Kala pino: I ordered couches from them. I ended up canceling my order and buying couches elsewhere. But the only reason I did so was because of the price. Staff and inventory was great. I just ended up paying cash for something cheaper so I wouldn't have payments. But I'd definitely go back to them in the future.

Denise Ray: Very happy with the china rental for my son's wedding. They have a nice selection to choose from and everything was in good shape. Tracy was easy to work with, even when I called a few days prior to our event asking her to add a cocktail table. Delivery and pick up were prompt.

Lori Schroeder: Well I wish I could review them on their actual services, but they won't give me a chance to use them! I called them 2 weeks ago about getting an ice sculpture for my daughter's wedding. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. Email pictures of what I want and they will send me a quote. I sent the email within a few minutes. Waited several days and never heard back, so I followed up with another email. Waited 4 more days with no reply, so I called again on Friday. She apologized, saying the person who does ice sculptures was on vacation, but they would get back to me on Monday. It's now 2 days before her wedding and I'm still waiting...

Tonya: The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I was told it was my fault that they rented me a poor quality product. I called requested can light I was told no problem. However when I set them up at my event they were all different colors and some of the geols were completely burn through. I was told that it was my fault do to me ordering them last minute. I would have rather been told they couldn't accommodate me. My event was in Ohio I call the office to leave a message on Saturday to inform them of the issue. The owner was rude and spoke to me very disrespectfully. I may not be your million dollars customer. However I am a customer just the same. I have used Hotz in the past. Im sure I won't return.

S Spilker: I rented tents, tables, & chairs from Hotz for my sons graduation party. I never got too specific about what I wanted and was delighted with the tents when they arrived. I still have people commenting about how perfect my yard looked and how great the tents were. I would recommend Hotz to anyone!
Kim Stricker: Terrible! I ordered all of the linens, tables, glasses, flatware and chafing dishes through Hotz. They showed up to the reception an hour late with many of the items missing. I called the event coordinator to find out why and was greeted with an unprofessional, condescending attitude. I've coordinated many events and never ran into this type of customer disrespect. Being late and showing up with many missing items is UNACCEPTABLE!Apparently this isn't their first offense. Other cater friends warned me of their professionalism as well. There are many options to choose from when planning a wedding or event...... this should be one to steer clear of!Happy Planning!
Amy Constant: We chose HOTZ for our Wedding Ceremony because of their location and price.Due to lack of space and time (and my mental sanity) - I will just list what they did and did not do:-showed up 1 hour late-did not bring a dolly or chair cart to haul chairs-only brought a crew of 2 men instead of the contract-agreed-upon 4.-refused to carry the chairs "that far" even though they had been paid an extra $150 to do so-their 2 men carried ONE chair at a time!!!! while my MOTHER, MOTHER IN LAW, Aunts, and Uncles carried 4 at a time and set up ALL the chairs in their wedding clothes in order to get them up just 15 minutes before wedding.

She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming… which prompted me to visit the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by multiple team members that answered all of my questions and offered refreshments too. Keisha informed me of all purchasing options, then suggested that I speak with Kyle regarding a specific item I wanted. Kyle is the best!! He found exactly what I wanted and even recommended additional items that I purchased. I appreciate his patience most. As I was very indecisive. Nicholas Kulak: I bought a sectional couch, a small breakfast nook table, an office chair and a nifty retro looking rocking chair here. Haley was the best salesperson ever.. She was heartfelt and attentive while considering what I needed every step of the way. When I came to pick up my furniture she had it wrapped and she even helped us load it in the van herself. If I find myself needing more furniture I would definitely come to Cort and talk to Haley again, and if anyone else needs furniture I would recommend they do the same.
