Robert Shopp: We had some serious front end damage to our vehicle caused by a collision with a deer. All front end components had to be replaced, aligned, and painted including the hood. In addition, the safety devices had to be recalibrated. Bob and his team did an excellent job, keeping us informed on the progress of the repair and timely updates on delays caused by the manufacturer for OEM parts (beyond his control). As soon as parts arrived, Bob's team immediately went to work installing as much as they could considering all of the parts had not come in yet. In addition, Pole Position uses the latest repair techniques authorized by the manufacturer. Our Insurance Company says they are the best in the Detroit Metro area. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our repaired vehicle, it's like new! We have recommended Pole Position to our friends who also are pleased.Services:Painting,Body Trim

Destiny Matthews: This place is horrible! Do NOT TAKE your car up here I took my car up here at the end of may I needed my front end done and my whole car painted headlights mirrors and back end done because it was a big dent in it he stalled me for about two weeks of getting my car when I goes up there it’s a big sign from the Secretary of State saying they are suspended because they been doing stuff illegal and violations. So I had called the police he finally popped out with my car Mirrors have duck tape on them steal head lights was still the old ones paint job was runny and you can tell he spray painted it . Rust spots still on it. The dent was still there like he didn’t TOUCH NOTHING AT ALL and just spray painted it I’m so mad I came here then he asked for a high deposit and demanded more when I got my car back it been leaking coolant and over heating ever since PLEASE I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR UP HERE .!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! #0Stars I had to threaten him with police just to get it back
