GameStop: what do users think?
Darrin Reynolds Jr.: Pokémon Go stops all over great deals on nintendo helpful staff
ReactionBoy224 Gaming: Really wish I could give this place zero stars this is the second time I was jipped out of my pre order bonus because employees tell you the wrong time and you show up and they say oh well. Well I'll just buy it digitally
Mitch Nelseoni: Lady was friendly, but it's sad to see where game stop is headed. I miss the old days. However that's not location specific.Store was clean
Ajitpal Singh: Sam is great, gentle and knowledgeable
Morgan Smith: What is wrong with this place? I pre-ordered the new Kirby, they wouldn’t give it to me because I wasn’t part of the power up thing. Showed them the receipt. Then the guy wouldn’t give the poster that is LITERALLY advertised on the GameStop website.Don’t come here.
Andrew Ehrke: Do not order products online to pick up in store. They have a broken system and do not receive these orders, and cannot help with the refund process. Their solution, which required a 2 hour conversation with customer support, is to wait 7 business days as it will automatically cancel any orders and issue a refund. I now have to spend additional time disputing this with my credit card company. I, instead, ordered the product through amazon.
Bernard Murray II: A good selection. Fair prices
CJ: This locations customer service is horrible. The women that work there rude, snoody and don't know what they're talking about.
Serena Hobbs: Called the store at 11am, associate answered and I asked if they were open to which they replied, "yes" when I asked their hours I was told, verbatim, "uh 11 to 9." I walked around the corner and up to the store hoping to get some shopping done inside while in the area and was met with the doors locked and the cage down. Its been 20 minutes, the cage is still down and nobody has come out
Matthew Olds: Merry Christmas!! Josh was absolutely instrumental in making our son’s Christmas. He helped us understand what we were buying, because we don’t know. He asked us to explain who our son is. That led to an absolute truth telling of a C.I. young man who we cherish. We ultimately bought and spent more than we planned, not because Josh pushed us, it was my idea actually, and Josh made perfect sense of our purchases. $500.00 later, made for a PRICELESS Christmas for our boy. There is no better gift than giving, and if it wasn’t for Josh, this morning of Christmas would never had been so joyous. What a great feeling it is to give. THANK YOU JOSH, SO MUCH. You made our family Christmas!!!!10 star rating, if there is such a thing!Thank you, Josh! So gentle, and helpful. He is TRULY, one of the good one”s. That’s hard to find these days. Please don’t let his actions go unrecognized! What a great person!! MERRY CHRISTMAS , JOSH!!!!We hope you have a wonderful holiday!! -Matt and Susan Olds
Cateru Art (Cateru): Really clean store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Rob Padilla: Employees here are great thanks guys!
Alfie TV: Just stopped in here to get a Bluetooth controller. Louis was very friendly, knowledgable and attentive to my needs! He is the reason I will be coming back
john williams: Love Game stop
Danielle Todd: As a non-gamer, there wasn't very much there that interested me. But I'm not completely oblivious to the fact that the PS5 is in high demand but difficult to find a retailer who has it in stock. and it should be known that they do sell it here in stock. I also learned that they buy your old cell phones at a very reasonable buyback price. I'm also a little onsessed with those Funko Pop figurines, and hey going through each and every box to find what I'm looking for. theirs are perfectly organized, alphabetized and numbered which I also like. And my boyfriend got his PS5. So all around yay.
Tony Zinis: The people are always pleasent and helpful. Don't need to change.
Lisa Ray: Helpful knowledgeable staff
Kitty Mercogliano: Pretty good! Got nice games and staff.
Alex Davis: Great atmosphere! The employees are fun and knowledgeable.
Crystal Rose: Ron was super cool. We had a great, friendly discussion, he was super helpful and informative. The store wasn't busy, so we had good laughs. When we came back to trade in games for a new one, it was Keighan who helped us, although it was busy that day, he was super nice and helpful also.
Jesse Welshonse: The best gamestop in Michigan! The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable.

GameStop: what do users think?
