Sharron Wells-Farmer: I really appreciate all the help I have recieved from this office. My representives have been going the extra mile and I never dreamed it could be so easy applying. Thank you for your service and thanks MCVS.
Timothy McKay: If you just are overwhelmed with trying to deal with VA paperwork and understanding the process they are there to help you. They were so good to me and help me get my paperwork process to electric mail so that I could get my issue resolved. And all veterans I thank you for your service!
Kelly Brumfield: Mr Johnson is top notch professional gives 110% every time I needed help. The whole staff is exceptional, and I thank you for your service.
Wind Breaker: I have had several dealings with the MCVS and have nothing but good to say about it. Mr. Darrel is working on my claim and is truly a professional. The staff have been really helpful every time I have contacted them. Thank you one and all.
Marlon Terry: Very helpful friendly staff
Scream Slowly: Always helping/getting the job done.Great Staff!!
Chris Prieto: I'm a veteran and I wasn't happy that it's so hard to get help.Needs to get with the program to help the Veteran and not hold a veteran to the grindstone. However they are responsible watch it is pennys. We need the dollars.
KB MILLER: Been going there for Years the father is Old school from the old Country tell him Mr. Miller with the German Sheppard sent you , secretary is nice and they work with long time clients. I Highly Recommend this place over all other vets & Yes it is worth the 20 Mile drive to take your let's here, they don't play on your needs and pocket book, if that don't tell you something then I'm at a loss for words. Koby von Miller says listen to me I'm the one always causing trouble and these folks always fix me right up every year. And the cost is fair WOOF WOOF 😋.
Paul Rettig: Punctual, caring, & helpful to the extent of my situation. If you need help as a veteran, go there.
Nick Manderachia: Katie is the best. Very helpful.
Stacy Cain: The staff there was so rude and unkind. I went to them looking for guidance and assistant and instead I received resistance and sarcasm. I haven't made up my mind yet but Im more than likey going to file a congressional. After putting your life on the line multiple times no one should be treated that way by their own state!
Bonnie Burich: The service here has been aweful. First off my husband took the day off work to meet with Lisa Marie and when we got there they turned us away because he didn't have his DD214 which we were not told we needed to bring. But they were able to get us in the next day, Yay! We waited 2 hours past our appointment time to meet with Lisa Marie and when we did sit down and meet with her she seem so knowledgeable and eager to help. We spent 2 1/2 hours with her and left super excited. That was on November 2, 2017. I have called every week since and left message on her voicemail and with the office staff and still have never gotten a phone call back. I just don't understand this kind of customer service.

VA Detroit Regional Office: what do users think?
Kimberly Hudson (Kimm H.): Great team of folks with great knowledge about veterans and the process. Quick and easy!
charlie brown: The best help I've ever experienced whenever it comes to getting proper service at the VA! Thank you all who helped me out today! Muchly appreciated!
Zachary Brown: You guys kill more service memebers than our enemies.
Mary Racette: Never needed a PIN before I can make changes to my account information. Some how one was given to me without my knowledge. This was not fraud because I get my automated deposit every month. This action.prevents metro getting paid. Now I may not get paid this month because I will not get that letter until the end of the month. Your automated system is always down or for some other excuse beyond my control. When did vetrans have to establish a PIN number? Never had to use one before. You are preventing vetrans from getting paid properly or on a timely basis because of this. We need our money
Barb Allen: Service officer Troy great guy to work with filling out all the paperwork.
Steven Woolery: Veteran’s shouldn't have to pay to park
Elaine Fleming: The gentleman that assist us was extremely friendly and helpful
Robert Coady-Bey: Looking for information is difficult! Going in circles
Scott Fritz: VOC Rehab at the VA is a joke, they never get in touch with you and you send them dozens of emails and leave dozens of voicemails. I have been working on starting a semester at Auburn University in an online program for over 1.5 years and the VOC department has dropped the ball every semester. They do not reply to any messages either emails or phone calls and due to my work schedule I cannot go to their office to discuss the situation and the couple times I did make it to their office my counselor was on vacation and his boss was out of the office. No help whatsoever and a complete embarrassment for our veterans and country.
K W: the most unorganized and unprofessionalorganization dont care about veterans very rude and disrespectful , absolutely the worst healthcare provider. good luck getting any real help here
Jonathan Pupp: Wouldn’t grant me access because I road a skateboard to the building! How ridiculous, as though my mode of transportation disrupts service somehow!
Chris Fountain: Receptionist has to be the rudest person I ever met. These people are here to serve the people who put their lifes on the line for this country and they need to remember that. After waiting nearly half an hour while listening to the receptionist run her mouth I managed to get what I needed done but it was hard not to say anything to that rude woman
darlene glass: I worked with Kim. And she’s been great the whole way. Thank you!
John Casseldine: Cydney and Maggie and the va regional office Detroit have predisposed positions on whose able to participate in the vre program...they had very little people skills when it came to vets and they lied to the security guard about my most recent visit there . They deserve to be held accountable for the actions but at the end of the day just don’t have your best interests at heart idk what a counselor job is but it shouldn’t be to set you back further from your goals
Michael Sherry: Mishandled my registration and disability claim and for the past 4 months I have still trying to get the entitlement correction finalized. Hopefully the VA IG can get this fixed....and the problem corrected at the VA
