Rosalie Benjamin: Terrible place mean man that Jerry is, wont redo his own mistakes, went there to convert 1 and half hours of mini dvd footage, to 1 large disc, he only put on 1 hour of footage on the disc, when I went home and reviewed what he had done, it was clear he didn’t do 1 side of my disc, when I called to tell him he lied about it said a bunch of things why he couldn’t do it. Then he said don’t ever come back and hung up on me. I have reviewed all my mini dvds and there is no problem with them, he just screwed up and won’t admit it.please don’t ever go there he is a bomb waiting to go off.

Sandra Showers: My sister, mom, and I just watched the DVD of my Dad’s old 8mm movies that we had transferred at Troy Video. We were very happy with the results and so glad to have all the old movies organized onto one disc! (1&1/2 hours) What a gift to our family to have these great memories! I also had a cassette tape transferred to CD that had my Grandma singing, telling her great granddaughter nursery rhymes and my Aunt playing the piano. The CD was excellent- so much better than we expected!

Darryl Roenicke: I am sorry to say that I'm leaving a bad review, I spoke to someone at this facility yesterday and they told me they could transfer a DAT tape to CD or DVD format. When I went in today 5 minutes before they closed, I had raced to get here because this is a tape of my graduate senior recital for Indiana University, I was told they don't even have a DAT machine and therefore can't help me. I am so disappointed.

Philip Kotwick: Paid $230 to have VHS-C converted to disc. Brought them home and they fail to run on anything but a DVD player. Asked for them to be converted to a format that would allow them to be played on multiple devices and they asked for an additional $25 per video hour to convert them to make them viewable. Disgusting. Not worth the time. Find somewhere else.

Claudia H.: I had several tapes to be digitized, one from an old child's toy recorder that nobody could rescue. Erick managed to get the voice off of it for me, which was amazing. In addition, since I was unsure of what was on some reel-to-reel tapes, he advised me to have the first 5 minutes done before I did the whole tape. Working with him was easy and a pleasure. I highly recommend DandD's Video Transfer Services.

Daniel Steen: Did an excellent job digitizing some old VHS-Cs we had into MP4 files. The quality was great considering the age of the tapes, with virtually no tracking errors. Erick is very responsive and easy to work with, and even had one of the damaged cassettes repaired so he could get the video out of it. Cost was very reasonable considering the expertise on display, especially compared to attempting to do this transcription at home with questionable equipment! Many thanks!
