Marce Giannattasio: Great place! Just started so don’t have the results yet but the classes seem great, the teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly and they have a classes basically all day so you can pretty easily fit it into your schedule.

richard abasso: I went in not knowing what to expect but after one class I knew this was the place for me. The instructors are amazing friendly and helpful and the other students have been super friendly and helpful also. This place didn’t have a gym feeling to it but more like a family with how you are treated. I definitely would recommend this place if you just want to get in shape or learn some serious defense and offense.
