S J: It's not the Water & Sewerage department , anymore. It's Wayne Metropolitan Community Agency. Miss. Ashleigh G. Was really patient with me and help me sign up for different programs that I needed. Answered all my questions and was very professional about it. Did she had Miss Camisha J. help with another situation that she couldn't. She even wrote down things, I need to do just in case so I wouldn't forget. Thanks for having this office open and having a great people in it.

I was expecting to have a bad experience in person because of my previous experience trying to get assistance by phone with a representative. She explained everything to me, got me set up with a payment plan and helped me figure out how to pay my bill while the responsible party for the account is transferred to me. Thank you Carla.
Kyle Richard: They treat their customers like dogs. They act like having water is a privilage that we need to kiss their ass for. The rates are extremely high, and then if you ever need to call them, set aside at least a whole hour of your day to get low class customer service that is rude most of the time. I totally understand why they need metal detectors and multiple full time security guards; its because they like to piss off their loyal subjects to no end.

Jennifer Opalewski: These are the most upsetting people to work with-they were so mean I was reduced to tears. So incredibly unkind and unwilling to help as we are on day 3 of milky water. They offered zero help and in fact, told us to drink the cloudy water without testing it or even coming to our property to assess their water issue. Unsure of where to even go next since this department won’t do their job.
