATION

Suzie Cue: They are rude when they answer the phone and at the front desk, very unprofessional, the office AND rooms are dirty :( not a very good experience at all. Definitely finding a new dr to go to.
Sammy Menzo: Literally the WORST urgent care. Everything is SO dirty. The girls are so rude and were cussing and complaining about others coworkers that weren't there. I never leave reviews on things so I really felt strongly about posting this for others.
Raham: They made my mother wait over one hour for nothing. Both the doctor and the stuff were rude. Don’t recommend them at all.
Liz L: If i can rate less than one star, I would. This place is so horrible now. I used to love coming here. The staff here don’t seem to know what they are doing. Appointment time didn’t matter. I will wait 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour after my appointment and when I finally got up to go asked them, they look at each other, talking in their native language and say, I’m next. This is about the third time already.

joe dalal: This place was filthy. They had people working in the back, why not clean? The doctor wasn’t even wearing gloves, gave us no paper work, wasn’t wearing a jacket, and after his procedure he basically said okay have a nice day. I will never refer anyone or come back to this place.
Gabriela Song Art: Very happy with this urgent care location. I know them for many years and they are always out going, caring and with a reasonable price.
Ahmed: If you are an immigrant looking to make your medical examinations it's better to go somewhere else, it took 10 days to give me the report and they increased their fees to almost $200 + x-ray ray which is $40 so you'll pay $240 in an unorganized place like this, and very slow employees.
maryana hermiz: Unorginazed, slow and rude workers. You'll be waiting at least an hour and 30 minutes just to be seen! Horrible horrible horrible. Also, don't even bother calling them, you'll be put on hold for at least 10-15 for a simple question.
Maryam Jack: Can not stand how unorganized this place is. Dr Naveed is the best but the staff and the manager there, oh lord dont even wanna talk about it.

Crown Custom Clothing: I searched this place up and it said that it is open on Sundays from 8am - 8pm. I called couple of times and no answer. I figured the phone recipient left the desk. So, I went to the place and find out it is closed Please maintain your hours.
LUCY P: worst service ever! the staff there are very inconsiderate and rude. when they gave me the shot, they didn't even wear gloves!I was surprised to get a positve on TB test. Then they gave me a X-ray and was informed that I will get a result like next Wednesday. I tried to call them sevearl time and every time they lied to me...Sometimes they will say to check with the doctor and call me back after half an hour, but they didn't...then I called again and they said they will call back next morning but they still didn't...I am shocked at their service...They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life....
