Henry Ford Medical Center - Sterling Heights: what do users think?
Sin Han: Doctors are too busy to make the most lack of organisation, the waiting time is dreadful. My son had to see a doctor to get his urgent prescriptions refilled, only upstairs same day urgent care doctor available on those days. First visit waited 30 minutes in the front room one hour in the back room for the doctor to check in, the second time waited 1.5 hour in the back room for the doctor come to see my son, the rooms had no air conditioner during summer, it was difficult to manage a sick child in the hot stuffed room for nearly two hours.Dr. Devaney is my son’s primary doctor for his routine checks. Besides waiting in the front waiting area, not once we didn’t have to wait less than 30 minutes and longer for her to see us after checked in the back rooms. We have visited her over 20 times during the past two years, we want to love this clinic location because it is very convenient to us, but we cannot afford the waiting period we are ending the relationship with her and the Henry Ford Medicaid Center Sterling Heights, I really hope the doctors can shorter the waiting time, then we will be back.
ErichandMary Jenzen: Wow this hospital was amazing,I was having seaver adominal pain in my belly button area and I got there at 830 am and they had me all fixed up and feeling better by 12pm noon. That was the fastest I have ever had treatment. I strongly recommend this hospital but as for other hospitals I have been in before usually are slow and I'm usually there from 8 to 12 hours,so Henry Ford hospital is amazing and the staff was very nice and on point with taking care of you with prompt service.BEST HOSPITAL EVERty so much for your services plus still got to work half the day.
Arvel: My mom's been going there for a while she said things are getting better there I was glad to hear that keep up the good work...🤗
Yvonne Harris: Not happy with the front desk on the second floor. Where is everybody? The foot doctor is good friendly. The nurse or assistant not very useful. The doctor did his own running around getting things. Ok i guess. Problem is the parking lot been here a few times, no security. Guy in big white SUV tried to pick me up as old as i am and took a picture as i was passing. I got his plate but can't publish that on google.
Michelle Kosanke: This is my 3rd visit to this ER and I highly recommend it. I pass many ERs and live 5 minutes from Henry Ford Macomb but I will gladly go out of my way to go there.
rolynlove 98: This was fast and very efficient and very friendly place i came into this place freaking out because I keep having highpain levels and just minutes within the staff taking care of me I was calm and assured that I'm being treated properly . I will come back to this place if I ever need to
Abdulmalek Sayed: The lady that works the night shift has an attitude.
Ethan Polczynski: Same day health care isn't great Dr shah offered no help all he could do is tell me I'm sick normal Dr Sekaran is great
Vida Brocious: I hate to leave such a negative review because the front desk staff, doctors, etc they were all nice/good but my nurse who’s name is Darlene was possibly the most horrendous nurse/person I have ever met and definitely in this facility (which I have been to over 15+ times between 2017 to now). I came in with an anxiety attack and she was instantly rude and acting like she was in a hurry. However she absolutely crossed the line when she asked me to remove my arm completely out of my sweatshirt to take my blood pressure- this was completely unnecessary and a complete violation of my body/privacy since I was not wearing a bra at the time; while I was never completely exposed this did not need to be done. There was NO REASON at all and she snapped at me when I tried to question why she was doing it this way. Cherry on top was when she asked for a urine sample (which my doctor said ultimately wasn’t even needed) and I explained I had been puking all morning from the anxiety and was in need of some water. She actually had the audacity to snap “I’m not getting you any water” very rudely. I later had another nurse come into the room; he instantly gave me water when asked and when he rechecked my vitals, he checked my blood pressure the normal way it’s been taken every other time in my life. This facility is truthfully no longer in the area I live in; I was making the drive because I had liked the doctors and staff prior but this nurse is absolutely out of control & the reason I will be finding a new urgent care next time instead of risking dealing with her again.
