Honda Suzuki of Warren Service: what do users think?
Dan Tucker: 1st off update your website to reflect your true business practices. If you dont offer test rides don't give me the ability to schedule one. 2nd if you aren't able/unwilling to order product for customers don't advertise that you do. 3rd when given a quote over the phone, I received a different out the door price when I came in. When questioned on it "Oh I forgot that I added a service package." So be wary of the final numbers as the sales guys seem to be cool with adding extras without saying anything. Not that I was in some super rush, but I was a bit embarrassed for your sales associate when he said we would have to wait to go over the fincianing because he is sharing a desk.
Jason Jones: Honda Suzuki of Warren is the perfect place to find your next motorcycle or ATV. The selection is impressive, and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are unbeatable - they're often lower than at other dealerships in the area. Plus, the service department is top-notch - they always take great care of my bike.
Jim Benoit: I drove an hour on a Saturday morning to hopefully buy a Honda Dirt bike. But nobody wanted to sell me one so I left.
Jake Schimelfening: Got service done today, the final bill came out higher than expected. I asked to see the original quote I signed agreeing to the service being done and they refused to show it to me. The mistake in the final price could have been my fault, but refusing to show the customer the original quote with signature is a huge red flag (The receipt I received was the one without my signature). Good and quick service for my bike, terrible customer service. (Edited for typos)
Ryan Burke: Good friendly service
Courtney Young: They charged over $600 and my husbands four wheeler is doing the exact same thing it was doing when it was dropped off. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.
Robert Suddards: It's winter and their still asking MSRP!!! Staff was moderately friendly and helpful.. just unreasonable on price
J K: Pretty much couldn't have had a better experience.Steve in sales shot me straight, gave a great deal, had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there (20 minutes before closing!) They helped me set up the surprise for my son, showed him the ins and outs of his new ride, then helped load it!Top notch people with good prices.
Ryan Robinson: This is the only place I could find that had technicians brave enough to install my viking lamellar large bags on my Honda VTX 1300s. They did a great job too. I'm also happy with their staff and selection.
Richard McCallum: Friendly staff and great prices
Jan-James Buchanan: On June 23rd 2022I picked up my carbs that were clended properly but the floats were never set to spechs or the float valves which caused gas to flood the crankcase3months later and 6 oil changesI personally adjusted floats properly and float valvesI no longer have gas going to my crankcaseThe service manager Jeff claimed the floats and valves were set to spech ( he lied )The owner BrianSaid he stood by his service managerIt cost me more in oil changes than to have the cabuerator cleaned( and NOT set to specs for floats and valve floats)U be the judge I'm posting pics from the day I picked up my carbsAn employee held up the bowls ,If u look closely u will notice floats are not same heightsU may or may not get the service from this business ( Honda/ Suzuki of Warren)It's. up to u to take that riskAs for particles in tank - or in jetsWhy after me MYSELF adjustadjustingFloats. and Float valves does bike now run properly with no gas going to crankcaseI was wondering how this business was able to surviveNow I know
Zachary Dobson: Really nice place to look at some great bikes. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Ask for Steve, he was fantastic with getting the bike I wanted and telling me about different options and making sure I was comfortable with the bike. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what I would be getting and that it fit with what I would be using it for. Highly recommend stopping in.
Francisco Restrepo: I have been buying parts, oils, tires... for several years for my motorcycles and my ATV 2005. I can say the staff are very profesional, kind and helpful. It is one of the best dealers for me.
Robert Cassidy: Friendly and knowledgeable
Rich Hilgendorf: Good people to deal with in parts any how, haven't delt with anyone else. They beat dealing with motor city cycle by 300% !!!!!!
Steven Jordano: Bought two new bikes here but I guess they're too busy to service anything.
Gordon Cook: Good work and prices
Jean Malik: I had three experiences here in less than a month and all were great. My first visit was to purchase a helmet for my beginner rider course and to ask questions about choosing and buying a motorcycle. The people in parts were very friendly and helpful with my gear selection. Steve, the sales manager, was very encouraging to me as a first time rider. He also patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel confident that the bike I decided on would suit my needs. I was informed there was a short waitlist but he would be in contact when it was my turn.Steve called as promised when my bike was available and set up a convenient time for me to stop in and sign the paperwork. He also offered to keep my motorcycle at the dealership until I passed my instructional class in two weekends, so I could be the first to ride it.My last visit was to pick up my Honda Rebel 500, which I absolutely LOVE! Every step of the way Steve gave me great advice and the knowledge he imparted on me helped me start off on a positive note.As a woman, and as a first time rider and owner, I feel I was treated very well. I highly recommend Honda Suzuki of Warren.
Richard Oldfield: Friendly staff, a a good selection of bikes and accessories.
