Mark French: Great little GA airport - low traffic volume, great location - help support GA and land here when in the Detroit Metro area! East West runway.
Chris: Great non-towered suburban airport! Received my PPL from Troy Air Experience at KVLL. Dennis G., was an awesome instructor, the airport manager is very friendly and always willing to help. No full service FBO here, but low traffic and close to home for many pilots! Easy Uber to shopping, etc.
