Eduardo P: Extremely extremely rude. The guy seems to dislike his job a lot. From the very start his tone was aggressive and made unnecessary comments. Definitely don’t recommend at all. And I don’t have to disclose my name with you. You even CALLED BACK. So for you to sit there and go based of a caller I.d name and google name matching is just weirdly unprofessional ? But you or whoever is working the phone called back anyhow.

They took care of everything for our Umrah and provided us with good 5-star hotels. Bussam A: Great service and everything went as planned. They have reps in Medina and Mecca to sort any issues. We literally saw them daily. They even added bus tours for each city. Transportation was very good every time it was required. We had one bus problem and it was replaced immediately. I may be a little biased, but we also had a great spiritual advisor. Chaniqua Lipsey: My fiancé called today to inquire about assistance with our honeymoon, and the company was very rude. They asked him to hold then picked up the phone asking “who is this” then proceeded to speak in a different language. After he said hello the person told him they only do international travel and no vacations or cruises then proceeded to hang up. Our experience was nothing like the previous reviews which led us to call. Would NOT recommend.

The Servant: Best place to book a trip for ummrahI booked for ummrah package to Mecca and Madina. From the time I booked my trip until I came back to Michigan, it was a very good experience. Adam travel agents, Ahmad and Hussein and his mother helped us a lot with booking, visa and assisted us whenever help was necessary. Flight seat and hotel and the food was excellent. The bus ride amazing. We visited many sites. This trip will be remembered for ever.

Arwa Mohammed: Hello,This is an updated review a year later.I traveled with this agency to preform Hajj manasik and there were so many mistakes made that could have been avoided. I think the leader of group 8B was responsible for most of the mismanagement that happened there BUT I also wrongfully blamed his wife thinking that she was our leader. I would like to apologize to sister Sara because of all that and for me holding her somewhat responsible for things too. I also would advice you to ask the agency if they provide guidance for lady travelers to Hajj. I still think things should have been organized better especially that most people preform hajj only once in their life time.

Kamal Smith: I contacted Tamica via phone about a trip to Punta Cana. I explained to her what I was looking for in a resort and a few of the excursions I wanted to take part in. Tamica took a moment to ask me a few additional questions, I would imagine she was better equipping herself to meet my needs. Later that evening, Tamica contacted me by phone and told me she would have a quote ready for me to review the next day. The following day, I received an email from Tamica containing an amazing package. The flight, all inclusive adult only resort, transportation to and from the resort plus excursions were all carefully layed out for me to review. I was extremely pleased to see that she completely exceeded my expectations in all areas and did that below the budget I had previously set. In addition, the attention to detail that she provided on my trip, is most certainly second to none. I will surely be utilizing her for all my travel needs from here on out.
