Ben was early, explained how things looked before and after, and showed us pictures of what we had going on. While a huge project and not part of the initial scope of work, the Dryer Vent Team immediately installed an exterior vent for us, knowing how big of a safety concern it was to live in a home without one. Marco Clark: A friend of mine works there and they don’t pay guys for holidays at all. Doesn’t offer insurance until after a year for a mid to high risk job safety wise. You stay at your entry level pay the entire time unless promoted to supervisor. Your better off working at a warehouse or for a fast food place that pays a little less with more benefits

Amy Gilmore: We were told that our repairs were going to be $5,800. We then were asked to participate in fraud. We were told that we would be billed $5,800 for the flood clean up services performed by the company, but the bill to the insurance company would be $7,400 so that they could make more money from the insurance company. We refused to participate. The company then sent us a bill for $7,400 and harassed us until we paid it. Do NOT work with this company.

At 2PM I decided that he is blowing me off and got someone else to come out. Txted him little after 2PM saying "Really disappointed with you. You wasted of of my time that I dont have. Already found someone else that is coming. Hope you dont treat all of your customers this way". All in response I got was "Ok". No apology for not communicating and wasting 3 hrs of my day, day where I was moving and NEEDED the carpets cleaned. Hope you think twice before hiring him to do your carpets.
Bergita Gega: Gave this company a try based on good reviews...and unfortunately was not satisfied... over the phone they have gave me an estimate of starting at $150 for couches stools and 5 area rugs..when he came he did my couches stools and 2 rugs for the price of $225. Which i know shaggy rugs are hard to clean. We told him in the beginning before he started what was needed when he finished one room he started to put his equipment away and my husband said wait you have this room and he proceeded to get a little upset. I have photos of areas which are not clean and actually look worse than before. We are a smoke free house hold and have one little Maltese/yorkie mixed! And 2 new born sons!
