Tylor Smith: Horrible the food melted my plate they come with it turned yellow and had bunch holes in it started leaking all over the place ask for a refund and they said we can’t give you anymore food so I said I want my money back and they had a fit told me I can give you 5 dollars and than they finely gave me another five I spent 29 something there don’t go here the food was horrible as well

Lulu: I have been looking for another Chinese Restaurant for some time and I found one. I came here on 2/10/23 about 6 pm, I was not disappointed at all! I ordered Vegetable Fried Rice w/o mushrooms, an order of Orange Chicken , 2 Veggie Rolls and a gravy. It was cooked how I wanted it and was very fresh. Straight up popping! Order was ready in 10 minutes. Customer service and food was good! I shall return. 😊Vegetarian options: If you're a Vegetarian, they will serve you right on up.

The only reason I gave it a four star is because I would like a bit more scallions, corn, vegetables in the broth and the brisket was a bit fatty, however the pork dumplings were excellent and the flavor and presentation of the soup was wonderful!
Jeong Hyeok Ri: Tried this place for the first time today and I was astonished by the quality. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was so good that even though I was already getting full I couldn't help but eat everything until it was gone! We drove 1 hour just to eat at this location and the amazing experience made our drive more than worth it! The food is definitely made fresh and with love. I would highly recommend the Spicy Szechuan with Fish (麻辣沸腾鱼米线). It has a lovely mild spiciness that isn't overwhelmingly spicy. The Marinated Eggs (卤鸡蛋) were so good that we ordered 20 to-go! The food also came out very fast, albeit we went on a Monday night and there were not many other customers. My only critique is that it is a little on the expensive side, but the portion sizes are quite generous. We will definitely be coming again. 好吃！

Nancy Burgess: We arrived after 2 and was told that all the staff was on lunch. It would be 15 min. We sat down and yes staff was sitting down eating. Food took quite awhile and tasted terrible. Almond chicken was hard like refried or something. Sweet and Sour chicken very fatty and tough. Sesame chicken very fatty and sauce was not good. Neither soup nor egg roll came with meal. Waitress never came back to see if we needed anything or refill water glasses. And to top it all off. They added onto bill their tip without are input. Service was not good why should I pay 18% tip. Tip should be based on the quality of service not a given. Don't waste your people. Will never return.Parking: Parking lot is a mess needs repaired

Amy Mar: Great Chinese Szechuan restaurant in the area. We got the green beans, squirrel fish (both flavors), pork and bamboo stir fry and salt and pepper squid. Every dish was amazing except the salt and pepper squid that night (dry and lacking the salt and pepper seasoning which is the best part). But overall this place is a consistent favorite.

Raenel Asugui: Very good Chinese food and decent service when dining in. As a vegetarian it is nice to see a variety of veggie option, since most other Chinese restaraunts lack such options. Highly recommend trying the Vegetarian Chicken options as they are pretty good.

Zhaerhen Aydos: Concerns are raised about the hygiene of this place, as cockroaches crawl around diners' utensils and also near the beverage dispenser. No one seems to be cleaning up the hygiene here. I even saw them cleaning moldy grapes to serve to the customers. Eating here is a gamble on not getting sick. Why isn't there an institution to manage restaurants with such poor sanitation? If anyone falls ill after eating at this restaurant, watch my video; they should be held accountable for you.

Angel Touchette: The food here is alright, but it’s more the service i was extremely unimpressed with. The we didn’t even realize we had a server until the very end. Never cleared our plates, never refilled our drinks. Then when it was time to pay, all the sudden she was in full force. Ran my card without telling me there’s an extra “service charge” and showed me where I tip. I used to be a server and usually tip generously…but she literally did nothing. Then she stood there hovering over my shoulder until I was done filling it out. It was awkward and rude. Now I know where she was while we were dining…harassing other diners for a tip.

Mike Olechowski: Great food, but very over-piced! $16 for a lunch buffet (on a weekday) seems quite expensive! Pop was like another $2.50 To put things into perspective. I can go to Golden Corral for $12/person for lunch or to Chinese restaurant for under $9 & get full at either of those places. I paid almost $19 for a lunch & that didn't include tip. Not sure why that had the entire place decorated for Christmas in the middle of May either lol. That's the last thing I want to see after it just started to warm up outside! Frustrating, because their food is good. I would come more often if it was something reasonable like $12 for lunch.

Linda Mcguckin: Everything was amazing from the time the waitress walked up to the table until we paid the bill the food was reasonable we got so much food we couldn't eat it all we brought home probably 2/3 of it I had the generals meal Dan had sweet and sour chicken along with long tongues soup and an appetizer of some kind of crab legs with cream cheese with a crispy outside it was delicious. Ying Liu: Our favorite catering for the office lunch. I can not say enough good things about this place. The food is always delicious, they're generous with their portions. We had a tray of general tso's chicken that was delicious, pepper steak were also a favorite. Yummy Crab Rangoon and egg rolls. The entire staff was great and working hard to process all the orders they had in a timely fashion. Our office in Sterling Heights will continue to use them.

They even staple the boxes and are very diligent in making sure nobody can tamper with them in the time it may take for the food to be delivered to your house. We used to only order through uber eats, but after a recent situation where the driver stole 3/4 of our items, we called the restaurant and they completely remade it for us. All we had to do is go pick it up in person.From now on, we will conduct all our business with this restaurant personally, without third parties like uber eats or door dash. But we’ll definitely continue to order from here regularly! One of the best chinese/ thai food we have ever had. And the workers there are really nice! So happy we found you, House of Chan!

Aphrodite: I’d rate this place a 4.8 but since that’s not an option I rounded. I like that they’re open earlier than nearby Asian cuisines. You can tell they make almost everything from scratch, the egg rolls, crab Rangoon, spring rolls etc. I’m not a huge fan of their egg rolls or spring rolls which was why I didn’t want to give a 5 star rating. I ordered the garlic chicken but it was more like a spicy chicken with mixed vegetables. It was still really good, I enjoy a medley of vegetables. My boyfriend got the beef with vegetable and his food was delicious. I do recommend their crab Rangoon, they’re not dry like most places and they actually have plum sauce that taste well made. Fortune cookies were fresh tasting too, and the fortunes creepily accurate, lol. Staff was very polite and food was done super quick. I will definitely be back to try more entrees and keep you guys updated.
