Malisha C: Went here today to purchase the iPhone 14 pro max and was advised to leave my 13 pro max with them (for whatever reason) while it "does it's thing"(4:25pm). My son is getting the 13 pro max, so she disabled his 12 pro max. Told me she would contact me once it's completed. I never heard anything bk so we went bk up there at 7:08pm to find the store CLOSED! she took an alternative number for me and didn't even call or text to advise they were closing or that everything was all set. So now we have to go without any phones until I can get back up there to get them!! God forbid we have an emergency....I would not recommend this store.
Nickolas Vostoris: Getting three phones and one new line should've been a major headache - but not at this store thanks to Kirscher! She made the process easy and painless - while also being patient with my parent's (1,000) questions.
Christine Vanvliet: I’ve been coming to this store since they first opened a few years ago and I’ve always had a great experience. Last year I had to add my dad to my plan and Andrew, the store manager, was great. And today I had to add my sister and although that was a hassle on our end, Andrew was amazing again. So kind and understanding.
Arthur Rucinski: This store was untruthful about a promotion for the new iPhone 14. When I call the store, they said they would talk to the person that sold me the phone. I said that does not change the fact that I am out 600 dollars and they told me to call AT&T directly.
Mary Pham: Thank you so so so much Isaac! I’ve went to another att and a T-Mobile and the vibes were both off. But I decided to go to this att location and Isaac greeted me and helped me! He was so patient with me and explained everything so clearly and even wrote things down for me! I very much appreciate his customer service skills. We need more employees like him. Paul Singer: Joseph was great. He helped me get into my new iPhone with no issues. These guys know what they are doing and have great customer service. I’d recommend this store to anyone. Ask for Joseph.

Nikki Schwerin: If I could I would give no stars. Terrible customer service, and the name calling their customers. Went into the store to return something, and they wouldn’t let me. I was aggravated about the situation in the first place, and them not taking it back didn’t help. The one guy working called me a spaz, which that didn’t help the situation at all. I will never go back to that store, and because of that may have lost a 20 year customer with att.

Rich: I had a issue with the plan. The people here told my son that we could save a TON of money by switching to a new plan. Problem is I had a plan with unlimited Hotspot for $20.00 a month. When they switch I was not able to get it back. Long short. They lied to us about the plan. When I went back they would not work something out. It was screw you... was not even able to talk to mangers to get it resolved.3 months later still nothing is done .still not hearing anything from the manager of this store 6-7-22

They were super nice and knowledgeable and helped us get everything set up, even when we came in coming in so close to closing time (sorry!). I won’t go anywhere else and will recommend this store to anyone who is in earshot. Thanks again!!

Will Johnson: Do not do business here. Traded in my phone was convinced to drop a line to get my 14 I phone was told everything was legit. Boy was it wrong. After 6 months of paying 258 a month . I got sick of waiting and called customer support. Turns out my trade in was ineligible so long story short I lost my 13 and still paying an insane amount for my 14. This feels completely illegal. This store offered 0 help. Sad bro just sad.

You can hear the circus music playing when you open the door and see his unibrow there to greet you with lies.If you want to open a new a line/account or whatever have you, have a camera recording and let him know he’s on film. Because he will lie about your monthly bill. He WILL add insurance and hotspot and anything else he can for a commission check.Theo, you are a terrible liar and in dire need of a microdermabrasion. At least lie with a straight clear face.
Rupa A.: I don't know if the people in my back yard stepping in my flower beds come from this store but I just had to say that I don't have AT&T because when I did try to get their service no one showed up on the date they said they were going to come. And today although they knocked on my door to tell me they were here they stepped in my flower bed clearly seeing that it was sectioned off. What gives? Why step in it when there is clearly a walking path? Please teach your technicians some manners!

Stacy Pokorra: Update: I tried this location again and they definitely have improved on the employees. I had a great experience this time around.I have been a long time customer of AT&T. I have never been treated so rudely as I did today. Ashley needs a little more polishing on her customer service skills. I was walked out of the store and not even heard.
Denise Mussio: The folks here are very helpful. Unfortunately I was lied to be the idiot who set up my wireless account. He said it would be $30.00 and it is over $70.00!!! Nothing the store can do. But they can't fix stupid 🤬
Tayah Sting: Michael K at the Westland location was a great help. Excellent customer service, good at multitasking, & navigated any issues I had with ease. I came in around 6:30ish pm the at&t server was down ( but at the time we didn’t know it). Michael sent me home with instructions on how to finish setting up my phone (autopay), because he didn’t want any of my personal information in the system while there were tech issues. I couldn’t dial out on my phone the next day. I came back & Michael remembered me & assisted me. The issue was resolved & I’m happy with the service.

Another AT&T store was not helpful and I had no way to call tech support for help. Deangelia found the issue and fixed it for me. These prepaid plans are not something the salespeople deal with so I'm grateful for her excellent customer service.
Rich S: The worst customer support ever! Employee had ZERO interest in helping resolve my problem and basically told me to go home and call ATT.. And when I did that they told me the store is the one that needs to resolve it.. Meanwhile, 2 weeks of going back and fourth and my phone still has no service.
The Pro-Wrestling Encyclopedia: Answered my questions about how to replace a stolen phone. My husband has to use a walker n we didn't hear it fall out. 15-20min later it was GONE. Next morning the person who found the phone wanted $50 for gas $$ I actually agreed and never heard from them again but they used their own phone number 😂. They guy working answered every question I had and I was out of the store in less than 10 min! Excellent customer service!

All of my questions were answered, and I was given the opportunity to order exactly what I wanted. The process was straightforward because I knew what I was looking for, and I wasn’t coerced into purchasing anything I didn’t need. I was also able to fix a concern I had with my bill with no hassle.
Katherine Krause: Went in to upgrade my phone; they ordered the wrong phone for me.. got that fixed but had to pay a restocking fee that they told me they would refund the next day.. a week later, still waiting for that to be refunded. I was told my plan wouldn’t increase in price, however I got an alert from ATT that I needed to upgrade my plan or I wouldn’t get the right credit for my trade in phone.. terrible service all the way around, they want you to call a “loyalty” number instead of addressing issues in the store.

We spent a bit of time at the store and every time someone walks in he greets them and says “someone will be right with you”. We had to wait for the phones to transfer datas and apps and Xavier asked if it was okay for him to help other people while waiting. I was glad to hear that because i wouldn’t want them to be waiting either. Great job Xavier!!!

I don't know anyone else who has this problem but why couldn't the att store reps do more to help me than give me a worthless number and send me on my way
