Dominic Hill: Workers are great but the prices are completely absurd. Coffee and a bagel sandwich alone is $8 and add a smear to the tune of another $2. Dont even think about beefing up your coffee with an extra shot of espresso unless you're prepared to dish out two extra bucks for that too.

Michael Mannino: Been here a few times, was just there waiting for my Uber to get to work and standing at the counter for my coffee to cool off for a second and a lady comes over and points to the sign that says “ not indoor eating”. Was literally just sitting there waiting for my coffee to cool off with the lid not on it. Won’t be going back, they are still in the lifestyle of “ Covid” rules. Preferring credit card payments and all that great stuff. Get with the times and move on.

The Salt bagels have been my absolute favorite!! I can tell you that’s the only bagels I order from here because they’re so amazing!!! We picked up a dozen bagels this morning. When my husband got home, I opened the bag, and they appeared different. Took my first bite and boy were they ever. I thought maybe they made a mistake and filled the Salt basket with different bagels, so I called. I was disappointed to find out they had changed the Salt Bagels. Please change them back!!!!

Seems a lot of other people agree if you check out the comments..To the owners your employee Kyle, has a terrible attitude I simply called to tell him that the bagel sandwich that I just received was on a tiny bagel making the sandwich much smaller than anyone I have purchased over the past 15 years...After him telling me that sizes can vary I agreed and said this was tiny...he then got upset asked my name to make a lox bagel and hung up on me!Wife called back to speak to manager, guess who answers Kyle with his terrible attitude.I want to see New York bagel around for another hundred years but with that terrible attitude/service it's not gonna happen.(Also just an insight from visiting for 15 years anytime I've ever been in there the employees have been talking amongst themselves instead of actually serving customers today while I was there a line formed and someone else had to tell the other employees to help the customers.)I have attached a picture I just took at the store of a New York bagel weird this one is normal size and has a hole in the middle The one I got my sandwich on was so small it didn't even have a hole and was not even the same thickness:-(

Tom Schuelke: My family has been coming here for years for breakfast on Sundays. Best bagels I've ever had. Kids love the blueberry which always seem to be still warm (or hot!) from the oven. I look forward to my egg, cheddar and bacon sandwich on an everything bagel - hands down my favorite breakfast of the week! Prices are very fair as well. My only criticism is that I wish they would bring back the Canadian bacon option for the breakfast sandwich. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Matthew Pride: My brother shared this spot with me yesterday and so glad he did. They were putting fresh baked bagels on the racks. Tried half dozen of their delicious and fresh bagels. Great crispy exterior and beautiful interior. A bagel breakfast sandwich was calling to me this morning. Will definitely visit again.

Amy Ems: Out-of-towners, but familiar with New York-style bagels, we were skeptical to try these in Ferndale. So glad we did! Euphoria! The bagels, the cream cheese, the made to order bagel sandwiches…each tastier than the last. The staff is quick to offer help even right before closing, would definitely come back!
