old school gamer: I was very happy with the repairs done, but there was a lot of scratches on my car that where not there before. Looks like tools or boxes where put on top of the car and dragged over it. I'm not talking about the swirl marks from car washes but deep scratches and marks going as far as 2 feet across the hood. I didn't think to do a huge inspection on every inch of the vehicle and was just focusing on the repaired area and already submitted a good review for the repaired area, I have pics from before I brought it to them and these where not present.Services:Painting,Body Trim

Robert Shopp: We had some serious front end damage to our vehicle caused by a collision with a deer. All front end components had to be replaced, aligned, and painted including the hood. In addition, the safety devices had to be recalibrated. Bob and his team did an excellent job, keeping us informed on the progress of the repair and timely updates on delays caused by the manufacturer for OEM parts (beyond his control). As soon as parts arrived, Bob's team immediately went to work installing as much as they could considering all of the parts had not come in yet. In addition, Pole Position uses the latest repair techniques authorized by the manufacturer. Our Insurance Company says they are the best in the Detroit Metro area. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our repaired vehicle, it's like new! We have recommended Pole Position to our friends who also are pleased.Services:Body Trim,Painting

Darcie Mcconnell: Purchase used motorhome, totally got taken. We have put six thousand dollars in it so far and are not done. Engine is not even the engine that belongs in the motorhome and that was not disclosed to us. Next step unfortunately is an attorney, Michigan has laws against this type of fraud. Sadly, BBB has tried to work with them and they would not reply. I would never, ever, recommend this business, especially buying used vehicles from them. I cannot imagine how they sleep at night knowing how dishonest they are. Shame on you people.

I pick this place because they had good reviews.After a months i called and they said they needed to order more parts. It’s two and a half months later and they are telling me MAYBE another 7days. My insurance only covers 30 days of a rental. Now Im out a car or have to pay out of pocket. I feel it’s their fault they didn’t look over my car enough and order the things they needed in the first place. I called and complained but they said they give absolutely no car rental. Beth even stayed after hours to give me a final estimate, which I feel terrible about, but greatly appreciate. She honestly went above and beyond customer service to make sure I was comfortable and got the best deal. You can’t even tell that my older (2012 Honda) car had been in an accident; the repair was flawless...I was anticipating some paint overspray on the inside of the door or something, but no — it’s complete quality.Accidents happen, but Galeana’s made the process as easy and worry-free as possible. Cassandra Turner: My daughter's vehicle was taken to this service center after an accident. I had no idea this facility was not an authorized partner with my insurance company. We had a rental for 30 days, so naturally the hope is to have the vehicle ready by that time. For starters, they never touched the car for TWO WEEKS. By the time the rental was due back, the car was not ready, so Bob agreed to pay for the extended rental for another 2 weeks. At the end of the two weeks, he called me and said the vehicle was "almost' ready. The airbag censors were not in the vehicle. I told Bob, "You understand by giving me this car back now, if something happens to my daughter, it will be your fault." Bob said, "Yes, I know." He told me he could not afford to pay for the rental anymore. When he gave us the vehicle back, the horn was not working, it was leaking coolant, had a funny smell and the lights were not working properly. There were some electrical issues. This facility was paid nearly $9000 and my daughter's car ran for a period of 3 months and upon investigation, we learn there was no oil in the engine and the engine locked. There were no oil leaks and the oil light never came on. When Bob was questioned, he immediately rose to the defense claiming he put oil in the car. Landrovers have a bulletproof engine. The car was driven less than 4000 miles and stopped. I filed a complaint with the state of Michigan and Bob was given a couple of citations for inappropriate servicing. David: Initially approached Collision Direct to get a quote on replacing my rear bumper after an accident. Out of 4 total quotes I received, Collision Direct came in at the most reasonable. I spoke directly with Bob the owner, and got a great feeling about his character and intentions from our first meeting. This took place in December 2018 mind you. Ultimately I decided not to get the job done because I did not feel it was a big enough priority at the time.Fast forward to July 2019, I had been dealing with water leakage in the trunk of my 2008 Buick Lucerne. I remembered my initial meeting with him and being impressed with the way I was treated, so I decided to get a water test done finally (which was at no cost to me) to determine where the leak in question was coming from.Bob determined where it was a few hours after bringing it in. He told me the tail light needs to be sealed and how much it would cost to fix. I Brought in early next week on a Monday, and he had it back to me the SAME DAY. I have had absolutely no leakage problems since.I am very pleased with Collision Direct's Service and the fairness of their prices. I will absolutely come back to them again if I need body work in the future!

Chris Christopher: Extremely friendly staff. However, they don’t give quotes over the phone; you MUST come in for a $125 inspection, non-negotiable. This is ridiculous! plenty of other dealerships, Ex. Lafontaine in Highland – AMAZING SERVICE, offer quotes over the phone and ZERO commitment to mandatory $125 “inspection” fees. Additionally, I called Prestige to find a part number for my vehicle, once the technician discovered I was doing the work myself he wouldn’t give me the part number. He just kept avoiding my question until later giving me a bogus part number. Obviously, Prestige Cadillac is only interested in taking customers money. Very disappointed in how they represent Cadillac.
