M K: I was picking up a purchase. The man who assisted me tried to sell applecare, which is fair enough, that's his job. However, I clearly declined and said I still have time to purchase it myself if I change my mind. Not accepting my answer, he was still pushing to sell it. This was unpleasant. The positive part of my experience was how quickly I was assisted.

Brooke: I had a great experience with my team member at the genius bar, but I just wanted to comment on the store manager’s patience and respect while dealing with a extremely rude and problematic customer at the same table as me. I think his name was Lamont, definitely started with an L, younger man with glasses. Extremely professional and level headed.
Travel Man: There were a group of five Black people talking at the front of the store. When I walked in, I was completely ignored. Because I was white. One girl laughing loud like a hyena. I was told to stand by the table for 20 minutes, and still no one came, while the black workers were all socializing with each other. I left. I went to AT&T for my new iPhone 14 plus Max.
airdriver: Since I bought an iPhone and an iPad a year ago, I’ve gone to this store a half dozen times to ask questions. The staff to a person has been EXTREMELY helpful to me. Very knowledgeable, very approachable and very professional.
Yup: This stores staff and professionalism has really decline and went down hill. They damaged my phone cosmetically during the repair process. The Supervisor and the supervisors boss tried to trick me into using my applecare and pay to fix what “they” did to my phone and make a claim that would have costed me for something “they” damaged. My device was brought to store flawless and returned to me in lesser condition. 2 employees could even see difference in before and after photos that they caused the damage but management acted like they couldn’t see the damage. Complete joke of customer service. Do not bring your device here for repair. Never bring your device to a place that won’t fix damage they caused! BEWARE!!Also the store manager was too emotional to be running a store. He told me there was no reason to insult him when I told him if he can’t see damage on a phone then he shouldn’t be repairing phones. Sorry the truth hurt your feelings buddy.

Arrived prior to the scheduled time an after attempting to find a salesperson to check in, was told to sit at the bar and wait. 35 minutes later and I was told that they don’t have “time” to complete my repair today and although Apple plus said that I would be able to exchange the phone that never worked properly, the manager said it’s “impossible”. I don’t have time to drive 2 hours back and forth. All they could do was say what they CAN’T do. My husband tried to be solution focused but by that time I was done. This is definitely a let down and why it’s been 3 months since I got this new phone and the camera has NEVER worked.

Frederick Kneuss: Purchased 2 iPhones (1-SE) and (1-13) on December 6, 2022. Today, 5-15-2023 the SE -3 died. As it is 30 miles in very bad traffic coming from Fenton. This would be a warranty issue. The purchase is on record. The store (claims) it cannot tell us if they have a phone for replacement. We are setting in the spectrum store. If these two tech businesses cannot trust each other I would say tech companies have a much bigger security issue than that which is obvious. Ridiculous.

I have never been to an Apple Store before or bought from Apple directly before, but I will definitely do so in future!I walked in and was immediately helped by Andrew answering my questions about my current refurbished iPhone 11 and comparing it to an iPhone 13 mini. He then sent me to Michael to do some testing on my iPhone 11 to see what the cause of the issues were and to see what the trade in value would be.I do not like pushy sales people at all, and both Michael and Andrew were very good about asking what I wanted and just telling me the information when I asked a question without pushing anything. I appreciated having clear cut answers and silent time to think and process the information, despite the store being pretty busy.I ended up trading in my iPhone 11 in store and purchased the iPhone 13 mini. Michael was so patient helping me navigate setting up service on my new iPhone, switching to an eSim card, and getting all my old apps logged into and working like brand new!Michael deserves 5 stars for his amazing customer service and multitasking capabilities- he was serving both myself and an older gentleman simultaneously, without either of us feeling neglected.