Heather Malicco: I went to the ER last night I was in horrible pain to were I was crying and couldn't really move because I fell and hurt my back(mind you I had 2 back surgery already) and the ER doctor I had was very bad, he was so rude his behavior is so dirty and he was very unprofessional. I asked the nurse If that's all he was giving me for pain and he got so mad because I asked for pain medicine to help ease the pain and he said all I'm giving you is a lidocaine patch and you can take some Tylenol I said so what if I herniated my disc again he told me so what if you did you can follow up with your PCP then proceed to tell me I can wait in the waiting room so I told him well if I messed my back up and need another surgery and you failed to help me because that's what doctors are suppose to do help people when they are in pain, hurt or sick I will sue you then he proceeded to tell me go right ahead I don't care you can try and they gave me no discharge papers or anything the worst hospital I have ever been to ever. But I can at least say the nurses were very respectful and nice to me..but I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go to this hospital if you hurt yourself, sick or in horrible pain because you will get treated like you are nothing and get talked to like your nothing and get kicked out because you asked for something for pain..
Cynt Cynt: Came To The ER & Sat & Waited 2-3 hrs. Before Even Being Seen. Once Someone Finally Call Us To The Back The Nurse Was So Mean & Rude. When She Left Out The Room She Slammed The Door. I Never Want To Come Here Again Service Is Horrible.
Vapor Gaming: The worst hospital you could ever go to they don’t give a shi* about how you feel and if you don’t look like ur in saveer ilnesss they will make u wait 3 hours in the waiting room DO NOT GO HERE ITS GARBAGE!
Melisa Gerard: The front desk is always friendly and super fast to get you in back at the urgent care BUT the physicians are not doing what they are suppose to. 1st time I had a hard time breathing for 2 days. Went there and got in fast, had a ekg and I was fine, turns out it was just anxiety...BUT So last year my mom is turning yellow and having stomach pain. Doc saidUTI but she had so much glucose in her system they couldn't test. Turned out a week later she went to another doctor and that day she found she had cholangiocarcinoma....cancer!!!! NOT a UTI....if the urine couldn't detect it, other test should have been done, she died 6 months later in dec 2019...FF to Feb, I go there for severe stomach pain, I am told I have gastritis, no test done at all, I have gallstones and e one that is 13.5mm!!!!....I get your busy docs but people come there for care, not just because they want you to run their insurance...
Kim Stone: I am not happy with this place. It has nothing to do with my doctor or his staff. They are fantastic.I went for a routine visit with my Dr. and was greeted by a waiting room full of sick children and adults. They were coughing and sneezing. The little ones without makes were coughing and screaming and without masks. It is now the Thursday before Christmas and I am sick.Thank you Henry Ford for allowing me to be sick for Christmas. Your cost cutting measures suck.I would have thought that you would know better than to mix the acutely I'll with the chronically ill.
Tyra M: I came to this ER, 2am because I was having nerve pain in the back of my head. Very intense-unbearable painIt was me and one other person in the waiting area. Called me to the back after waiting 30 minutes. To get ask how much pain. I told the nurse 8 /10 at the moment. But I came in cause I was in tears at home in pain. Put me in a room closed the curtain 40 minutes go by another nurse come ask me the same question. She said she was going to get doctor, here it is 4am still haven’t seen a doctor, so I left in pain still, I been with Henry Ford for a long time. But experience, makes me want to leave them all around 🤦🏾‍♀️👎🏾No care, No help❗️I pray that they will get some doctors, that care enough about the patient that come in that place. Because I know they gonna try and change me for no service. What a miss up system 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Yousif Ikzir: I was waiting there for 45 minutes and the nurse came to see me and then she told wait in the lobby, Because there is no room available, I was waiting another hour and people in and out. She keeps lying to me and wasting my time. Her name Trece. She’s very disrespectful and unprofessionalSHE IS OLD ENOUGH TO BE RETIRED.
Sam Hrhr: Doesn’t even deserve one star should be zero. Rude nurses no one will take care of you. You will wait for a long time. Not recommended not recommended not recommended.
A TAYLOR: Love the doctors at this location but the waiting room policy is horrible. Why would Henry Ford administration decide to combine two clinics into one waiting room?!! This leaves sick patients sitting with well patients in a crowded waiting room without any separation. Kids and adults are coughing everywhere. Doesn't feel safe at all especially when covid is so rife. So disappointing and so scary to me even though I wore my mask.