Da Car Guru: Both my brother and I bought brand new bikes from these guys about a month ago. Brian gave me a great deal on a brand new 2021 CBR600RR. Steve gave my brother a great deal on a 2022 CBR500F. Since our purchases, we have also bought parts and gear from HSoW, and it’s always been a pleasure any time we visit. Thank you Brian, Steve, David and the whole crew for your courtesy, looking out for your customers. You will always have our business.U. Saeed
Jay Mcluvin: Unfortunately my experience with the service department was bad. Very Very bad.I brought my 07 Bandit 1250 in for inspection and repairs. I wanted problems with the fuel system trouble shot. After replacing the fuel pressure regulator the bike still did not run properly. The service manager recommended it would be best to cut my losses short and sell the bike. He told me the throttle bodies and power commander were faulty, and to replace them would cost $1.5-2K minimum . I paid the $500.00 bucks for the fuel regulator and inspection and picked my bike up. When I got the bike home, I simply plugged in the power commander, replaced the spark plugs, and slightly raised the idle screws. The bike runs perfectly. I am very disappointed with the final recommendations from the service manager to sell the bike. The throttle bodies and power commander are functional. All the bike needed was new spark plugs. HOW COULD THEY MISS THIS??????

All-Terrain Powersports: what do users think?
John Micallef: A big thank you to Derek and Jason at all terrain powersports.they got my 2001 trail blazer running like new again. I will going back for more work when needed
Judy Steffer: Great service with honest employees!! Brought 4 of my ATV's in for checkups and repairs. They did an outstanding job at a great price. Won't go anywhere else for service now!
megg p: Great people great work !
John Mace: Great service . Brough my 2022 can am x3 in for some performance and maintence. Love the kit he installed and new whip lights. i have to say the wiring and attention to detail on how they were installed was amazing. Will be back for some wheels and tires soon.
Mike Mitchell: I'm am absolutely sold on this shop. I took in a 1996 Yamaha Big Bear with several problems. They reviewed the ATV and to me the cost was more than worth it to get this vehicle running again. When I got it back it was running and looking much better than I could have ever imagined. Absolutely the place to go.
Jack Elsey Sr: I can’t say enough about Derek and Jason!! They did a great job on my Arctic 4x4. If you need repairs on your machine these are the guys you want to use!!! Very timely and the cost is reasonable!!
Jeff Gilroy: I’m extremely impressed with the quality of service. They went through my machine thoroughly and treated it as if it were their own. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a power sport shop. Never again will I go back to my dealer for service. All-Terrain Powersports is the real deal.
Gary Cather: I got jetskls off market place had bad carb took it here in 2days he had me on the water the best service I have gotten
Sean Adair: They are the best. Took my snowmobile there they fixed everything I had no idea the stuff that I’ve neglected on my snowmobile until I rode it after they serviced it. So grateful to have this place
Ariana Bennett: I cannot say enough good things about Derek! I brought my new to me 2013 Arctic Cat 1100 in for pre season maintenance. It had a small issue I wanted him to check out. He found a lot more problems that were not obvious when I bought it. I basically bought a lemon of a sled and he was upfront and honest about what he found and what it was going to cost before starting to repair anything. Biggest thing for me is his honesty. You can trust he knows what he’s doing and his pricing is more than fair for the work he does!
John Newman: Great service
Jeffrey Heinz: Derek is a great mechanic and a better guy. Took care of my jet ski this year and even helped me out when I got into some trailer trouble leaving his shop on 75. Thanks again and looking forward to working with you in the spring!!
doug holman: Huge shoutout to all-terrain powersportsLong story short, I had another local company rebuild the engine in my snowmobile. They had told me they did not want to start it due to it having an electric oil pump. That needed to be primed to get the air out of the lines. And asked if I could take it to a dealer to have this service done. I said yeah no problem, after contacting a few local dealers and being told they didn't want to do it, cause they did not service the engine, or being ridiculously priced out to have it done. I got a hold of Derek and explained. He had said he had the hardware and software the dealers use and could do the service with no problem, he had given me an estimate to do it, that was very fair. I explained I worked long hours 6 days a week. He told me he spends a few nights a week at the shop late and I could bring it any of those nights. I was expecting to have to unload it and leave it there for the few things I needed done. But when i got there at 8pm. He told me to just leave it in my truck. He would bring the tools out to hook up to it. After looking a few things over he plugged in, performed an ecu update from skidoo, and cleared out some old codes. He then restored it to breakin mode. And set the pump to prime. Had me start it up and man that thing was definitely oiling well. Very smokey lol. I had then told him my new gauge cluster had come in and asked if he could program it to the ecu. He said absolutely he swapped the cluster in minutes and flashed all the previous stored settings to the new gauge. again i just to say Thanks to them guys over here for their honesty and great work ethic. Will definitely use them again.
Fernando Luis: Derek gave me a lot of attention and provided me all relevant information about my Jet. I really appreciate it!
David Lulewicz: Awesome experience with years of experience! Great people and quick turn around way better than dealership!!!
Mark Hanna: Great people great prices great service
Kevin Wonoski: I was planning a weekend to go riding up north. My bike started idling funny and stopped running and it wouldn't start for the life of me. Dropped it off Thursday thinking my weekend was ruined . Derek went through the carb and gave her a tune up and had it back to me Friday afternoon. Weekend saved and bike ran better than it ever has.
Bret Robinette: These guys are great 👍 my sled runs and sounds amazing now . Thanks again Derek
