Keiona Croff: I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to leave a comment. I won’t say it’s because of race HOWEVER I will NEVER patronize this place again! We drove an hour to come here and it was a horrible experience. My son asked to hold one of the bigger snakes and ALYSSA told him no and I respected it because it was a big snake. But then I turned around to see her help a little boy the same exact size/age of my son (the only difference was that he was white) hold him in an alternate way ruined our trip and experience. It’s sad because my son really enjoyed it and this was the only place I’ve known like this in Michigan so we definitely planned on coming back! As someone with over 10 years of service, this really hurt my heart to see this is where we are in 2023!

Josh Harris: We flew in from Texas to purchase a car in Detroit and we aren't in Michigan often (first time!) so I thought I'd bring my two kids and make a stop at The Reptarium after loving the team's YouTube channel.This place delivered on expectations and they were high, we loved it! You can hold (or just admire) a variety of reptiles and the staff is very helpful, you can tell they like their job. All of the staff was great but Mike is pure gold! He was fun, engaging, entertaining, and genuinely attentive to my kids, seriously, the guy was amazing.What a great place, I'm glad we made it there, and maybe we'll have to make a trip back when they get the place across the street finished.

Shaun Rogers: This place was so fun. It's is perfectly planned out for only having so many visitors at a time. You get your tickets in advance with works out perfectly. There were so many different reptiles to look at and hold. For a little bit more you could do a custom feeding. In which we fed several animals. My boys were not really thrilled about being there. They got to hold many reptiles. And now there hooked. Now there asking to get some. Hahahaha there in love with this place. The workers were very knowledgeable and were very explanatory on how to work with the animals. They were so nice and even made the little kids love reptiles who were deathly afraid of everything. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I can only give 5 stars if it were up to me I'd would be pushing for ten stars. They go above and beyond to make surenthey all get an amazing experience. For the one hour you get you got to see all of this place and hold or interact with many of the reptiles. On a side note this place is spotless and the kennels/homes for the animals are awesome. Keep up the good work well be back.

She constantly waves people to her section and let's them sit there even if they don't have seats there!!! We went to the bathroom and SHE GAVE OUR SEATS AWAY!!! We had been sitting there since before the concert even started!! And yes they were our purchased ticketed seats!!! She did this to many others around us.... sheathed tries to get you kicked out by security of you complain!!!! Other staff members stated she does this ALL THE TIME!! our friends that sat next to us told her we had just gone to the bathroom...our drinks and shirts were on our seats..she stated "oh well their not here now" reallly??!! She gave away the seats behind us when the actual ticket holder went to get drinks. She did this to numerous people. Spoke with management ( dark blue shirt white haired male) he didn't care...told her to stop but it continued all night... security told her to stop also. . But she didn't.
Gary Hall: I saw Jackson Browne here in the Summer . I had tickets for the lawn .I was pleasantly surprised with the view I had of the stage . It is a good venue . Be prepared for long line to get in . Being there early doesn't give you much of an advantage because the tight security requires searching through your things and metal detector. Which I am in favor of . You cannot bring any food or drinks in . That's where they get you , at the concession stands . Food and drink prices are outrageous. Other than these small things I liked the show here . Go if you find a show you like .Restrooms: Expect a line at the restroom.

jason: Good place to hear music. But $4.50 for a bottle of water and the drinking fountains have garbage bags over them. Sounds like gouging. Not allowed to take water in with you. 1250 for a beer and 1750 for a mixed drink is also a ripoff. Then to top off at night the concerts end very early because of city ordinances.

lizzie dizzle: I literally brought a picnic basket and sat by the river! What a beautiful place! I walked for about 10 minutes through the trails and instantly found a nice place to relax. I saw some benches on my walk too. I am sure there's lots more to explore, so I can't wait to come back. The sun was shining so warm and pretty through the trees. I could hear woodpeckers and see animal footprints! Definitely worth checking out!
Uncle Friday: Great view and nature walk
Lisa (The Sterling Critic): It’s a long bumpy ride into this park but it connects to lots of trails, the kayak ramp, a playground and around the corner is the nature center. This is a great place to go to unwind or spend the day in the park alone or with family.

Vickie Smith Burgon: Haven't been in years but went for Canada at par day n really enjoyed myself with my husband n 2 grand daughters. Only suggestion I would have is more handicap buttons on door for people with wheelchairs or strollers and maybe a cpl more food options open so the ones open don't have 40 ppl deep lines on these special days! Other than that the park was very clean n the animals we got to see looked well and well cared for!! We bought a membership so we can enjoy more fun at the zoo this coming year!

Jason H: Very disappointed in what I saw today or more like what I didn't see. A lot of the exhibits were closed and the animals were in their holding areas so we couldn't see them. The train was also closed, we saw lots of Canadian geese ( that I can see at home on the river front) a few ducks and some turtles. The only thing we got to see that wasn't common to the area was some penguins. A few bisson and a couple rare birds. Even the kangaroo in the Australian adventure were sleeping. I would not come back knowing I paid $58 with parking to see a bunch of domestic animals. I feel like I paid to walk all day, I could have done that at home for free.

Elizabeth Scheuer-Murphy: Detroit zoo is the state of the art zoo. There is glass between animals in certain displays moats in front of others. Some animals will be active and some will be quiet. That's why it's always fun to go at different times. In the summer they have extended times for nighttime viewing. I always enjoy a nice walk around here. Polar bear exhibit is exceptional. The penguin aquarium is also exceptional and one of the biggest in the world. There is a train that runs in the summer. So much to doThe zoo is still excellent. They were working on the polar bear exhibits. It is now open.
