I could not be more pleased with the exceptional service they provided for our guests this company is truly first class. They have a great staff with positive smiling individual great team of guys will definitely use them again.

Kathryn Kravitz: Valet-wise, these guys did a great job working our 85+ person party. They showed up early and were incredibly professional from start to finish. What we were not happy about was paying an extra fee for a no-tip valet service only to find out later that the workers had accepted tips from our guests. We wanted our guests to be taken care of without having to worry about tipping the workers themselves. We were told they would show up with a sign that said no tipping so that our guests would be fully aware that the tipping had already been covered. When these gentlemen showed up to work, we were then told there was no sign, but they would refuse any tips that were offered to them. After the fact, we found out from 20+ guests that they had offered tips and the tips were accepted. I tried to contact the event manager to discuss the matter the day following the party and was told he would get back to me. More than a week later I have not heard back and will look elsewhere next time I hire a valet service.

I wouldn't hire them to service a gathering nor would I ever allow them to park my car again. If you have to hire a valet service, make a 2nd choice as opposed to this 1st class rubbish!

Bev: I went to a venue and had my vehicle valet parked. Upon its return this was damage to my door that was not previously there. I filed a police report on the spot, took photos and spoke with the site supervisor who instructed me to call the home office on the next business day. We spoke with Terrey, the owner, told him about the damage to the vehicle. We provided him with the documentation and he agreed to pay for the damage. We took the vehicle to J&M collision, who works with First Class Valet, for the repairs. Terry paid for the damages and rental car. Although, I could not prove valet was responsible for the damages, Terrey took me for my word!!! He was extremely professional, and collaborative. Immediate and constant communication. He was very honorable, took accountability for the damage without giving us a hassle!!! Wow! Made an unfortunate situation into a positive experience and outcome. Thank you!

J.R.: First Class Valet worked the wedding I attended this past weekend at Tower 900 in Eastern Market.Only one driver drove my car since I retrieved it myself and an item was missing. I specifically hid it because I worked valet for a long time and I know how the industry works- things are stolen, cars are damaged and they probably won’t tell you unless it’s too obvious to miss. I never valet due to this but I was running late and valeting was more convenient. I tore my car apart multiple times before leaving the venue just to give this company the benefit of the doubt. I also did the same thing at home, inside and out.I spoke with the GM, Adam, and he said he would speak to both the driver, Noah, and supervisor, Moe, and call me back that day. He never did. I called him Monday morning and he directed me to call their office to fill out an incident report. I did that but instead the owner, Terry, spoke to me and was very unprofessional. He wouldn’t reimburse me or work with me in any way. He said the driver told him that he didn’t do it so that was the good enough for him. Terrible customer service. This company is insured for things like this. Just an uncaring businessman. Don’t use this company unless you want your guests stolen from. I’m filing a police report and letting Tower 900 know what kind of company they hired.

Intuitive Massage Therapy: First class valet worked a private event I attended/organized and they were not only super professional and affordable but very nice and easy to work with. I did a good amount of research on other valet providers and First Class Valet has the best options and competitive pricing. They were always available to answer questions and make sure our needs were taken care of before the event. At the actual event they were efficient, timely and managed to make sure all went smoothly. I actually had clients that mentioned they were impressed with our valet service and asked to have their information for future business. Whether you are throwing a huge event or small private function First Class Valet is the perfect addition. I would absolutely use them again!

Unfortunately this particular morning they were short staffed and many people were waiting 30+ minutes for their car. I was being patient since they were so short handed but once everyone else got their car before me I started to complain. The first excuse given was the valet driver put the ticket in his pocket and never pulled the keys. Once the keys were pulled they said the car wasn't put where the ticket number said it was put. Next we were told after the valet was gone for 10 minutes or so that our car was a red pilot and it said burgundy pilot...Ugh! My husband ended up walking to the parking structure to get the car himself!!! I DO NOT recommend valet with this company. I strongly suggest parking the car yourself when staying at the Doubletree Fort Shelby in Downtown Detroit.

John Miller: Sent a text to retrieve vehicle (at Holiday inn express, Detroit) and received acknowledgement within a minute. Thirty minutes later, after personally going to the kiosk, my keys were finally removed from their storage hook. Took another 30 minutes to get the vehicle.

Kimberly Harris: I had let them park my car in one of their lots and the driver put a dent in my car. I contacted them directly and they had me running around getting estimates, sending picture's, and getting a police report only to turn around and say their driver didn't do it. Now I'm suing them and paid to have them served via priority mail and they wouldn't sign for it.

Malik: I used this valet at the Hilton Double Tree in downtown Detroit. I handed them the brand new electronic key fob for my car and received it broken off the chain and the key inside missing. Of course the management denied responsibility and it cost me $200!! Yet, they claim it must have fallen apart by itself. The car is brand new and the dealership says that never happens. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this company entirely.

Lydia Reed: If I could give these people a 0 I would. I dined in at Santorini restaurant a few months ago. I Used valet to park my brand new 2015 Audi A6. I pulled up in a brand new car with no damage and left with a HUGE dent in my rear bumper. I saw the damage as soon as valet pulled it up. They denied it of course. I reached out to the owner Nick Aubrey and he was just as ignorant and rude as his employees. Horrible customer service. Luckily I manage a car dealership and with all my connects was able to get the damage fixed for free. I didn't want to have to make a insurance claim and of course have my rates increase. A simple apology would have been nice. These people nor the ignorant owner Nick ever apologized and flat out lied about crashing my vehicle. Do not leave your car with these degenerates.
