Elyse Oyer: Superior is in a dispute with Blue Cross over negotiated rates and wants to make it the customers’ problem. This is one of the worst companies I’ve encountered in any industry. It may be impossible to avoid them depending on the circumstance but, if given the option, do not use Superior Ambulance Services.

They didn't even say ("I'm sorry") just sign here and was out the glass less door. Hideous attitudes. Would never make use of them again. Their lack of professionalism and lack of kindness toward an obviously ill man was inexcusable!

They have numerous CEASE AND DESIST orders from state and local authorities.The management is involved in harassing ex-employees, their references, relatives and emergency contacts. They also don’t pay their employees!

Joan Carlton: Our family did not have a good experience with this company. The lack of professionalism and very poor communication caused serious delays. I would not want to see another family have this experience. It was very stressful and disappointing on many levels.

Salam Abdallah: I don’t know about other peoples experience but mine was great. Mohamad and Danielle were amazing. The office staff was great with coordinating the time. They showed up on time. We got to the appointment on time and came back home on time. Ty so much truly appreciated.

Talked to several people and was given confirmation and a time to be picked up, they never showed up then tried to tell me it wasn't confirmed. Given another time and again no show, said waiting on staff , but staff is on the way and they would be here in 3 hours. 3 hours came and went and they did not show up! called again and they said I needed to talk to the supervisor as this was never approved and said they would call me back and needless to say I was never called. My patient waited over 24 hours for transport with this company promising to transport then never showing up. Next time I will stick with well known companies who stand by their word! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! Save your time and pass on 1st response. Their name should be Last response!!! highly disappointed!
