Jill Esau: Let me start by saying the food was great and the service in the dining room was good. The bar area was another story entirely. I understand being busy on a show night but our service was next level bad. 30 minutes to get waited on to get a drink from a bartender with an attitude while sitting at bar waiting for table. Had to repeat our order 3 times minimum. Bartender did not bring my tab, but took my credit card. Multiple staff could not find my check when our table was ready an hour later. After dinner, had still not received my bar bill and waitress could not assist. Back to an empty bar and 15 more minutes to get my bill with 20% gratuity added despite the really bad service. I get that they do things a certain way on show nights but seriously? Asked staff to remove the gratuity under the circumstances and they said no! Interesting service philosophy.Vegetarian options: Limited. Fettuccine Alfredo the only option.

Xavier B: I've been coming here for years with my family and it's some of the best food every single time. We like to order the Al Ameer family platter or sometimes we will order individual meals. I would recommend the stuffed lamb. And the baby roasted potatoes. But everything on the menu is amazing. Alex Willson: We placed our orders (3 total people) that consisted of 3 orders of the endless breadsticks, soup and salad, and nothing else. We sat there, after we ordered, for about 30 minutes before we reached out to someone saying we haven’t seen any of our food. The manager came over and apologized and we told him that we will just take our food to go. The manager attempted to mend the situation by taking care of the bill, but that didn’t matter as another 15 minutes went by and we saw that same manager walk by 3 times doing something else and we STILL DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. Not to mention, since we sat down, 2 other tables sat down after us and got their food. We ended just getting and up walking out.The restaurant had MAYBE 20 customer and just about as many workers. There is no excuse for this terrible service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever, even after we voiced our issue.I honestly cannot think of one good thing that came from this visit today and I will not be coming back.

Even though she was swamped, she kept a smile on her face and a positive attitude! Stephanie Harris: Me and my family dined in on 4/7/23 because we were in the area after a long morning. Stopped in to eat. Really excited to get the street corn. Ordered our food and food was beyond disappointing. Fries were like warm and saturated in old oil. Crispy crispers were cold and also saturated in old oil. I order a special margarita and I received it at the drink towards the end of finishing the Philly cheese steak sub. Finally received it because I asked our server Lisa about it. Kids complained about there food not being goods. Just overall the food wasn't good and won't be returning because of service, food quality and overall experience.

Ordered a brownie and didn’t receive it. Called the store and was told they didn’t have any more brownies left. To let Uber eats know so I can get a refund. Received all gummy rice and beans no meat very disappointed with my food!!
John Messmer: This restaurant has been hit and miss for quite a while. When they miss, they really miss. This review is for my most recent trip. The food was great and the friendly young lady who was working the register was polite and upbeat. It was refreshing, especially these days. Great Job Team Qudoba!

She hasn't made it yet. It's 12:45. Ok chicken and steak. Sorry no steak. She hasn't cooked more yet. As I'm standing at the counter the veggie girl has the pan flipped upside down on the fire, I'm assuming to burn off any residue and not use a clean pan. Sure enough when I get to the table the veggies are covered in charcoal carbon who knows how many times she's burned the pan clean now it's all on the veggies. 17 dollars and two bites later i threw it out. Ill never return to this Qdoba. Upper management these employees are killing your business and need retraining.

Gigalo Doeski: The household ordered delivery. Everything we got was fresh, fragrant, and delicious. I ordered the steak wheat burrito with jalapenos, corn salsa and cilantro vinaigrette. Oh was that a big hit. My tummy loves you. :) Definitely ordering that again.
KS: A Qdoba is a Qdoba is a Qdoba. There is something about chains that leaves me a little high and dry with what to say. The food is precisely what you expect from a Qdoba. I've ordered out from here on several occasions in the past, and if you want a massive burrito with the ala carte selection of food that they offer? You'll get what you want. It's that simple.So, that said: It is a cleanly run location, though it also tends to be a little on the busy sign, so keep that in mind. This means that with its staffing you'll wait a little longer than you might expect to get the food at some times. Still, you'll get your burrito and be able to enjoy it in the same seating arrangements you'll find in any other of its sort.That said, it's not a bad Qdoba. The staff are hard working and polite, and the food's good, so if this is what you want, bon appetit.