Shahedul ISLAM: One of the ER doctor is very bad, he is so rude. His behavior is so dirty. My mom got admitted 2weeks ago. His service was totally unprofessional I didn't expect it from this hospital he got the all test result but he didn't feel that to tell it to the patient or her guardian he communicate with nurse I requested him to see with me tell me what's happened he totally denied so rude doctor
Stavro Knwza: Very nice people took care of my mom. Way more helpful then other hospitals
Sharon Floyd: Dr. Lolita Rudraiah is a great knowledgeable heart doctor her experience in listening to her patients as one of the greatest gifts she has other than the actual work being a heart doctor this Ray review go out to Henry Ford health of Sterling Heights one of the best places to have Your patient health care, it will be planned out for the best outcome of your health , thank God for Henry Ford Health of Sterling Heights

DMC Harper University Hospital: what do users think?
L H: Brought my daughter to harper she have allergic reactionThey told me sign her in have seat to wait be registered im so glad her throat not close up this how you handle a reaction that could be bad in seconds🙄
Мотор: I keep getting hung up on, I need to make an appointment
Lisa: I called for an update on my father's health. Absolutely would not recommend leaving anyone you care about here. When I questioned the nurse about my father's bowl movement (which is causing great discomfort) he hadn't had one in 2 days and she said I have to go.
Oscar Diaz: Great amputee care. The clinics were great.
Charrisa Hutchinson: My mother IS SCARED FOR HER LIFE. She is currently a patient since 13 March 2023. She came in through emergency for difficulty breathing. A failed biopsy has caused pneumothorax and she had failure after failure from the doctors trying to correct the damage they’ve caused. She’s been forced to undergo painful procedures and every doctor have provided conflicting information on the recommendation to reverse the matter. She’s currently been told another procedure is necessary. Although this might be correct, our confidence in the doctors is very low and we’re afraid the lack of competence will cause additional life threatening damage.
Nae Nae: Close this place down, they don’t take there jobs seriously, learn how to communicate when you check ppl in they just there for the money, the radiologist department was not clean
Jane: WORST HOSPITAL EVEEEET. If i could give this hospital a negative star i would, its so disgusting. Nurses and doctors don't give a sht abt you. I wanted to see the doctor after i had surgery and I haven't seen him for 2 days. No privacy, and no effort put into their jobs. There was this one nurse that was being mean, yelling and acting like she's forced to work. When i call for help they take forever to come. Overall if you care abt urself or someone you love do NOT COME HERE TRUST ME.
Eric Williams: I wish I could give negative stars. My father is here in hospice and we received a call to come down. I hope any family that has a person in hospice only has two family members because they have a two person limit for visiting, no exceptions. What caring and compassionate hospital makes a ridiculous rule for hospice? The entire floor is for hospice so who does the two person limit, visitation rule benefit? The inconsiderate staff. I know because I heard them complaining about the crowd of people gathering at the hallway doors, vying to get a chance to say goodbye to there loved ones. Request another hospital if you have any control, you will regret having a loved one here.
Alice White Kaminski: I have been a returning patient of Harper Hospital for almost 12 years. I found them when diagnosed with a rare neuromuscular disorder, Myasthenia Gravis. I needed a teaching hospital that was up to the challenge. The knowledgable, experienced, and empathetic care I have received from all departments has been top notch! I am a very complex patient who also has strong opinions on my treatments. My Harper University Hospital doctors, nurses, technicians, and staff always treat me with respect and listen to me. I have had over 125 procedures and surgeries at Harper Hospital. I have had ZERO infections and my safety record is great too. I thank these humans every chance I get - for saving my life for 12 beautiful years!! Top notch.. Interventional Radiology, Apheresis Nurses!!, Hematology, Neurology, Registration, Transportation, and The Lab too. Don't let me forget the security and the valets are exceptional human too!The only thing that whacked a star off is the wait time in the ED. The people are awesome. We need more of them!!
Rolena Collins: Visited my doctor was a short wait time. In ans out in less than an hour.
Jenny Spivey: I have stage 4 cancer and I been coming here for few years because this is wear my Dr,s want me to come but I came a few times and they didn't do anything for me and I know I was not feeling well my blood pressure Low so had to go to a different hospital and they kept me I know my body this was a good hospital before COVID-19 now it's bad They sit you in a hard chair in the hallway for hours nurse walk by like they don't see you it very bad staff in the back at the desk talk to you mean and Rude Dr,s some are nice some ant just don't understand how can you work with people ifi you don't want to work were lil and sick people are
Chowdhury: UPDATED REVIEW!!!not the best as my dad almost died bleeding waiting 5 hours only to be transferred to different ER in time. My dad has multiple issues: kidney failure, diabetic, heart failure, high blood pressure and he's on dialysis. He also had 2 amputated toes as well!!! my dad has 10 years of history with Dmc which can be found on their citrix right away but they almost killed him.Love this ER facility for the attention given to my family every time we went in a timely manner! Registration people can be little mean depending on who's working. Sometimes there are nice people and sometimes the grumpy old miserable people. Apart from that, The doctors and nurses are super amazing. Haven't encountered any issues with them from the last 5 years. I would recommend this ER facility to anyone over other ER facility.
