Luke Howland: Went in to add me onto my fiances account. I had 3 payroll checks to deposit. I was told that they would clear Wednesday the 12th. I went to check the my balance 2 days later and there was a hold on my PAYROLL checks until the 19th. Thats 12 days from the date of deposit that they have held my checka. Thanks to them my car insurance lapsed and will cost me a forture. I wouldn't recommend this garbage bank to anyone. Atms are also broken probably 5 days a month.
Michael Schulmeister: Very inconvenient time and when there is a line of people they won't even come out to help the only teller they need to improve costumer service here they have people standing in the cold even army vets and they can't even open up on time I will say there are some nice people that work here but people are normally nice in general so no uping the rating for me
Matthew Marshall: Every time you come in to this bank there is an issue.. now they think it’s okay to close on the weekends and open at 10 am.. I’m on a tight schedule because of work and this bank makes it almost impossible to get inside when they are open. This is one of the worst banks in the game an 0/10 would recommend

The girl who greeted me was nice and Dan, at the end of my visit, was as well.Evan worked with me and he did a SUPERB job! He listened to what I needed and suggested the accounts that will best suit me.Evan made me feel comfortable and confident in choosing Bank of America for all my banking needs.I am glad I didn't read all these negative reviews before heading into this branch as I experienced none of it and look forward to only positive experiences for years to come!

Raham: Be aware of Bank of America. They are scammers, they can ruin your banking relationship with a matter of a second. They can close your accounts with in a matter of a minute without notifying you and that’s exactly what happened to me. I used to believe it was a good bank but I guess I am wrong. They stole over 800 dollars on my credit card and refused to give it back and they refused to give me a reason on why they closed my account.
Jeff Ouimet: My mother like the convenience of this branch and appreciates the help from the employees. She will not use the ATM. It recently states that the branch is temporarily closed. If the branch lobby doesn't open back up, she will close her account. I recieved a response from BOA that some branches are temporarily closed or limited hours, but I'd like to know if it is really temporary or permanent. I was given a link to the BOA locations and hours. When I look at the branch my mom uses, the date it will open moves out one day every day I look at the website. This isn't very helpful and since I can't get a straight answer on the web or on the phone, I'll encourage my mom to move her money to another bank that has open lobby hours. BOA isn't making banking easy for the elderly that don't own or want a smart phone and don't feel it's safe for them to use the ATM.
Born Dead: Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had a BOA account for years and finally needed to update my debit card. I first went to the branch to order and ask specifically for one of the new rap cards and not only did they charge me $5 for the card but they sent me the wrong one. I contacted customer service and they had the correct one sent to me. You would think it would end there but no. When they sent the card my PIN number did not work with it. So I went to this branch in the morning thinking I had to set it and both of their ATMs where down. So today (Friday) I stopped by the branch to talk to someone and they closed at 4 pm. All the branches around me have closed and now the couple that are still open close at 4 on a Friday. Already angry because I can not access my money I called the number on the back of my card and after being on hold for 35 mins and hearing a message about how they are going to fix my issue a guy finally answers and says that not only can he not give me my PIN number but my card is also locked to midnight. They have done nothing to help and refused to help. I’m being kept from my money and am being treated like trash by their customer service team. This is robbery and I would not recommend anyone doing business with BOA especially if you want to be able to access your money.

saad elias: I really appreciate the employee in this branch named milad. I came in today for some banking services and I didn't realize that I needed an appointment for that service. Although it was a mistake on my end I should have checked about that service if it's required an appointment or not, I was very frustrated however milad did a great job help me to schedule an appointment with the branch close to where I need to be and he was very professional. I'm grateful for his professionalism and his great customer service skills.
Jimavis Arnold: I've been banking with BOA for over 10 years can't believe this branch is connected. I made an appointment today and still waiting for over 25 minutes. Why make an appointment? The other few times I've been here, the service is terrible and they are not very knowledgeable. I have the hardest time getting questions answered without a long process.
Ray Sharer: I have been banking with Bank of America for many years AT THIS BRANCH. I am somewhat surprised at the number of negative reviews. I worked in retail 37 years and recognize good customer service. I have never had one issue in all these years. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. the management is always accommodating and friendly.

Gabby Sharp: Asked to speak to manager about honoring a waived fee for cashiers check, just asked for the same offer we recieved at the Lake Orion branch, and was treated as if we asked for sack of unmarked bills. Horrible customer service, the teller tried to help and was nice and polite, given the line was out the door when we arrived. Closing the drive thrus was also not pandemic friendly, and probably if they were open would have made our awful wait in line better.