Arvell Malloy Jr: Terrible customer service
Aliecia Zygadlo: This GameStop is the biggest joke. Waited in line forever for the pre-order release. I only wanted the new Zelda Collector's Edition as we already had the digital edition. Didn't matter if you were the first one in line or not. You didn't get it as they played favoritism and let people CUT IN LINE. Claimed they were there earlier in the day and "pre-ordered it". The Collector's Edition wasn't even able to be pre-ordered. Essentially, they played favoritism and just told their buddies to show up at Midnight and they could cut in front of 50+ people as long as they had a pre-order for the regular edition. Never EVER shopping here ever again.
Food Critic: Nerds can’t even answer the phones. Also they always act like they know more about games than anyone and don’t know jack
S.N.R: Very nice employees and clean store
Ryan Saint Pierre: Went there to try and get a playstation 5 , was told I had to be a pro plus member of game stop for an extra 15 or 16$ , to purchase a playstation, so instead of buying 2 games 69.99 $ x 2 , a pro playstation controller 199$ and a playstation 5 559.99 (god of war version)I went across the street to target and gave them 899.97 plus taxGood job Game stop 👍Target for the W
R W: Extremely rude sales staff. Lazy and the store is a joke. Taking my business elsewhere. Don’t go to this location. Go somewhere else!
Adrian Gigg: Very professional very clean and always has the goods!
Ryan Ranocchini: Good customer service.
Pa Houa: I use to love going to this gamestop. I just had to stop by yesterday to get a game for my Nintendo... also now they have Ps5 console available again here at this location...
TB: Big man here likes to add insurance to your used game purchases without asking or telling you until you look over your receipt. Not cool.
Edward Lagodzinski: Amazing got a ps5
Kimm Welch: Awesome
Ankle_2: Best gamestop
Brian Leonard: Great spot. Very friendly staff eager to help.
Mark Allen: Great help
Cyril Philemon: I walked in last weekend during Pro Day to find some PS5s in stock. I had some trade-ins I wanted to do. After talking to Tricia, I left and came back with them. We traded my consoles and I got my bundle. Tricia was awesome, the experience was the best I had at GameStop in a long time! She went above and beyond while also helping everyone else that came in.
Clayton Allen: Tall/large white gentleman who works there is extremely rude. A product was unmarked and I wanted to know the price and he refused to tell me a price while, instead, working on a large trade in. The trade in was so large that if I had to wait I would've been there for at least 30 more minutes. I don't think he understands how simple the task was and my cell phone signal was bad in the store so I couldn't load the GameStop website to check myself.
R Barz: Good staff, friendly, no bs.
mike himes: Found what we were looking for
Jennifer L: Ask for a game they failed to tell us it was used before we purchased it
Top Dog: Staffs not really the greatest at the one

Media Reload - Utica: what do users think?
Wubble Gum: I absolutely love this place!!😁 So many great products and interesting things to look at. When I found the pop figure of Aether, I was mind-blown! I have never found Genshin Impact pop figures anywhere else except here. A few times I've brought my Pokemon & Yugioh cards in to be looked at. I've also sold an Elite Series 2 Xbox controller with all the accessories and a Oculus Quest 2 here. Aside from their huge collection of comics, pop figures, cards, and records-- they offer really decent retail prices. The staff is incredibly nice and even funny. They are super friendly and simple to work with if you have any questions regarding items or selling. Go check this place out NOW!! Definitely worth it!! 🤗
Jakob Suessine: If you like comics this place is a joke just go to any nearby comic store. Over here they can't even label a box right They keep a table with longboxes In the corner and at the end of the table there's a note saying unassorted comics $1 below I wasted a hour pulling 200 books out of the box to bring them up to the counter. I told the clerk I grabbed 3 off the wall and everything else from the box and he says cool after ringing me up he then tells me the boxes below the table are not $1 and priced as marked and takes the sign off the table to prevent this "accident" from happening again.Just go somewhere else obviously they don't care if they can't even mark their product right
Jason Andreoni: Stopped by yesterday on a whim, my wife and I were amazed at how cool this store is. We were helped by Josh who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful as well. They all helped us pick out some retro games and relive our childhood! Highly recommend this store!!!!!
Matt Krause: Top knoch staff and store. Just the best place for any kind of gamer or music lover.
George Elias: I love this store, the staff is the friendliest (thanks Brody for helping us with pokemon cards!), and the prices are on point. Also love that I can trade in my used stuff.
