tashmich: The infamous slide was a great experience! It was a fun, light-hearted, communal activity. Crowds cheering you on, hyping others up and at times, easing wounds. I would do this again! Leaning forward goes a long way.

Donni James: Whatever genius carpetbagger was involved in the bid of this job got it due to campaign donations or some kind of favor because this was a first timer privitized contractor incident. It obviously was NEVER even tested. A RIDE FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS NEVER TESTED? It was because it went viral that they shut it down for a day or whatever. They changed something ignoring the math for assembly that obviously exist. It's disgusting. I saw children crying holding their heads from being slammed people holding onto their backs etc.. More than a few people got hurt. The lawsuits are coming I'm sure. DISGUSTING

Mark S: A ton of fun for the whole family. Will adult bodies regret acting like a young athletic body again? Yep, probably. Did I end up on my back at home after taking ibuprofen to relax? Yep, but I was fine. It was worth it to see the kids having fun! There's so much to do. Don't forget to look up! There's stuff to do above as well. I added a video of the zipline - a must try!

Josiah: It's a fun place with lots to do. It's like an indoor C.J. Barrymores. However, at some attractions, the lines move so slow. Especially the Sky Rider: They should have one person at the top (strapping and sending the people off on the ride), and two people at the bottom (one strapping, one unstrapping). They only have two people, they strap a certain amount of people at once, and then they send the people up to the ride.This causes a long wait because they are not constantly sending people up and down the ride. Even with a short line, it will take at least 30 minutes. They need a more efficient way of loading people, so it shortens the wait. Weekends are the WORST here!

Reyelle Brown: My family and I really enjoyed it here, my kids had a great time! My son had his 7th birthday party here, it was very pricey for the packages and to only have 10 kids covered. We had the highest package and paid $100 more for a v.I.p room. Still could only have 10 kids, it was regular price for extra kids. But the activities and were so much fun! Would recommend to go at an earlier time, because they get crowded.

David Smith: It's a very nice place for the kids, but most of the staff move very slowly, lines are long, even if they aren't that long, there will still be a long wait. Anything that involves a harness, you will wait! Instead of preparing the next group with the harness that are hanging right there at the start of the line, you will have to wait til the group in front of you is done, watch the staff very slowly remove all harness, and then prepare the next group. Just my opinion

Christian Slone: I went here for a birthday party on Saturday Nov. 27th. Towards the conclusion of the party while we still had 15 minutes left in the room our party attendant started cleaning up. She pour all the kids and adults drinks into a pitcher. She then set it on the table next to the cake. Unknown to me that she just did this I poured a cup from the pitcher and drank a cup of everyone's backwash and used juice 😶.She should have taken that pitcher directly to the back and out of our party room right after emptying the cups into it.I went and got the manager Louie to address the issue. He was very understanding. When I took him to the party room the party attendant was there. When I tried to explain what happened she cut me off to explain how she was just doing her job. She failed to own up to any mistake made. This left me even more disgusted.I hope that Louie and Urban Air are able to train there staff correctly. I've worked catering and I understand the need to clear tables while people may still be eating and drinking but what happened to me shouldn't happen to ANYONE.I GAVE THEM 2 STARS because my kids had a blast there or else they would of got 1 for my experience.4 months later my daughter asked to have a birthday party here.... I told her no because of this experience and the fact that I complained to corporate and never heard from them 🙋🏽‍♂️

Celia: Place is fun for the kiddos but I was upset that it took 1hr to be able to ride the go-carts. There was an employee there that kept letting people cut the line and ride right away. Very frustrating when you are in line with a toddler for an hour. I’d like management to address it I do have a photo of the person if they are interested.

ZAWOJSKYJ: Great place, wonderful employees. The boys always have fun, it is hard to get them out of there. Ke'mya was great and patient with my son, he said she was super nice. Would recommend getting a monthly pass, can't beat the price.