Queen Pin: Hi my Name is Asia Evans I'm currently at harper hospital where I'm in high risk of a fetal growth restriction and and Friday morning I had a nurse who refused to bring me water the whole 7 hours she was on shift I was dehydrated light head and also never received my medication until second shift I brought it up and she was very rude to me and called secrity one when i had to get out my bed and almost pass out ..also when I called I was hung up on multiple times -it's now Saturday and for lunch we had very cold food and dinner seemed absolutely old my nurse and I could smell it now my stomach hurts and I've thrown up 👆 ill will make my business to sue the he'll out of this hospital if something happens to my child I've been on the monitor for a week now my baby heart keep going down that why I'm still here I understand yall have to go by the rules I'm 32 weeks and 3 days now and my baby is 3 pound 4 ounces I've lost weight being here please help us in here I pray for everyone here there truly scared of my child safety
Darnella Oatis: I took my husband to Harper emergency. The nursing staff and doctors were good. I could tell they were short staff and overwhelmed but was trying to make the best out of the situation. I recall one nurse having 10 patients and needing to chart another nurse to take on her patients as well. The ER lacked supplies and was never clean the 3days my husband was there until a room was available. He was finally moved to 4th floor ICU. The nursing staff there were amazing. Very attentive, answered phones when I called, made sure I knew what was going on with him but also short staffed. He was then moved to 6th fl ICU. That’s where he developed bed sores as they too were short staff. His other symptoms got better but other issues developed. Unfortunately they did not actually inform me of the bed sores. I discovered that while he was being changed. He was then upgraded to a room on the 6th floor and it was also dirty and smelled of urine. The nursing staff did a good job of clearing the bedsores so his bed sores never staged beyond a level 2. The nurses were able to order the right gel and were on top of the bedsores until he transferred out. The doctors didn’t communicate very well on the 6th fl and Dr. Singh, was never available to discuss anything. I only spoke with the attending nurses. Tenant needs to provide more support and supplies to the nursing staff and hire a cleaning crew at Harper Hospital and it could have the potential to be a 5 star Hospital.
Harry Grazes: Great service
Kelley Erwin: I use to really like Harper Hospital but after sitting in the ER since 8pm and still sitting here and it 2 pm the next day, I have to rethink that. I can not believe this…. I have never had to sit in any hospital this long. I came here for chest pains and a very heavy feeling in my chest only to be left completely unattended to. I ask to speak to the hospital Director but was told that he or she is not her on the weekends. Upon checking in they took my vitals and did an EKG on me but took hours to tell me my results in which I’m extremely angry about. I’m sitting and waiting to be seen as I’m typing this….. unbelievable……..it’s 3:57pm…. I guess I’ll go home at this point.
Mohammed Ahmed: Took my mom for an endoscopy, we were checked in on time and the staff was super nice they explained everything. Everyone was great the receptionist, the nurses, they even have a Chick-fil-A. We were in and out within 3 hours from check in to recovery. Free parking too.
Yvette Howard: Harper Hospital staff is very professional and hardworking, and caring they always checking if you need anything or are you in pain the staff here are very hardworking thumbs up.
Tenecia Porter: This place is terrible been here over 3 hours for a bc shot.. The staff is very rude and wasn't helpful at all.. They will sit you in a room and leave u for hours and get an attitude when you ask them about your appointment.. They running these appointments too close together to where they running into other patients appointments.. They don't value ppl time, like who has 6 hours to be at a Dr's office? I just left them and will not book another appointment with any DMC hospitals
msshell: Staff were professional and friendly. MRI was faster than expected.
