buruk hasret: Appointment time is important for this facility because of they don’t have enough doors.I delivered and it took almost one and half hour.They have a restroom for guests.No all night parking inside the facility but you can park on the street.
Kristina Tonelli: 01/28/2022- I had a delivery..To check in, you go up to the door for Shipping/Receiving and press the button on the call box. Someone will answer and give you instructions.They are completely contactless.I was instructed to put my paperwork on the hanging clipboard (where there's further instructions on what to do). There's also a set of bolt cutters on the table. Grab those, break your seal, remove your load locks and/or straps. Return bolt cutters back to table. Slide your tandems to the rear. Back into any dock 1-6 (whichever one is open.. if there isn't an open dock you have to wait for one to open).Only downside- I didn't see any restrooms/ porta johns. So plan accordingly.I arrived at 0831. I was unloaded, given my paperwork, and rolling out of the gate by 1008am.The one worker I did encounter (I believe he was the one that unloaded me) was extremely friendly!!If every experience was like the one I had today, I definitely wouldn't mind hauling more loads to this place.Great way to start my Friday and kick off the weekend!Stay safe out there fellow drivers.*sorry for the length of this review, but as a driver that uses these reviews to gauge what I'm going to be getting myself into, I wanted to be thorough.
Janice Brown: Was told not to be late for delivery because they were strict about appointments. Got here and had to wait for 20 mins before anyone would answer the call box at the door ( 12noon). Not drivers allowed inside. Man finally came to the door and was rud. Made me want for 1 1/2 hr before unloading started. Won't be back.

dominic nye: I have been a customer for years and because the management refuses to check the camera( gave them specific time and day) they are stealing from me and refuses to fix their mistakes. ( I came back in and paid in cash I always told them just throw out the receipt) this is very unprofessional and I hope they do better.

I shop at Blue Diamond all the time. They have a way of making you feel like family. They did an awesome job finding a certain type of tequila & hard to find margaritas in a can that I love. Their wine selection is nice as well.

eric james: They straight up don’t care about their customers. Their delivery drivers are lazy and will pull up, see the lights are off and drive away, even though we have people there who will come to accept the delivery. Their customer service team won’t do anything to fix the situation and their supervisors are pretty much useless. This is the problem with these companies being protected by the MLCC. All I know is if I don’t get my next order, I’m filing a complaint with the state of Michigan.
Courtland Lindsay: I wouldn't attempt a turnaround from the narrow outside street near the very receiving gate, at the entrance shown in the search. Truck Entrance Gate is locked before and after receiving hours.0700 am appt. Docked on-time; unloaded about 23thou in under one hour. Thank you GLW&S!

David Miller: Operation was inefficient and everything is like a after thought on the wine side. Management has never done the job they are supervising. Your pay as a cdl driver is based on how many pieces or cases you deliver. Pay is extremely low for the industry which is part of why they have a hard time keeping drivers. And they dont really pay overtime they have some crazy formula they use to calculate overtime but over time is basically half of your calculated hourly wage not time and a half but half time. Management wastes alot of dot time having drivers wait for a route or do things to make people with easier jobs job even more easy. Management is so inefficient they all work 7days a week. Their international trucks are terrible to ride in. Only allowed one 2wheel dolly when delivering.
Michele Johnson: The poor lack up upper management in this establishment is almost unbelievable. The supervisors are overworked with no compensation (financially or pto) and the lack of staff makes it almost impossible to take a day off. The interior of the building itself is not maintained properly, allowing the machinery to break down consistently, adding hours on to each evening's shift. Breathing is also an issue due to the mold growing in the bathrooms that seem to be quietly overlooked by the owners. Conveniently, they also overlook Covid protocol and disinfection procedures with no touch points being wiped between shifts. Trying to grow within the company is an impossible task. All upper management share the same race/nationality and have hired the unexperienced instead of knowledgeable in-house staff. This establishment is full of false hopes and dead end promises.

Mind Over Machine: I keep seeing one of their white transit vans speeding around fenton in and out of subdivisions, blowing through stop signs, and not using turn signals. They are a menace that one day might hurt someone, or maybe the Fabiano Brothers just think that laws don't apply to them?

Pappy Young: The navigation took me right to it. The turn on Modern looks a little tight. It is all the way at the end. You will run into the gate. Get close up to it and it will open. Go straight to the shipping/receiving office. The had me unloaded in 20 minutes. 41,000lb load of Beer. It was a pleasant experience. The people were very nice as well.
