The sales staff and delivery staff were both excellent - friendly, helpful, and answered all our silly questions about water beds. Just delightful people to be around. Literally the most pleasant experience I've ever had in a store.And as for the actual waterbed... it's AMAZING! We absolutely adore it. It's heated and warm in the winter, and pleasantly cool in the summer, both of which are a blessing in our poorly insulated bedroom. The mattress is comfortable and relaxing the moment you flop on it. The new "waveless" beds are great to prevent disturbing your partner's sleep, and the bed never gets too sloshy no matter how much we wiggle on it. No more back pain, and any stiffness from sleeping goes away immediately after getting out of bed.I am an evangelist for waterbeds now and will definitely send any converts here.

They went as far as letting me hold their little dog and even shared cookies with us that his wife had put in his lunch. My friend who had needed borders for her waterbed was very impressed with the price. They were very nice and helpful putting them in the car for us. If I had a waterbed I would definitely go here. There was a customer who was leaving when we arrived that was pleased with the price of his nightstand and it was beautiful also.

Sarah Genther: Went to this location to purchase two chairs. One electronic lift chair and a recliner with heat and massage. Charlie was a delight and a wonderful sales associate. The delivery people however were not. They left the two chairs unwrapped and in the rain, refused to remove the old chairs (already paid for this) and brought wrong/broken chairs. Upon refusal of delivery they were rude and unprofessional. They also refused to bring the old chairs in.

I was looking for the perfect recliner because I no longer can sleep in a bed because of my spinal stenosis… I must have sat in at least 30 to 40 chairs before I found the perfect one! Heather was so patient and informative about the many different styles and options... I was about to have surgery and she helped me get the chair delivered within two days, she truly was a blessing for me! Plus I saved a fortune because of a sale they were having!! When calling to resolve the issue, the representative claimed I don’t have an account and no service was done. After some time on the phone, (surprise surprise) he finally found my account. He also told me they won’t replace it. Incomplete workers, terrible products, and no willingness to service their customers.

Ken Jarema: I would give gardner white o stars, we bought a living room set last May and paid extra for an extended warranty and they have been out multiple times for different repairs. Now the frame broke and they are saying it's not covered. This company is horrible and I will not buy from them again. I miss art van.