Cheryl Gefrerer: I am scheduled to have knee replacement surgery next week at this hospital. As part of my procedure I was called for health information. The lady that spoke with me, I think her name was Camille was so nice. She gave me a lot of information and tried to put my fears about the surgery to rest. This morning I had to go to the hospital to meet with the anesthesiologist. While at the Patient Testing Center, I again expressed how nervous I was about the surgery. At that point the nurse told me that there were two people on the floor that had recently had knee replacements. She went to find Vanessa who came and talked to me for over twenty minutes. Vanessa answered all of my questions and really helped me to be less afraid. She even gave me her phone number in case I had more questions and gave me a hug. As I was leaving the other nurse that had the surgery stopped to talk to me too. She was also very caring and very reassuring. Still kind of nervous about the surgery, but feel that if everyone is as nice and caring as the people in the Testing Center I'll be in the right hospital!Cheryl Gefrerer,Patient

Henry Ford Medical Center - Lakeside: what do users think?
Honest Review: I had to make a last minute appointment. I was seen the same day. The experience was great. The doctor was patient and very informative. They have everything you need right there. I would definitely recommend this HF facility to other people.
Ralph Dunsmore: Was there for ENT appointment. Great staff members are nice and friendly.
Justin OBrien: Dr. Brush and his team always do an amazing job on my surgeries!
Mariah Fuller: Saw the ENT today for my daughter & the staff was wonderful, especially Dr. Alvin Ko. He is an above and beyond type of Dr- friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, incredible personality and made us feel comfortable. My daughter loved him. *Highly* recommend. The staff was helpful getting me to where I needed to go, as well. Henry Ford MDs have the most wonderful personalities!
Shelby Duff: I have zero complaints about the staff. The doctors were very professional and completed my procedure easy with no problems. So were the nurses and the PAs. My issue is with the Henry Ford Health System billing system.DO NOT USE HENRY FORD HEALTH IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.I had an ingrown toenail that was so painful I couldn't wait any longer to go to the private practice I normally do. So I booked an appointment through Henry Ford to get in as soon as possible.Everything went well until two weeks later, I received ANOTHER Bill for the same procedure I received only it cost 25% more that the procedure on the bill I got from Lakeside, and my insurance wasn't going to cover it - because it is shown as a duplicate procedure on their end, and they covered my first bill. I reached out about it and they stated that because I went with an outpatient facility, I was required to pay the Hospital for facility cost for the rent of the room. I was never made aware that this payment would ever occur, and if I was, I would have dealt with the pain until I could go to a private practice or just unsanitary remove my toenail myself. If you go, be prepared of this hidden fee they try to get you with.
Mell O: It is so sad to see that nurses that work in pediatrics are so rude and not caring. If you choose a job of a nurse in pediatric you should do it the right way with understanding and caring and if not then you shouldn’t be there and not take it out on the patients and create trauma for moms and their babies.
Alaric Cas: Terrible service. Basically just money hungry doctors who don’t listen to their patients, or take their patients into consideration treated me like I was gum on the bottom of their shoe
Dixie Bottles: I had an issue with the staff at comprehensive program and thiss facility care directore sent me a letter regarding theatter and now they are discrimimating againste due to a disease that effectsmy memory really ill be sending a copy to the alcu
mary dereski: Had cataract surgery last week. I would give the staff a 10 if possible. All were friendly, helpful and above all kind. Have no reservations have my second eye surgery done there.
Mike Radford: House keeper is very rude. She wanted to clean the restroom when people were in there. I said in here and she sighed real loud. I told her that was rude and she laughed at me.
B *: Thank you Dr. Grover and the other Dr who performed the 1st part of the test. The staff was professional and made me feel calm before going in. although the test was mildly unpleasant when I had to apply pressure and make muscles for the needle portion of the test, while the needles were going in {😩}(she kept asking if I was ok and reassured me)…
Valeria Locklear: Best service
Dita Ri: If you go there just for a visit for a specific issue, they will rip you off!!! So you not only have to pay your co-pay for your visit (that is normal) but on top of that they will charge you extra, just for entering their building!!!! So I did a throat normal visit for doctor Elizabeth Steiner, and even though I already paid my copay at the time of visit, after some time I received a strange bill of extra $244.88 from them!!! So according to them I have to pay extra $174.83, ONLY FOR ENTERING THEIR BUILDING!!!! And I had to pay another EXTRA $70.05 for the doctor Steiner, even though I already paid her my copay at the time of the visit!!! So in total I had to pay $244.88 (and also the insurance paid their part for these "extras"). REAL SHARKS....
