Bankruptcy is tough and the stigma behind it is even tougher but he made me feel alright and comforted in a way. I knew exactly what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. My bankruptcy was filed in May and I was discharged the beginning of August. Granted it all depends on what you have going on in your personal life. My debt was inherited. His fees are fair (my insurance covered everything but court costs...They only cover up to a certain amount) and he works with you! Also, his assistant was amazing. She is on top if it in constant communication with you and following up with the things that you need. She rock and may other assistants should take after her. I would highly recommend him for all bankruptcy filings and other legal matters.

I used Google to search for a bankruptcy Attorneys and I was divinely lead to Kostopoulos & Associates.The staff was very compassionate and very patient with me. I paid the company over 500$$ and never even spoke or had an appointment with a lawyer.. I am low income and was making payments when I could.. I asked for my retainer fee back since I found a lawyer for low income and they refused .. Never returned my calls and always made excuses why I couldn’t speak to management.. Mr. Jaffar claims to be a family man but won’t help family in need.. Shameful for 500$$ when I never even used there service.. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.. Shame on this company!!

My situation is about a parent going out of their way to make my relationship with my children a living hell. Years of being in a violent situation and finally standing up for myself-wanting him and his family to not try to ruin my relationship with my children and miss Josephine considers it her business to tell me I’m part of the problem because that’s just her hunch. Quick to assume, lack of patience.
