Jill Esau: Let me start by saying the food was great and the service in the dining room was good. The bar area was another story entirely. I understand being busy on a show night but our service was next level bad. 30 minutes to get waited on to get a drink from a bartender with an attitude while sitting at bar waiting for table. Had to repeat our order 3 times minimum. Bartender did not bring my tab, but took my credit card. Multiple staff could not find my check when our table was ready an hour later. After dinner, had still not received my bar bill and waitress could not assist. Back to an empty bar and 15 more minutes to get my bill with 20% gratuity added despite the really bad service. I get that they do things a certain way on show nights but seriously? Asked staff to remove the gratuity under the circumstances and they said no! Interesting service philosophy.Vegetarian options: Limited. Fettuccine Alfredo the only option.

Alex Willson: We placed our orders (3 total people) that consisted of 3 orders of the endless breadsticks, soup and salad, and nothing else. We sat there, after we ordered, for about 30 minutes before we reached out to someone saying we haven’t seen any of our food. The manager came over and apologized and we told him that we will just take our food to go. The manager attempted to mend the situation by taking care of the bill, but that didn’t matter as another 15 minutes went by and we saw that same manager walk by 3 times doing something else and we STILL DID NOT GET ANY FOOD. Not to mention, since we sat down, 2 other tables sat down after us and got their food. We ended just getting and up walking out.The restaurant had MAYBE 20 customer and just about as many workers. There is no excuse for this terrible service. There was absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever, even after we voiced our issue.I honestly cannot think of one good thing that came from this visit today and I will not be coming back.

Is very good the chiken shrimp pasta is a must.try it.Few things needed to be fixed the salad bowls need to be glass not plastic and the napkins need to be white to be guarantee that they are clean. Or the restorant has to give people extra paper napkins. I cant trust a black napkin. And the staff uniform usulay is dirty. And staff nails were dirty too. So the owner has to ask staff to wash the hands often and cut the nails too because they are touching the food. Please please please dont use plastic dishes on a restaurant its very dirty its corona guys, plastic cant be desinfected, and cheap... we pay 100 $ pasta to eat in plastic ??? What is this conney island??You go on a restaurant not just to eat but for the experience. And the fact that has to be clean has to be primary thing. I hope they change.