Lauren Weffer: The staff in pediatrics is absolutely horrific and their office manager whom is a man walked into my 14 years old daughters room while changing for her physical without knocking and just entering the room. Pretty sure it’s against the law and illegal to do that. I will be talking to an attorney and looking into forward pressing charges so if you have young female daughters I would recommend never to bring them to this office!
bhavika: Had no choice but to go to this location for colonoscopy for a family member. The prep for the procedure started over an hour after the scheduled time. Mind you the procedure only took 30 minutes or so. After the procedure, you only get 30 minutes to get yourself together even though the anesthesia has barely worn off. And how the heck are you suppose to hear your diagnosis from the doctor when the anesthesia has barely worn off. Felt rushed and the nurse literally pushed us out of the recovering area because in her word they had to get ready for next patient. oh and they only take appointment after 12pm. Why!
Steve Atanasovski: Very rude and unhelpful receptionists wherever you go !! Especially lab or radiology check in....treat people like we're the enemy...lol
Kt E: Dr. Haladik and the staff in the pediatric care area are exceptionally caring and professional. I'm so grateful for their team.
Linda Clor: Started seeing a Dr. Alfares a female internist at this facility. Terrible experience in only 2 visits and I won't go back there.
Luis M. Del Rio: The MRI radiologist here is rude, he makes fun of patients, and does not explain anything related to the MRI process. He takes a lot of time to read and provide results. I don't recommend coming to this location for an MRI. The guys barely speaks English.
KittenintheMitten: I just had an EMG done here this morning and the tech that did it was amazing. Really made me feel comfortable and had a great bedside manner. Easy to talk with and funny. I really appreciated it. I *think* his name was Michael. Thanks again! Highly recommend if you need an EMG done 😏🙂❤️😍

A Plumbrook Medical Center: what do users think?
megan gray: I've been seeing Dr. Fred and Dr. Melisa for 25 years now. I even take my children there. Highly recommend
Ian Campbell: Awesome service
Tayler Genae: I have been going to see Dr Fred and Melissa for as long as I can rememberI have put my trust in them for my medical health needs and been satisfied with their care
Colleen Vago: Great doctors and staff
Joe Maglinger: Best pharmacy in town
Susan Paquin: Dr. Neuman is the best!!!!!! He actually listens! A great physician and am so glad he's my doctor!
PEGASI CORPORATION: Dr. Neumann is exceptional. His care for his patients and quality of work is magnificent. A true pioneer. The office has great service too. You can go in for a smile! Lol.
jess skorupski: No one should have to wait an hour and a half to see a doctor that you had scheduled an appointment with.
Michelle Yousif: Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If they hired a new receptionist, I would maybe re consider
Dominus: I've been going to Dr. Fred for three years now and can honestly say he's the best physician I've ever had. He's very knowledgeable, straight to the point and is very personable. I am like most people now a days that have a hard time trusting physicians and worry they'll only be looking out for their own personal gains, financially. Dr Fred and Dr Melissa are nothing like that and have always given me an honest answer and opinions.
Melissa Romano (Mill): I love this pharmacy they work with you if there's any sort of problem, they are extremely friendly, and rather quick when it comes to filling prescriptions. This is also a doctor's office I believe for addiction medicine, there's other family services to I believe but Ive always just used the pharmacy. I've always been able to hand them my prescription & wait no more than 15 min. for it to be ready. They always seem to have everything in stock, & if they don't they will special order it for you! This is a great little pharm. & prices, -if you don't have insu.- are fairly reasonable. I started coming here BECAUSE this was the cheapest pharmacy around to get a particular prescription refilled. I'd definitely recommend this pharmacy to any one! You can always call ahead to ask if they have something in stock too, it's not like CVS or Walgreens where they tell you they can't give that information over the phone which I found particularly helpful!!!
Deanna Green: Don't know how they got 5 stars. Would not recommend this place to anyone. My grandson had been sick for a week so instead of taking him to urgent care we brung him there. We only had his ID # for medicaid hadn't gotten his card yet. They wouldn't look him up wanted my daughter to pay $150 for office visit! Lazy rude office woman. We won't be back!!!