Adam Smith: Amazing variety in Magic and Pokemon card section. Wide variety of video games and comics. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable workers.
Brayden /: The guys at the card section are extremely helpful and I have had an amazing experience.
Simon Koshka: I wanted to go out of my way to make sure people know how big of a scam this place is.They have amazing merchandise, I can’t deny that. But if you go here to sell anything, they will literally rob you blind.I went in to sell an item that is worth $100 currently on eBay. And he offered me $30 for it. They claim that they give you 50% of the worth. You literally can not find one on eBay for less than $100, and just because it sold once for $60, they offered me half of that which is $30.Pokémon cards are even worse. It doesn’t matter what you bring their card guy, he will tell you it’s worthless (if he even accepts the cards) most of the time if you bring anything to them, they’ll just reject it.They look for any and every reason not to buy something.I’ve tried selling at least 20 different items over the last few years, without exaggerating they’ve rejected more than half for absolutely no good reason at all.I’ve lost HUNDREDS of dollars to these pirates. They want you to buy, not sell. Remember that going here. And one last thing, the prices are astronomically high. Just one example, they have a used PS5 (console only) and they have the nerve to put a $450 price tag on it. I feel very sorry whoever sold them that, I guarantee they sold it to them for less than $200. Media reload makes a $250 profit so that’s a good win for them. Too good. It’s kind of unbelievable how they are still in business.
Zack Soof: Friendly and helpful. Above and beyond service.
Cameron Labelle: Media Reload is one of, if not my favorite game/record store in Michigan. I've bought and sold many things with them and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful each time. Jeremy, the manager, has helped me one on one with the countless trades I brought in. Super great dude. Great selection of games, cards, collectibles, all for a really good price compared to Disc Replay or other game locations. Amazing staff, amazing place, can't recommend Media Reload enough!
David Schneider: This place is AWESOME! I had to trade in my collection and these guys gave me a fair price AND made the process very easy! Especially Jeremy (Store Manager) and Josh! Thanks again you guys! Media Reload is where you need to bring your video games!
Jacob Horne: Don't know how they do it but they ALWAYS have rare, OOP or just simply desirable films from collectors labels on Blu Ray. Very rare for a resale shop, cool place with plenty of variety beyond the movies too.
Bluewater Diggers: It's ok. Way over priced. Why go to a store when eBay will ship to your door and still be cheaper or at the same price. They do have a ton of stuff, tho. It was just super expensive.
Ron Bohannon: Bought a "new" oled switch, breath of the wild, and a 14 inch galaxy notebook for like 650$... the switch had sharpie writing all over it saying it was found at a recycling center, but whatever- not really a big deal. The laptop however fails to turn on at all, and being 5 days outside of the return period, they would do nothing for me. I've spent 100s a month at this place in the last year but no more. They were within their "right" to refuse me, but they sold me a 350 dollar laptop that fails to charge. The service guy called the manager and came back and said "sorry there is nothing we are willing to do." That's fine, but you've permanently lost my business.
Jon Redman: Excellent staff
Jared Wagner: Purchased an $80 Nintendo 64 game and it ended up not working. I brought it back up there to get a return and after 20 minutes of waiting they finally got it to work after cleaning it many of times. Get home and the game is once again not working.I was lucky going up there they even had one system in stock to "test" it. They told me they don't test the games they purchase half the time because they might not have a system in stock. Like you wouldn't even keep one?I will never be back to this place
Brandon DeMand: I come to this location all the time. I always have a pleasant experience and am treated kindly by the staff! Also, this is one of the cleanest stores I've been in. They also give great trade in prices and have good prices on the products they sell! Highly recommend this place 10/10.
Matt Gil: It was so nice to speak with knowledgeable , friendly and like minded staff that understands the hobby and is very polite. Great shop! Would 100% recommend!
zachary titus: Really great store. Lots of games and other things at fair prices!
Wendy Campau: Lina Josh and Collin are the best...they helped me with my vintage Atari 2600...thanks u guys so much ❤️
Nicholas Modzinski: Went to this store over the weekend. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. I will always go here!!! instead of another video game place near by. Which wasn’t helpful at all.
