Frederick Cox: Competent, friendly and well priced. These folks seem to have almost every kind, type and shape of metal stock. Best of all they have a great stock of incidental pieces and shapes. They filled my order promptly and accurately. Very impressed.

Finally I typed in metal supply house and Alro showed up. I called them and talked to Greg. He was nice and helpful. He said they had remnants. that was all i needed to hear. Scrap we could use to make them a few bucks and very good for me. i went over there yesterday got my job done for less that $30.00!! Wow!!!thank you.

Jack Dooley: Their patio cover is an excellent product, the customer service is second to none. I shopped local and on the internet and this company had the best product, great price, and they were professional in ever sense. The design and manufacture results in a very well made, strong, and durable product. Though a "kit," it does require construction skills and experience and a novice builder should seek an experience builder person to help. There are many variables to how a home is built, and this product is suitable to make things work, but it does require some decent construction knowledge. They offered great support for any questions I had, and I am a semi retired journeyman carpenter. Do not hesitate to give these guys a call.

The company is very professional and very supportive.The kit is fairly easy to install (I took 2 days with help on another person for few hours) its very cool because of the insulation.
mathias4478: Ryan helped me from the beginning to end, I was having trouble figuring out how to fit a awning on my house in a certain location. I texted a pic of my house and measurements to Mike’s manufacturing and Ryan worked me up a quote. (Which was very fair) The kit i bought was fairly easy for a handy type person I installed the entire 9x12 by myself with just a couple bar clamps as helpers in a weekend. Came out great! Im now considering putting one on our second house. I would definitely recommend Mike Manufacturing

Scott Boynton: I got in and out in 10 minutes with everything I needed on a Saturday morning, right as they opened. The price was better than anything I found online, and had the benefit of not paying shipping or waiting a week for it to show up.
Steve Jones: I've bought from these guys a few times over the years. The guy that answers the phone is usually rude and not looking to be helpful. It's always like pulling teeth trying to get a quote or even a call back from these guys.I've stop dealing with them because of just the customer service issues alone. My last steel order was for over $50,000 and I couldn't even get these guys to return a phone call on a quote....guess they like giving work to their competition or apparently my orders are too small to deal with. Whatever the issue, I recommend looking elsewhere.
James Kemp: Seems they just changed their policy of letting customers look around in the shop. It use to be that you could find the perfect cutoff by looking around the shop. And the guy working in the shop area was super helpfull.Now, they have a small rack just outside the office. No more looking around the entire shop. The reason give was "someone might fall". OK, then ask folks to sign a release.Well, it just takes all the fun out of going. Plus, the single little drops rack does not have much of a selection anyway. And the office guy just stands there hawking you - wait you to make a quick decision.Just too bad we gotta worry about the lawyers.
Christopher Welch: Has a plentiful stock of steel and aluminum and will cut to size on arrival. Some aluminum but mostly steel. Prices a little higher for the public.

Look up Gaslighting and due to I'm a mental health patient I will be suing this company due to Mental Health was violated.You will get points but not there buddies. I don't recommend this company at all unless you actual have to.
