They did come back out and replace the planks that were cut short, but said they couldn’t do anything about the debris under flooring… Also the finished shoe molding looks terrible. Still waiting for them to replace it. Update… owner came to fix the problem with the shoe molding.. thanks

Devan Calhoun: This is a very unprofessional business. I went inside to talk to an employee or manager about how one of their drivers were operating their company vehicle on the road. The driver almost hit me head on. I went inside, asked if I could speak with the driver or manager and they asked if I was there do harm based on my race. He asked a very very inappropriate question. Not sure where the question came from considering I was in a calm state of mind until that happened. Then they asked “As a company, what do you want us to do?”. Really unprofessional. Maybe hire better drivers. Maybe hire someone who can manage their employees.
Peter Chen: They’re driver was very reckless and almost hit my vehicle pulling through the lot. Went inside and tried telling them to hire better drivers and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Zoe Scott: We used them to install 380 sq feet of water proof flooring. Eva was absolutely awsome. We had a minor problem. She sent someone out to take care of it. The crew that came out started early and worked late on a Friday and Saturday to get the job done. They were on time and worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. They had to take out a washer, dryer, tollet and other large items. They explained everything that they were going to do. They also made sure we were happy before they left on a Saturday. It was after six pm. I will recommend them and I have. Many compliments on the floor

Curtis Adams: Michigan Flooring was great to work with. Ryan provided a lot of information about the various options we had with our flooring and was very informative. They had no issues dropping larger samples off for us to compare in our home. Estimates were emailed to us and broken down by line item which was fantastic and beyond what other companies provided. Ryan said this was so the customer could see where the costs were and could decide if there was any of the work they wanted to try and do themselves to bring the pricing down.The installers were on time, polite, and did a great job with the flooring install. We did a ~400 square foot area of our basement and it was completed in ~4-5 hours. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for flooring estimates.

Robert Hitzelberger: My wife and I recently moved and just finished renovating the second floor or our home. We knew we wanted hardware flooring throughout the second floor and did considerable research on the types/brands of hardwood flooring. After narrowing down our list, we visited a number of flooring companies in the area. Michigan Flooring had a very large selection of full board hardwood samples that made it easy to envision the finished look of the floor. Michigan LLC was particularly competitive on pricing due to the fact that they employ their own installers. Ryan (the owner) was personable and easy to work with and the Michigan LLC team showed up as scheduled and were professional throughout the install. The finished product is beautiful. We will shortly be moving onto phase 2 of our renovation with a makeover of the main floor and you can bet that we will using Michigan Flooring in the future.
