I'm a pain-in-the-butt client and he was patient the whole time!Alix also did a great job walking me through the features and aftercare for the car - I was definitely hyped up to take it home.I look forward to getting into another Audi after this lease is up! 🚗😎
Joseph: I just bought my 2019 Audi Q8 from Audi Birmingham Michigan. It was one of the best dealership experiences I ever had. My salesperson was Ali Jaber and he was very professional, courteous, and straightforward. I felt respected and taken seriously during the whole visit. I came in on a Saturday to take a look at the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Ali greeted me at the door very enthusiastic to help me. He walked around the SUV I wanted to purchase with me while in the showroom pointing all the features. But what impressed me the most was that he took the time to get the car out of the showroom so we could test drive it. So if you want a great car buying experience see Ali Jader at Audi Birmingham.
Carlos Costa: Had a great experience purchasing a new S3 with Audi Birmingham. When I came in, the dealership was very busy, Jake was my salesperson and did a great job to make sure I got amazing service. He has expertise in the product and was able to answer all my questions and ultimately help me make my decision. I highly recommend Jake and the team and will definitely be a longtime customer!! Hands down 5 stars.
Spencer Soule: Had to overpay for an oil change in order to get a “complimentary” inspection. Most likely the last time I go to a dealership. After I read the promo offer multiple times nowhere did it say that I would have to pay for something else to get a “free” inspection. I just wasted $230 because I took time off work and felt obligated to get the work done. This deal was falsely advertised to me and I saw no other language to indicate any other hidden costs. Typical dealership practices, lesson learned.

Jessica K.: Bought a car from this company, normally I don’t do this but I purchased this 2019 Audi S5 (only 20k miles) It was a prior lease, after only barely a few thousand miles my $50k audi had a flat tire and 2 other tires were completely worn. The mechanic told me it was due to over inflation (I hadn’t put air in the tires myself since i just purchased this vehicle.) which means the prior owner over inflated them and means the dealership never replaced the tires from a 3 year lease vehicle. It needed an alignment, 4 new tires, (the mechanic told me I was lucky and any further the tire could’ve popped since wires were showing and been very dangerous) and an oil change. AFTER A FEW THOUSAND MILES! The bare minimum wasn’t even met. And when I went to my sales consultant I was told “It was a few months ago I don’t know what you expect me to do about it” essentially. Disappointed to call this place a “high end” dealership but couldn’t even look over a vehicle that would barely pass inspection.
Dylan Walsh: Sold us a car with tires that were not road worthy. Tires were worn in the middle from overinflation/had 2/32s tread on them. Alignment was also out of wack/have to turn the steering wheel about 2 inches to the left for the vehicle to drive straight.
Randy Rasins: I recently purchased a 2023 Audi TTS from Ryan after selling my 2022 Audi S5. I called and said, "I want this car." Ryan did not hesitate. He texted me seconds after with any and every detail. All my questions were addressed, and the best part is, I received a response in a timely manner. Receiving a response or an Update is something that is far gone in the industry. I am extremely happy with the purchasing process and am hoping to take delivery soon. - Ryan did an Outstanding Job and I cannot wait to purchase another Audi through him.
James Trombley: I recently had my Audi S8 in for a recall replacing turbo oil screens. I left them the car for the day and when they finished with in the time they said they would. I then called to see if I could come pick it ip and I was told by receptionist that she didn’t know and there was no one that had been on the service department for 2 hours. Take in mind they were still suppose to be open for another hour. I asked the receptionist if she could look out the window and see if my car was in the parking lot and I would come get it. She said that wasn’t her department acted like the 15 steps to the window was to much for her. So I waited till the following afternoon to go pick up car. Which I did. And they pulled it up from behind their fenced in area and it had a new big gouge in the new $3200 wrap I just put on 3 months prior. Also was missing a center hub cap on rim. Also grease all down the side of it. I pointed it out to the person that brought car around even before I got close to vehicle. The porter or who ever dropped it off played dumb. I had to go to work so took pics and left. I tried to contact the management the following day and did not even mention nature of call yet. I did not get a reply. I even asked the receptionist for an email to which she told me she didn’t know they and kept placing me their voicemails. Finally when a review text came to my phone I replied with my issues and he called me immediately telling me he’d contact the management and have themcontact me. It’s been weeks and haven’t heard from them. Take note that this is my first Google review I’ve ever written. They are very unprofessional people that work their and don’t recommend to anyone.

Ali Almuktar: By far easiest and smoothest transaction I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ali Jaber was the sales associate I dealt with. From the moment we spoke on the phone till the day I signed the paperwork he went above and beyond, very professional and respectful.

Alaiah Chandrashekar: My Q7 was at this place for 20k service. I can’t imagine that they don’t provide shuttle service back and forth, I just live less than 5 miles from this place. Customer service is very bad and rude. I asked home if he can order a Uber to pick me from my house to dealership, I got a very blunt answer saying he will charge me for that. This will be the first and last time at this dealership. Really pathetic service, absolutely no respect for a customer.

Douglas Heath: I realize that with supply chain issues VW group is experiencing with electrical harnesses formerly produced in Ukraine has severely limited vehicle supply; however, I was quoted that a new SQ8 arriving soon would be $10k over MSRP. I doubt that I will be doing business with this dealer ever again.
