buruk hasret: Appointment time is important for this facility because of they don’t have enough doors.I delivered and it took almost one and half hour.They have a restroom for guests.No all night parking inside the facility but you can park on the street.
Kristina Tonelli: 01/28/2022- I had a delivery..To check in, you go up to the door for Shipping/Receiving and press the button on the call box. Someone will answer and give you instructions.They are completely contactless.I was instructed to put my paperwork on the hanging clipboard (where there's further instructions on what to do). There's also a set of bolt cutters on the table. Grab those, break your seal, remove your load locks and/or straps. Return bolt cutters back to table. Slide your tandems to the rear. Back into any dock 1-6 (whichever one is open.. if there isn't an open dock you have to wait for one to open).Only downside- I didn't see any restrooms/ porta johns. So plan accordingly.I arrived at 0831. I was unloaded, given my paperwork, and rolling out of the gate by 1008am.The one worker I did encounter (I believe he was the one that unloaded me) was extremely friendly!!If every experience was like the one I had today, I definitely wouldn't mind hauling more loads to this place.Great way to start my Friday and kick off the weekend!Stay safe out there fellow drivers.*sorry for the length of this review, but as a driver that uses these reviews to gauge what I'm going to be getting myself into, I wanted to be thorough.
Janice Brown: Was told not to be late for delivery because they were strict about appointments. Got here and had to wait for 20 mins before anyone would answer the call box at the door ( 12noon). Not drivers allowed inside. Man finally came to the door and was rud. Made me want for 1 1/2 hr before unloading started. Won't be back.

jason Chen: Lousy customer service, workers are arrogant and rude. Prices are overpriced and poor selections. Would not recommend it. There are better liquor stores around.
Tiffany Haney-Brown: Used to be the go-to place but since the "renovation" I'm not impressed anymore. It used to feel like a grocery store for different liquors but now because most of it is behind the register, I can't read the labels for myself. I am more health conscious and like to read stuff for myself, not go off recommendations from them that they remember off the top of their head. I liked that they had a very wide selection but now it feels very inaccessible to me. I thoroughly understand it's probably mainly a shoplifting issue, but it makes me just want to visit other stores like Meijer and Kroger that let me actually read labels for myself because it's just like the other liquor stores now. They also own other stores in the area, so I know they are making hand-over-fist money, so they'll be just fine if I don't visit again. I just have a personal preference to shop differently.
J: Just renovated, place looks great inside. Beer prices are a bit high, but so is everything these days. Friendly people working. Still in the midst of installing the rest of their walk-in coolers, but significantly improved over the old layout/design. Great lighting too, feels much newer and higher-end.

Gabs Got Abs: I don't know what to even say. There was two floating beer bottles and the staff just let it roam. I also saw this huge rat trying to talk to me. It was nice, but I don't think that's normal. And don't even get me started on the alien inn the corner!!! It was hoarding all the rum! I didn't even see the Mona Lisa either! Goodbye.
Leonard Durecki: My corner store. There's someone opening gallons of milk there so I exchanged it for an unopened milk. Whoever is opening the milk here for whatever reason you need to stop, you are sick in the head and need to STOP.

Erin Southerland: Love the big plexiglass around the counter. Never too many people at once. Every once in a while you see a stock person without a mask. As soon as you walk up to the counter the salesperson puts theirs on. Everything is clean and well stocked. So far so good.

They gave great small dishes for food, excellent service, and a really clean and nicely decorated establishment. Of course the main attraction is their AMAZING beer! Tried a flight and was blown away by Sin Eater and the Strabery Rhubarb. Final Absolution and Lancelots Cream Ale always great! I really want to visit on one of their D&D nights!
William Steveling: The biggest weakness is their handling of parties. Beyond that, their wait staff are friendly and know the product. They actually engage with you when not slammed.
